本发明公开了一种治疗风寒感冒的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量份配比为：陈皮5-25份、薄荷5-20份、香附5-20份、紫苏叶10-40份、蔓荆子5-20份、大青叶10-40份、升麻5-20份、葛根5-20份、苍术5-25份、川芎5-20份、白芷5-20份、赤芍5-25份、麻黄5-20份、胖大海5-20份、蝉衣10-30份、辛夷5-20份、金银花10-40份、杏仁5-20份、甘草5-15份。本发明的中药组合物具有发汗解表、清热解毒、宣肺散寒、祛痰止咳的功效，其治疗风寒感冒疗效显著，作用可靠。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医药配制品，尤其是一种治疗风寒感冒的中药组合物。
背景技术
风寒感冒是日常生活中常见病、多发病。其临床症状表现为 ：恶寒重、发热轻、无汗、头痛身痛、鼻塞流清涕、咳嗽吐稀白痰、口不渴或渴喜热饮、苔薄。风寒感冒影响人的正常工作、生活，严重的还会并发其它疾病，威胁生命安全。目前治疗风寒感冒的药品特别多，一般讲可以分为两类，一类是西药，这些药品治疗效果好，但是副作用比较大，同时药品价格比较高，所以普通民众难以接受；另一类是中成药，这类药物效果不是特别理想，同时药物组成中含有一定的嗜睡药物成分，这类药物的加入虽然缓解了病症，但是服药期间，人整个处于嗜睡状态，影响工作学习。
祖国医学认为，风寒感冒多由风寒之邪外袭、肺气失宣所致。
根据中医理论，针对风寒感冒的发病机理，采用发汗解表、清热解毒、祛风散寒的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中治疗风寒感冒的西药存在副作用大及中成药疗效不理想的不足，本发明提供一种配制简便、成本低、疗效显著、无副作用的治疗风寒感冒的中药组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗风寒感冒的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：陈皮5-25份、薄荷5-20份、香附5-20份、紫苏叶10-40份、蔓荆子5-20份、大青叶10-40份、升麻5-20份、葛根5-20份、苍术5-25份、川芎5-20份、白芷5-20份、赤芍5-25份、麻黄5-20份、胖大海5-20份、蝉衣10-30份、辛夷5-20份、金银花10-40份、杏仁5-20份、甘草5-15份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗风寒感冒的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：陈皮15份、薄荷10份、香附10份、紫苏叶30份、蔓荆子10份、大青叶30份、升麻10份、葛根10份、苍术15份、川芎10份、白芷10份、赤芍15份、麻黄10份、胖大海10份、蝉衣20份、辛夷10份、金银花30份、杏仁10份、甘草10份。
本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中：陈皮具有理气健脾、调中利水、燥湿化痰的功效；薄荷具有疏散风热、清利解毒、疏肝解郁的功效；香附具有舒肝理气、解郁止痛的功效；紫苏叶具有解表散寒、行气和胃的功效；蔓荆子具有疏散风热、清利头目的功效；大青叶具有清热解毒、凉血消斑的功效；升麻具有发表透疹、清热解毒、升举阳气的功效；葛根具有发表解肌、升阳透疹、解热生津的功效；苍术具有燥湿健脾、祛风散寒的功效；川芎具有活血祛瘀、行气开郁、祛风止痛的功效；白芷具有解表散寒、祛风通窍、活血止痛、燥湿止带、消肿排脓的功效；赤芍具有有清热凉血、散瘀止痛的功效；麻黄具有发汗解表、宣肺平喘、利水消肿的功效；胖大海具有清热润肺、利咽解毒、润肠通便的功效；蝉衣具有散风除热、透疹利咽、退翳解痉的功效；辛夷具有祛风寒、通鼻窍的功效；金银花具有清热解毒、凉散风热的功效；杏仁具有祛痰止咳、平喘润肠、下气开痹的功效；甘草具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、调和诸药的功效。本发明精选药物组方，其药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相互佐助，共奏发汗解表、清热解毒、宣肺散寒、祛痰止咳的功效，对风寒感冒的治疗达到标本兼治。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。本发明遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，有效率达95%，治愈率72.5%。

一种治疗风寒感冒的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：陈皮15g、薄荷10g、香附10g、紫苏叶30g、蔓荆子10g、大青叶30g、升麻10g、葛根10g、苍术15g、川芎10g、白芷10g、赤芍15g、麻黄10g、胖大海10g、蝉衣20g、辛夷10g、金银花30g、杏仁10g、甘草10g。
实施例2
一种治疗风寒感冒的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：陈皮10g、薄荷20g、香附5g、紫苏叶25g、蔓荆子15g、大青叶40g、升麻5g、葛根15g、苍术10g、川芎20g、白芷5g、赤芍25g、麻黄12g、胖大海20g、蝉衣10g、辛夷15g、金银花10g、杏仁20g、甘草12g。
实施例3
一种治疗风寒感冒的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：陈皮20g、薄荷5g、香附15g、紫苏叶25g、蔓荆子12g、大青叶20g、升麻15g、葛根12g、苍术20g、川芎5g、白芷15g、赤芍10g、麻黄20g、胖大海5g、蝉衣25g、辛夷12g、金银花20g、杏仁15g、甘草5g。
实施例4
一种治疗风寒感冒的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：陈皮5g、薄荷15g、香附12g、紫苏叶40g、蔓荆子5g、大青叶25g、升麻12g、葛根20g、苍术5g、川芎15g、白芷12g、赤芍20g、麻黄5g、胖大海15g、蝉衣10g、辛夷20g、金银花15g、杏仁5g、甘草15g。
实施例5
一种治疗风寒感冒的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：陈皮25g、薄荷12g、香附20g、紫苏叶10g、蔓荆子20g、大青叶15g、升麻20g、葛根5g、苍术25g、川芎12g、白芷20g、赤芍5g、麻黄15g、胖大海12g、蝉衣30g、辛夷5g、金银花40g、杏仁12g、甘草6g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗风寒感冒的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例120例，男69例，女51例，年龄15～55岁。
二、诊断标准：
表现为畏寒、高热、头痛、头晕、全身酸痛、乏力等症状，可伴有咽痛、干咳、流鼻涕、流泪等呼吸道症状等。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：风寒感冒症状消失；
2、显效：风寒感冒症状明显好转；
3、有效：风寒感冒症状减轻；
4、无效：临床症状无改善或改善甚微。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-10天，痊愈87例，随访未见复发；显效16例，有效11例，无效6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：韩某，男，23岁。三天前因着凉患有感冒，头晕、全身酸痛、乏力，并伴随发热症状，到医院检查治疗效果不佳。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2天，头晕等症状明显减轻；继续服用2天，所有症状完全消失，痊愈。
病例2：鲍某，女，38岁。一周前因淋雨患风寒感冒，高热、头痛，伴有咽痛、干咳、流鼻涕、流泪等症状。西药治疗2天效果不佳。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3天，感冒症状消失，痊愈。

1.一种治疗风寒感冒的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：陈皮5-25份、薄荷5-20份、香附5-20份、紫苏叶10-40份、蔓荆子5-20份、大青叶10-40份、升麻5-20份、葛根5-20份、苍术5-25份、川芎5-20份、白芷5-20份、赤芍5-25份、麻黄5-20份、胖大海5-20份、蝉衣10-30份、辛夷5-20份、金银花10-40份、杏仁5-20份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗风寒感冒的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：陈皮15份、薄荷10份、香附10份、紫苏叶30份、蔓荆子10份、大青叶30份、升麻10份、葛根10份、苍术15份、川芎10份、白芷10份、赤芍15份、麻黄10份、胖大海10份、蝉衣20份、辛夷10份、金银花30份、杏仁10份、甘草10份。
