技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗慢性胃炎的中药组合物。
背景技术
胃炎是胃粘膜炎症的统称，这是一种常见病，可分为急性和慢性两类。而慢性胃炎是一种以胃粘膜的非特异性慢性炎症为主要病理变化的慢性胃病，可分为浅表性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎和肥厚性胃炎。慢性胃炎病程迁延，大多无明显症状和体征，一般仅见饭后饱胀、泛酸、嗳气、无规律性腹痛等消化不良症状，确诊主要依赖胃镜检查和胃粘膜活组织检查。本病多见于成人，许多病因可刺激胃，如饮食不当、病毒和细菌感染、药物刺激等均可能引发慢性胃炎。目前，治疗慢性胃炎的药物有许多种，如铝碳酸镁咀嚼片、胃复安、PPI制剂等，西药治疗虽然有一定的成效，但在治疗慢性胃炎的同时，往往会伤及到肝、肾等其他器官，而且疗效不稳定，愈后易再复发。
慢性胃炎属中医学“胃脘痛”、“痞满”、“吞酸”、“嘈杂”、“纳呆”等病范畴。中医认为，慢性胃炎多因长期情志不遂，饮食不节，劳逸失常，导致肝气郁结，脾失健运，胃脘失和，日久中气亏虚，从而引发种种症状。
根据中医理论，针对慢性胃炎的发病机理，以疏肝理气、和胃降逆为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗慢性胃炎的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例50例，其中男32例，女18例，年龄20～60岁。病程最短者1个周，最长者达2年，平均0.5年。
二、诊断标准：
1、上腹部呈烧灼性疼痛或胀痛，疼痛可以因进食而加剧；
2、 恶心呕吐、食欲不振、有时可伴有腹泻、发热畏寒、脱水等全身症状；
3、解热镇痛药物、有害化学物质、过量酒精或不洁食品服用史；
4、试验室检查，如胃镜、胃粘膜活检的支持结果等。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用。五天为一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：临床主要症状及体征消失，慢性炎症好转达轻度；
2、好转：临床主要症状消失，次要症状基本消失，慢性炎症好转；
3、无效：主要症状无变化，也未恶化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-10个疗程，治愈37例，好转9例，未愈4例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：刘某，女，42岁，自述患有慢性萎缩性胃炎2年余，近来厌食，喜凉厌油腻，腹胀、上腹部隐痛不适伴嗳气，有返酸、烧心感，大便每日一次，但自感大便过粘不畅，心烦气躁；服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程后，自觉饭后嗳气、反酸、烧心感稍减轻；继续服用2个疗程后，腹胀、腹痛已不明显；饮食增多，食后胃中舒适，无呃逆、烧心、反酸症状；继续巩固服用2个疗程，治愈。
病例2：陈某，男，50岁，胸闷气短，身困乏力，胃部疼痛、胀满，受凉、饮食生冷后加重，嗳气，乏力，纳差，进食少量即觉饱胀，空腹舒适，大便每日2-3 次，稀溏；经胃镜查确诊为：慢性胃炎。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，食纳变佳，阵痛、腹泻次数减少；续服2个疗程，阵痛、腹泻皆消，每日排便1次，粪便正常；继续巩固服用2个疗程，治愈。
