背景技术

一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例100例，男42例，女58例，年龄10～75岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、发作时喉中哮鸣有声，呼吸困难，甚则张口抬肩，不能平卧，或口唇指甲紫钳；
2、呈反复发作性。常因气候突变、饮食不当、情志失调、劳累等因素诱发。发作前多有鼻痒、喷嚏、咳嗽、胸闷等先兆；
3、有过敏史或家族史；
4、两肺可闻及哮鸣音，或伴有湿罗音；
5、血嗜酸性粒细胞可增高；
6、痰液涂片可见嗜酸细胞；
7、胸部X线检查一般无特殊改变，久病可见肺气肿征。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：咳嗽、喘息、胸闷等症状及肺部哮呜音消失；
2、显效：体征正常，偶有咳嗽、喘息及肺部哮呜音；
3、有效：咳嗽、喘息、胸闷等症状有所减轻，发作的次数有所减少；
4、无效：喘息、胸闷、气急、咳嗽等症状仍然存在。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2～10个疗程，痊愈82例，随访未见复发；显效2例，有效3例，无效13例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：祝某，女，67岁。患有支气管哮喘数年，每次发作时咳嗽、喘息、呼吸困难、胸闷、咳痰。一直服用西医药物治疗，病情有缓解，但一直反反复复发作。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程后，呼吸明显舒畅；继续服用4个疗程后，咳嗽、喘息、胸闷、咳痰等症状完全消失，随访半年无复发，痊愈。
病例2：葛某，男，13岁。因严重感冒而引发支气管哮喘后，不时发作，咳嗽、咯痰、气喘，抵抗力弱，去过大小医院中西药治疗，但病情却一直反反复复。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，咳嗽，气喘症状得到缓解；继续服用1个疗程，各种症状基本消失，已痊愈。

1.一种治疗支气管哮喘的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：蜜麻黄3～9份，炒苦杏仁5～15份，地龙10～20份，姜厚朴5～15份，陈皮5～15份，姜半夏5～15份，茯苓10～30份，白果5～15份，蜜枇杷叶5～15份，瓜蒌10～20份，桔梗5～15份，黄芪20～40份，人参5～15份，熟地黄10～30份，炒紫苏子5～15份，白芥子5～15份，炒莱菔子10～30份，夜交藤20～40份，合欢皮5～15份，远志5～15份，蛤蚧10～20份，桂枝5～15份，炙甘草10～20份，麦冬5～15份，紫菀10～20份，海浮石5～15份，响铃草10～30份，马兜铃5～15份，山豆根10～20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗支气管哮喘的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：蜜麻黄6份，炒苦杏仁10份，地龙15份，姜厚朴10份，陈皮10份，姜半夏10份，茯苓20份，白果10份，蜜枇杷叶10份，瓜蒌15份，桔梗10份，黄芪30份，人参10份，熟地黄20份，炒紫苏子10份，白芥子10份，炒莱菔子20份，夜交藤30份，合欢皮10份，远志10份，蛤蚧15份，桂枝10份，炙甘草15份，麦冬10份，紫菀15份，海浮石10份，响铃草20份，马兜铃10份，山豆根15份。
