带状疱疹属于中医的“蛇串疮”、“缠腰火丹”、“蜘蛛疮”范畴，由水痘带状疱疹病毒引起的急性疱疹性皮肤病，以簇集性水疱沿身体一侧周围神经，呈带状分布，伴有显著的神经痛及局部淋巴结肿大为特征。带状疱疹可见于任何年龄段的患者，但多见于成年人，90%见于50岁以上的人，老年患者常疼痛难忍、绵延时间长甚者数年之久。目前对带状疱疹的治疗主要采用口服止痛剂如阿斯匹林、安乃近、消炎痛、布洛芬等，同时配以局部皮肤外搽酞丁胺擦剂或炉甘石洗剂，虽有一定的疗效，但不能治本，且存在副作用较大的不足。
祖国医学认为带状疱疹多由肝气郁结，久而化火妄动，脾经湿热内蕴，外溢皮肤而生，偶因兼感毒邪，以致湿热火毒蕴积肌肤而成。
根据中医理论，针对带状疱疹的发病机理，采用疏肝解郁、健脾利湿、清热解毒、消肿止痛、透疹止痒、生肌敛疮的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

1、皮损多为绿豆或黄豆大小的水疱，三五成群聚集一处或多处，排列成带状，基底潮红，严重时可出现出血点、血疱或坏死；
2、初起皮肤发红，并伴皮肤刺痛或灼热感，可伴有轻度发热，疲倦不适、食欲不振等全身症状；
3、疼痛明显，有难忍的剧痛和疹消后遗留疼痛症状。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：依据国家中医药管理局颁发的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中带状疱疹的疗效标准：
1、治愈：疱疹全部消退或结痂，疼痛消失，无新生疱疹；
2、有效：皮疹消退30％以上，疼痛明显减轻；
3、无效：皮疹消退不足30％，疼痛未减轻。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈38例，随访未见复发；有效9例，无效3例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
姚某，男，43岁。右侧颈、背部分布大量密集的红色疱疹，疱疹基底部发红，疱壁紧张发亮，灼热刺痛，伴有轻度发热，疲倦不适、食欲不振等症。诊见：舌质红，苔腻，脉滑。诊断为：带状疱疹。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，症状明显好转；继续服用2个疗程，疱疹全部消退，疼痛消失，无新生疱疹，痊愈。随访半年无复发。
病例2：
蒋某，女，55岁。患者右侧腰部、胸胁部、腹部皮肤上出现绿豆粒大小，张力很大的丘疹，水泡集簇状排列，呈条带状，灼热刺痛，寝食难安。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，疼痛得到缓解；继续服用2个疗程，疱疹全部消退，疼痛消失，无新生疱疹，治愈。

1.一种治疗带状疱疹的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：紫花地丁10-30份、薄荷5-25份、萆薢5-20份、柽柳5-25份、蛇莓10-30份、臭草5-20份、红花菜5-25份、黄柏5-20份、杠板归5-25份、水红花子5-20份、地榆5-25份、玄参5-20份、金钱草5-25份、五倍子5-20份、咸虾花5-25份、凤尾草5-25份、浮萍5-20份、赤芍5-25份、四季青5-25份、珍珠莲5-25份、南方露珠草5-20份、千里光5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗带状疱疹的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：紫花地丁20份、薄荷15份、萆薢10份、柽柳15份、蛇莓20份、臭草10份、红花菜15份、黄柏10份、杠板归15份、水红花子10份、地榆15份、玄参10份、金钱草15份、五倍子10份、咸虾花15份、凤尾草15份、浮萍10份、赤芍15份、四季青15份、珍珠莲15份、南方露珠草10份、千里光15份、甘草10份。
