为实现本发明目的所提供的技术方案,主要由以下配方配比组成:莲米10g、百合15g、牛蒡20g、雪梨17g、猪心30g、生姜5片、大米60g、水适量。将莲米、百合清洗干净,牛蒡去皮清洗干净切小段,雪梨不去皮洗干净切片,猪心不用水洗,将莲米、百合、牛蒡、雪梨、猪心、生姜放入大米一起熬粥。
本发明的有益效果是:口味香甜,保健作用佳,材料易得,制作简单,对心肺干燥,热毒攻心的人治疗效果更佳。
