2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛蒡清凉解毒粥,其特征在于它的制作方法是:将莲米、百合清洗干净,牛蒡去皮清洗干净切小段,雪梨不去皮洗干净切片,猪心不用水洗,将莲米、百合、牛蒡、雪梨、猪心、生姜放入大米一起熬粥,在实施过程中可加入适量冰糖和自己喜欢的调味。
