背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们已经不仅仅满足于吃得饱,而是更希望食品具有良好的口感,丰富的营养,并具有一定的保健功效。米粥作为一种传统食品深受人们喜爱,但是现有的米粥成份单一、而且营养也不够全面,且缺乏保健功效。胃寒是一种常见病症,胃寒的主要病因与饮食习惯有关,如饮食不节,嗜食生冷等等;经常冷热食物一起吃,吃饭不按时或者饥饱不均,久而久之就会造成胃寒。再加上现代人的生活节奏快,精神紧张,饮食不规律,造成脾胃病发病率越来越高。
因此,需要一种口感好、营养丰富,且造价低廉的养胃保健粥。

本发明的目的是提供一种营养丰富,且造价低廉的可养胃保健粥。 
为实现上述的目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
