本发明公开了一种滋肾养胃粥及其制备方法,所述滋肾养胃粥的原料成分的重量配比为:黑米20~30份、大米30~40份、荞麦5~10份、黑芝麻5~10份、绿豆5~10份、黑豆10~15份、莲子3~4份、西洋参5~10份、垂盆草3~5份、罗布麻叶2~4份、绞股蓝2~8份、紫甘蓝5~10份、水发紫菜5~10份、水发海带5~10份、水400~600份。其生产工艺流程为:选料→蒸煮→烘干→炒熟→磨粉→混合→包装→杀菌。本发明通过将黑米、紫菜、绞股蓝等几种高营养食材的搭配食用,具有滋肾养胃、清热利水、补肾养心及软肠通便等功效,促进人体对营养物质的全面消化吸收,有利于提高人体免疫力。

本发明属于食品领域,涉及一种滋肾养胃粥及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活节奏的加快及竞争压力的增大,很多人由于工作繁忙、应酬多及作息不规律,严重危害着身体健康与生命安全。因而,除了进行相应的药物治疗外,人们也越来越关注食品保健及养生。粥类是一种常见的滋补食品,但现有的粥类食品用料简单,营养价值不高或不全面。绿豆具有粮食、蔬菜、绿肥和医药等用途。是中国人民的传统豆类食物。绿豆蛋白质的含量几乎是粳米的3倍,多种维生素、钙、磷、铁等无机盐都比粳米多。因此,它不但具有良好的食用价值,还具有非常好的药用价值,有“济世之食谷”之说。

本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种滋肾养胃粥及其制备方法,具有滋肾养胃、清热利水、补肾养心及软肠通便等功效,促进人体对营养物质的全面消化吸收,有利于提高人体免疫力。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种滋肾养胃粥,原料成分的重量配比如下:黑米20~30份、大米30~40份、荞麦5~10份、黑芝麻5~10份、绿豆5~10份、黑豆10~15份、莲子3~4份、西洋参5~10份、垂盆草3~5份、罗布麻叶2~4份、绞股蓝2~8份、紫甘蓝5~10份、水发紫菜5~10份、水发海带5~10份、水400~600份。
进一步,所述滋肾养胃粥,按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:黑米20份、大米30份、荞麦5份、黑芝麻5份、绿豆5份、黑豆10份、莲子3份、西洋参5份、垂盆草3份、罗布麻叶2份、绞股蓝2份、紫甘蓝5份、水发紫菜5份、水发海带5份、水400份。

进一步,所述滋肾养胃粥,按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:黑米25份、大米35份、荞麦7份、黑芝麻7份、绿豆7份、黑豆13份、莲子3.5份、西洋参7份、垂盆草4份、罗布麻叶3份、绞股蓝5份、紫甘蓝7份、水发紫菜7份、水发海带7份、水500份。
本发明还提供滋肾养胃粥的制备方法:制备方法步骤如下
(1)将黑米、大米用水浸泡5~6小时,取西洋参、垂盆草、罗布麻叶、绞股蓝洗净后切片,用水浸泡1~2小时,过滤,得到提取液;
(2)将紫甘蓝、水发紫菜、水发海带榨汁,用离心机离心,获得上清液,再与(1)所述提取液混合,加热至沸腾;将荞麦、黑芝麻洗净后,用远红外线在70~80度温度下烘烤10~20分钟,在磨成细粉,过50~60目筛;
(3)将绿豆、黑豆、莲子入高压锅中,再加入水、(2)所述混合粉末和(1)所述混合液,蒸制20~30分钟;
(4)将(1)所述的浸泡后的黑米、大米和(3)所述的汤料混合,搅拌均匀,炖煮2~3小时,冷却至室温,包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。
本发明有益效果:
(1)具有滋肾养胃、清热利水、补肾养心及软肠通便等功效;
(2)促进人体对营养物质的全面消化吸收,有利于提高人体免疫力。

(4)将(1)所述的浸泡后的黑米、大米和(3)所述的汤料混合,搅拌均匀,炖煮2~3小时,冷却至室温,包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。

5.一种制备权利要求1所述的滋肾养胃粥的方法,其特征在于:制备方法如下:
(1)将黑米、大米用水浸泡5~6小时,取西洋参、垂盆草、罗布麻叶、绞股蓝洗净后切片,用水浸泡1~2小时,过滤,得到提取液;
(2)将紫甘蓝、水发紫菜、水发海带榨汁,用离心机离心,获得上清液,再与(1)所述提取液混合,加热至沸腾;将荞麦、黑芝麻洗净后,用远红外线在70~80度温度下烘烤10~20分钟,在磨成细粉,过50~60目筛;
(3)将绿豆、黑豆、莲子入高压锅中,再加入水、(2)所述混合粉末和(1)所述混合液,蒸制20~30分钟;
(4)将(1)所述的浸泡后的黑米、大米和(3)所述的汤料混合,搅拌均匀,炖煮2~3小时,冷却至室温,包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。
