Abstract

一种有机氟涂料及其制备方法,属于涂料领域。本发明的有机氟涂料利用微乳液法合成四氟乙烯胶乳,所合成的四氟乙烯胶乳具有粒径小、分散性好、稳定性好等优点,有利于涂料的涂覆;产品中添加炭纤维粉,炭纤维粉的使用可以增强涂料的强度和耐磨性;添加无机填料可以增加涂料的硬度和附着力;本发明有机氟涂料制备工艺简单,操作方便。

一种有机氟涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
    本发明涉及一种涂料的制备方法,具体地涉及一种有机氟涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
有机氟聚合物是20世纪30年代首先在美国为了军事工业的需求而发展起来的。目前,各种有机氟聚合物的年产量近10万吨,其中聚四氟乙烯树脂占80%以上,由于用该树脂制造的塑料性能优良,尤其以耐腐蚀性能最为突出,因而被称为“塑料之王”。
所有氟聚合物中,聚四氟乙烯的热稳定性最为突出,虽在200℃以上开始痕量分解,但是从200℃到熔点以上的温度范围内,其分解速度很慢,而且分解量也很小。另外,聚四氟乙烯是一种高度非极性材料,具有极其优异的介电性能和极高的耐化学品性能,除了能与熔融的碱金属、氟和强的氧化介质以及300℃的氢氧化钠反应外,它几乎对所有常用的化学物质和溶剂都呈现惰性。除此以外,聚四氟乙烯还具有优异的耐磨性能和自润滑性能。
涂料用聚四氟乙烯树脂是指主要成膜物含四氟乙烯的链节线性高分子材料,这种材料的大分子链节中或带有羟基、羧基或酯基共聚单体。四氟乙烯单体含氟量与其他含氟烯烃等含氟单体相比,其含氟量高居第一。采用四氟乙烯单体制备得到的涂料用含氟树脂,氟含量高,与其他含氟烯类树脂制备成涂料的涂层比较,具有更优异的耐候性、耐腐蚀性、耐溶剂性。另外,由于聚四氟乙烯的链段具有较低的表面张力和强极性,因此,聚四氟乙烯链段之间相互作用力较小,使得氟元素容易迁移到表面。因此,涂料用聚四氟乙烯树脂还是一种耐候持久性优异的含氟涂料。
因此,由于聚四氟乙烯涂料由于具有高度的而化学稳定性、广泛的使用温度范围、突出的不粘性、良好的优异的耐老化性能和抗辐射性能等特点,广泛应用于各个行业。但聚四氟乙烯防粘性涂料由于耐磨性较差,在一定程度上限制了其应用范围。
发明内容
    本发明为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种有机氟涂料及其制备方法,本发明实现上述目的所采用的技术如下:
一种有机氟涂料及其制备方法,由以下重量份的组分组成:
聚四氟乙烯胶乳       30-40份;
流平剂               5-10份;
炭纤维粉             20-25份;
无机填料             10-18份。
其中所述的聚四氟乙烯胶乳的合成工艺如下:
分别将23.5-26.4g十二烷基硫酸钠、11.5-15.6g正丁醇、20.4-25.9g去离子水加入高压聚合釜,搅拌均匀后,加入2.9-6.7g的过硫酸钾,然后通入100.2-125.6g四氟乙烯单体,80-100℃下反应4-6h后,加3.5-5.1g对苯二酚终止剂,冷却后出料,即得聚四氟乙烯胶乳。
其中所述的流平剂由以下份数的组份组成,所述份数均为重量份:
甲基硅油             2-5份;
聚二甲基硅氧烷       3-5份。
其中所述的炭纤维粉是将炭纤维长丝经研磨、高温烘干后而获得的炭纤维微小圆柱体粉末,它保留了炭纤维的众多优良性能,并且形状细小、表面纯净、比表面积大,易于被树脂润湿均由分散,可以增加涂料的强度和耐磨性。
其中所述的有机填料由以下份数的组份组成,所述份数均为重量份:
二氧化硅粉末         3-5份;
滑石粉               4-5份;
氧化铝粉末           3-8份。
本发明有机氟涂料的制备工艺如下:
将上述各组份按照聚四氟乙烯乳胶、流平剂、炭纤维粉、无机填料的顺序分别加入混料器,以50-200r/min转速,40-60℃下,搅拌3-4h即可施工使用。
本发明所具有的有益效果是:
1、利用微乳液法合成四氟乙烯胶乳,所合成的四氟乙烯胶乳具有粒径小、分散性好、稳定性好等优点,有利于涂料的涂覆;
2、炭纤维粉的使用可以增强涂料的强度和耐磨性;
3、添加无机填料可以增加涂料的硬度和附着力;
4、本发明有机氟涂料制备工艺简单,操作方便。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,具体实施例不限制本发明。
实施例1 :本发明提供了一种有机氟涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成:
聚四氟乙烯胶乳       30份;
甲基硅油             2份;
聚二甲基硅氧烷       3份;
炭纤维粉             20份;
二氧化硅粉末         3份;
滑石粉               4份;
氧化铝粉末           3份。
本发明有机氟涂料的制备工艺如下:
(1)聚四氟乙烯胶乳合成:分别将23.5g十二烷基硫酸钠、11.5g正丁醇、20.4g去离子水加入高压聚合釜,搅拌均匀后,加入2.9g的过硫酸钾,然后通入100.2g四氟乙烯单体,80℃下反应4h后,加3.5g对苯二酚终止剂,冷却后出料,即得聚四氟乙烯胶乳;
(2)将上述各组分分别加入混料器,以50r/min转速,40℃下,搅拌3h即可施工使用。
实施例2 :本发明提供了一种有机氟涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成:
聚四氟乙烯胶乳       32份;
甲基硅油             3份;
聚二甲基硅氧烷       4份;
炭纤维粉             21份;
二氧化硅粉末         4份;
滑石粉               4份;
氧化铝粉末           5份。
本发明有机氟涂料的制备工艺如下:
(1)聚四氟乙烯胶乳合成:分别将24.2g十二烷基硫酸钠、12.3g正丁醇、21.5g去离子水加入高压聚合釜,搅拌均匀后,加入3.2g的过硫酸钾,然后通入102.9g四氟乙烯单体,85℃下反应4.5h后,加4.0g对苯二酚终止剂,冷却后出料,即得聚四氟乙烯胶乳;
(2)将上述各组分分别加入混料器,以100r/min转速,45℃下,搅拌3.5h即可施工使用。
实施例3 :本发明提供了一种有机氟涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成:
聚四氟乙烯胶乳       38份;
甲基硅油             4份;
聚二甲基硅氧烷       4份;
炭纤维粉             24份;
二氧化硅粉末         4份;
滑石粉               5份;
氧化铝粉末           7份。
本发明有机氟涂料的制备工艺如下:
(1)聚四氟乙烯胶乳合成:分别将25.6g十二烷基硫酸钠、14.6g正丁醇、24.6g去离子水加入高压聚合釜,搅拌均匀后,加入5.9g的过硫酸钾,然后通入123.6g四氟乙烯单体,90℃下反应5h后,加4.8g对苯二酚终止剂,冷却后出料,即得聚四氟乙烯胶乳;
(2)将上述各组分分别加入混料器,以150r/min转速,55℃下,搅拌3h即可施工使用。
实施例4 :本发明提供了一种有机氟涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成:
聚四氟乙烯胶乳       40份;
甲基硅油             5份;
聚二甲基硅氧烷       5份;
炭纤维粉             25份;
二氧化硅粉末         5份;
滑石粉               5份;
氧化铝粉末           8份。
本发明有机氟涂料的制备工艺如下:
(1)聚四氟乙烯胶乳合成:分别将26.4g十二烷基硫酸钠、15.6g正丁醇、25.9g去离子水加入高压聚合釜,搅拌均匀后,加入6.7g的过硫酸钾,然后通入125.6g四氟乙烯单体,100℃下反应6h后,加5.1g对苯二酚终止剂,冷却后出料,即得聚四氟乙烯胶乳;
(2)将上述各组分分别加入混料器,以200r/min转速,60℃下,搅拌4h即可施工使用。

Claims (8)

1.一种有机氟涂料,由下述原料构成,所述份数均为重量份:
聚四氟乙烯胶乳       30-40份;
流平剂               5-10份;
炭纤维粉             20-25份;
无机填料             10-18份。
2.权利要求1的一种有机氟涂料,其特征在于:其中所述的聚四氟乙烯胶乳的合成工艺如下:分别将23.5-26.4g十二烷基硫酸钠、11.5-15.6g正丁醇、20.4-25.9g去离子水加入高压聚合釜,搅拌均匀后,加入2.9-6.7g的过硫酸钾,然后通入100.2-125.6g四氟乙烯单体,反应后加3.5-5.1g对苯二酚终止剂,冷却后出料,即得聚四氟乙烯胶乳。
3.权利要求2的一种有机氟涂料,其特征在于:反应温度为80-100℃下。
4.权利要求2或3的一种有机氟涂料,其特征在于:反应时间为4-6h。
5.权利要求1的一种有机氟涂料,其特征在于:其中所述的流平剂由以下份数的组份组成,所述份数均为重量份:
甲基硅油             2-5份;
聚二甲基硅氧烷       3-5份。
6.权利要求1的一种有机氟涂料,其特征在于:其中所述的炭纤维粉是将炭纤维长丝经研磨、高温烘干后而获得的炭纤维微小圆柱体粉末。
7.权利要求1的一种有机氟涂料,其特征在于:其中所述的有机填料由以下份数的组份组成,所述份数均为重量份:
二氧化硅粉末         3-5份;
滑石粉               4-5份;
氧化铝粉末           3-8份。
8.权利要求1所述的一种有机氟涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:将各组份按照聚四氟乙烯乳胶、流平剂、炭纤维粉、无机填料的顺序分别加入混料器,以50-200r/min转速,40-60℃下,搅拌3-4h即可。
