Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐高温油氯磺化聚乙烯胶管,组份为:氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶(CSM TS‑830)、快压出炉黑(FEF N550)、硅藻土C400、NycoflexADB30、活性氧化镁、硬脂酸、SRP66、Naugard445、季戊四醇(膏状)、二硫化四苄基秋兰姆和N,N”-间苯撑双马来酰胺亚胺。本发明的生产的耐高温油氯磺化聚乙烯胶管,可获得最佳的材料性能:硬度为70±5度,拉伸强度大于10MPa,扯断伸长率大于200%,在130~150℃温度条件下,耐IRM903油重量变化低于60%,比传统产品的各性能大大提高,满足了其耐高温油的要求。

Description

一种耐高温油氯磺化聚乙烯胶管
技术领域
本发明涉及胶管技术领域,特别是涉及一种耐高温油氯磺化聚乙烯胶管。
背景技术
众所周知,丁腈橡胶(NBR)具有优异的耐油性,但是NBR受到温度的限制,只能耐温度在120℃以下的油类。丙烯酸脂橡胶(ACM)同样具有优异的耐高温性能,特别是耐160~180℃高温油时,表现出良好的耐油性。如果将ACM用于耐温度在130~150℃的高温油,会造成一定的浪费,导致生产成本增加。耐高温油氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)胶管主要应用在汽车行业。该CSM胶管采用挤出工艺制造,内外层采用CSM胶料,中间增强层是芳纶编织线。主要用于输送130~150℃的高温油气,在此环境下要求CSM胶管应具有良好的耐油性。通常是采用IRM903试验油检测胶管的耐油特性。耐IRM903的重量变化不能超过60%。在130~150℃高温下,提高橡胶软管的耐油性,这己成为胶管行业中急需解决、且许多人在研究而仍未能有效解决的一个难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷,而提供一种耐高温油氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)胶管,它能够应用于汽车行业,已克服丁腈橡胶的不足,在130~150℃环境下,提高了CSM胶管耐高温油的性能。
为实现本发明的目的所采用的技术方案是:一种耐高温油氯磺化聚乙烯胶管,其特征在于,组份和质量份数如下:
本发明的组分配比原理及有益效果为:
(1)本发明采用的主要橡胶弹性体是氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶(CSM TS-830),其门尼粘度(ML1+4100℃)为80~100,含氯量为34.5~37.6%,含硫量为0.80~1.20%。CSM本身是一种自补强橡胶,高门尼粘度使其生胶具有较高的拉伸强度,能够大量填充惰性填料,胶料的耐油性和耐老化性能较好,高门尼粘度的橡胶挤出时挺性好,能够保证挤出工艺尺寸稳定。因此,CSM TS-830既能赋予胶料良好的物理机械性能,又能赋予挤出工艺尺寸稳定性;
(2)本发明组份中的补强填充剂是快压出炉黑N550和硅藻土C400。硅藻土C400具有结构坚固,成分稳定,孔隙度高,比表面积大,导热系数小等特点。能够改善产品稳定性、弹性和分散性等性能,以提高产品的耐酸、耐油、耐老化等性能。因此选择快压出炭黑N550和硅藻土C400并用作为补强填充剂能给CSM胶管提供良好的物理机械性能和工艺性能;
(3)本发明在硫化体系采用季戊四醇、活性氧化镁、二硫化四苄基秋兰姆TBzTD和N,N”-间苯撑双马来酰胺亚胺HVA-2环保硫化体系。二硫化四苄基秋兰姆TBzTD的分子量较高,不产生亚硝胺,属于环保型硫化剂。HAV-2除可以提高交联速率外,而且可以获得更高的交联密度,能够增加CSM胶料的耐油性。这三种物质组成的硫化体系对CSM交联效率高,对人体无害,符合环保要求;
(4)本发明在组份中加入了NycoflexADB30和Naugard445。ADB30属于醚酯共混类型的高相容性增塑剂,挥发性较小,高低温性能均衡。Naugard445为4、4双(a、a’二甲基苯)二苯胺,是耐热效果非常好的防老剂。提高了CSM胶料的耐热效果,能更好地满足CSM胶管耐高温油的要求;
(5)采用本发明的组份配比制得的CSM胶管,可获得最佳的材料物理机械性能,经过测试,其硬度为70±5度,拉伸强度大于10.0MPa,扯断伸长率大于200%,能够在130~150℃高温油介质环境中长期使用,耐IRP903油重量变化低于60%。比传统配方大大提高,从而能更好地满足CSM胶管耐高温油的要求。
