Abstract

本发明提供一种氟橡胶组合物,包含氟橡胶A、氟树脂B及炭黑,相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述氟橡胶A为40质量份以上90质量份以下;相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述氟树脂B为0.1质量份以上0.5质量份以下;相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述炭黑为3质量份以上7质量份以下;所述氟橡胶组合物通过氟橡胶与氟树脂进行共凝聚而得到交联性氟橡胶组合物,使该交联性氟橡胶组合物交联、进一步在特定的条件下进行热处理,能够得到高耐热性、低摩擦系数同时在高温下具有高机械强度氟橡胶成型品。

一种氟橡胶组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子材料,特别涉及一种氟橡胶组合物。
背景技术
氟橡胶显示出优异的耐化学药品性、耐溶剂性和耐热性,因此在汽车工业、半导体工业、化学工业等各种领域中广泛使用,例如,在汽车产业中,作为发动机以及周边装置、AT装置、燃料系统以及周边装置等中使用的软管、密封材料等来使用。但是近年来期望提高高温时的机械物性、例如高温(熟峙)强度、高温伸长率等,例如在超过100OC的高温环境下使用氟橡胶交联物的情况下,不仅要求富于耐热性,还要求富于在高温时的机械特性上也优异的耐久性。同时在密封材料等领域中,也要求在发挥出橡胶的特性同时降低摩擦系数;例如有人提出了在橡胶的表面层积氟树脂(或氟树脂纤维层)的方法(专利文献3、4)、在橡胶的表面形成氟树脂涂膜的方法(专利文献5)等。但是,在橡胶表面通过层积或涂布形成氟树脂层的方法,存在氟橡胶与氟树脂界面的粘接性不够的问题。提高橡胶在高温时的机械特性上也优异的耐久性以及在发挥出橡胶的特性同时降低摩擦系数成为重要课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种氟橡胶组合物。
本发明提供的一种氟橡胶组合物,其包含氟橡胶A、氟树脂B及炭黑,相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述氟橡胶A为40质量份以上90质量份以下;相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述氟树脂B为0.5质量份以上1.5质量份以下;相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述炭黑为3质量份以上30质量份以下。
作为一种优选的方案,所述氟橡胶A选自偏氟乙烯一六氟丙烯系氟橡胶、偏氟乙烯一四氟乙烯一六氟丙烯系氟橡胶、偏氟乙烯一三氟氯乙烯系氟橡胶、四氟乙烯一丙烯系氟橡胶、六氟丙烯一乙烯系氟橡胶和全氟烷基乙烯基醚一烯烃系氟橡胶。
作为一种优选的方案,所述氟树脂B选自自由乙烯/四氟乙烯共聚物、四氟乙烯/六氟丙烯共聚物、四氟乙烯/全氟(烷基乙烯基醚)共聚物、四氟乙烯/偏二氟乙烯/六氟丙烯共聚物、聚偏二氟乙烯以及三氟氯乙烯/四氟乙烯共聚物组成的组中的至少一种树脂。
作为一种优选的方案,所述氟橡胶组合物组成还包括有机过氧化物体系交联剂、氟橡胶粘度调节剂、增容剂、防老剂、防焦剂和炭黑。
作为一种优选的方案,相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述有机过氧化物体系交联剂为1质量份以上6质量份以下。
作为一种优选的方案,相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述氟橡胶粘度调节剂为0.5质量份以上5.0质量份以下。
作为一种优选的方案,相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述增容剂为1.0质量份以上5.0质量份以下。
作为一种优选的方案,相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述防老剂为1.0质量份以上5.0质量份以下。
作为一种优选的方案,相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述防焦剂为1.0质量份以上5.0质量份以下。
有益效果:本发明提供的氟橡胶组合物,通过氟橡胶与氟树脂进行共凝聚而得到交联性氟橡胶组合物,使该交联性氟橡胶组合物交联、进一步在特定的条件下进行热处理,能够得到高耐热性、低摩擦系数同时在高温下具有高机械强度氟橡胶成型品。

本发明提供的一种氟橡胶组合物,其包含氟橡胶A、氟树脂B及炭黑,所述氟橡胶组合物通过氟橡胶与氟树脂进行共凝聚而得到。
所述氟橡胶A选自偏氟乙烯一六氟丙烯系氟橡胶、偏氟乙烯一四氟乙烯一六氟丙烯系氟橡胶、偏氟乙烯一三氟氯乙烯系氟橡胶、四氟乙烯一丙烯系氟橡胶、六氟丙烯一乙烯系氟橡胶和全氟烷基乙烯基醚一烯烃系氟橡胶,它们可以单独使用,或在不影响本发明效果的范围内任意组合使用。
所述氟树脂B优选为自由乙烯/四氟乙烯共聚物、四氟乙烯/六氟丙烯共聚物、四氟乙烯/全氟(烷基乙烯基醚)共聚物、四氟乙烯/偏二氟乙烯/六氟丙烯共聚物、聚偏二氟乙烯以及三氟氯乙烯/四氟乙烯共聚物组成的组中的至少一种树脂。
相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述氟橡胶A为40质量份以上90质量份以下;相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述氟树脂B为0.1质量份以上0.5质量份以下;相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述炭黑为3质量份以上30质量份以下
相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述氟橡胶A为40质量份以上90质量份以下;相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述氟树脂B为0.5质量份以上1.5质量份以下;相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述炭黑为3质量份以上30质量份以下;
相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,炭黑的混合量优选为炭黑为3质量份以上30质量份以下。炭黑(B)若过多,则交联物的机械物性有降低的倾向、有过硬的倾向;另外,若其过少,则有机械物性降低的倾向。从物性平衡良好的方面考虑,相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,更优选的混合量优选为3质量份以上、更优选为8质量份以上、进一步优选为15质量份以上;从物性平衡良好的方面考虑,优选为29质量份以下、特别是更优选为22质量份以下。
所述氟橡胶组合物组成还包括有机过氧化物体系交联剂、氟橡胶粘度调节剂、增容剂、防老剂、防焦剂和炭黑。相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述有机过氧化物体系交联剂为1质量份以上6质量份以下,所述氟橡胶粘度调节剂为0.5质量份以上5.0质量份以下,所述增容剂为1.0质量份以上5.0质量份以下,所述防老剂为1.0质量份以上5.0质量份以下,所述防焦剂为1.0质量份以上5.0质量份以下。
实施例1
相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述氟橡胶A为40质量份,所述氟树脂B为0.5质量份,所述炭黑为3质量份,所述有机过氧化物体系交联剂为1质量份,所述氟橡胶粘度调节剂为0.5质量份,所述增容剂为1.0质量份,所述防老剂为1.0质量份,所述防焦剂为1.0质量份。
结果显示制成的氟橡胶组合物成型品具有高耐热性、低摩擦系数同时在高温下具有高机械强度。
实施例2
相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述氟橡胶A为60质量份,所述氟树脂B为1.0质量份,所述炭黑为15质量份,所述有机过氧化物体系交联剂为2.7质量份,所述氟橡胶粘度调节剂为1.3质量份,所述增容剂为2.5质量份,所述防老剂为2.3质量份,所述防焦剂为2.0质量份。
结果显示制成的氟橡胶组合物成型品具有高耐热性、低摩擦系数同时在高温下具有高机械强度。
实施例3
相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述氟橡胶A为90质量份,所述氟树脂B为1.5质量份,所述炭黑为30质量份,所述有机过氧化物体系交联剂为5.0质量份,所述氟橡胶粘度调节剂为5.0质量份,所述增容剂为5.0质量份,所述防老剂为5.0质量份,所述防焦剂为5.0质量份。
结果显示制成的氟橡胶组合物成型品具有高耐热性、低摩擦系数同时在高温下具有高机械强度。

Claims (9)

1.一种氟橡胶组合物,其特征在于,所述氟橡胶组合物包含氟橡胶A、氟树脂B及炭黑,
相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述氟橡胶A为40质量份以上90质量份以下;
相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述氟树脂B为0.5质量份以上1.5质量份以下;
相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述炭黑为3质量份以上30质量份以下。
2.如权利要求1所述的氟橡胶组合物,其特征在于,所述氟橡胶A选自偏氟乙烯一六氟丙烯系氟橡胶、偏氟乙烯一四氟乙烯一六氟丙烯系氟橡胶、偏氟乙烯一三氟氯乙烯系氟橡胶、四氟乙烯一丙烯系氟橡胶、六氟丙烯一乙烯系氟橡胶和全氟烷基乙烯基醚一烯烃系氟橡胶。
3.如权利要求1所述的氟橡胶组合物,其特征在于,所述氟树脂B选自自由乙烯/四氟乙烯共聚物、四氟乙烯/六氟丙烯共聚物、四氟乙烯/全氟(烷基乙烯基醚)共聚物、四氟乙烯/偏二氟乙烯/六氟丙烯共聚物、聚偏二氟乙烯以及三氟氯乙烯/四氟乙烯共聚物组成的组中的至少一种树脂。
4.如权利要求1所述的氟橡胶组合物,其特征在于,所述氟橡胶组合物组成还包括有机过氧化物体系交联剂、氟橡胶粘度调节剂、增容剂、防老剂、防焦剂和炭黑。
5.如权利要求3所述的氟橡胶组合物,其特征在于,相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述有机过氧化物体系交联剂为1质量份以上6质量份以下。
6.如权利要求3所述的氟橡胶组合物,其特征在于,相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述氟橡胶粘度调节剂为0.5质量份以上5.0质量份以下。
7.如权利要求3所述的氟橡胶组合物,其特征在于,相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述增容剂为1.0质量份以上5.0质量份以下。
8.如权利要求3所述的氟橡胶组合物,其特征在于,相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述防老剂为1.0质量份以上5.0质量份以下。
9.如权利要求3所述的氟橡胶组合物,其特征在于,相对于每100质量份该氟橡胶组合物,所述防焦剂为1.0质量份以上5.0质量份以下。
