Abstract
本发明涉及一种硅胶、橡胶塑制品的成型工艺,其特征在于:包括以下几个步骤:a:干燥树脂,将待注塑成型的树脂进行干燥;b:合模注塑,前模和后模合模后,将液体树脂以3-15mm/s的注射速度注射到模具的模腔内,在注射过程中控制背压压力为30-45kg/cm3;c:水冷,在前模的水冷管道内接入常温水,在后模的水冷管道接入40℃至60℃的水;d:模具保压,成型时保持保压压力不变;e:开模,成型后,前模与后模分开,将成型产品脱模。本发明工艺简单,制作出的硅胶、橡胶塑制品成品率高。
Description
【技术领域】
发明涉及一种硅胶、橡胶塑制品的成型工艺。
【背景技术】
树脂在成型的过程中,由于其流动性强,如硅胶或橡胶制品,现有技术中,在成型时容易产生烧焦、发亮、表面有波浪纹、光泽不好等现象,且脱模时容易粘模或变形,容易产生很多不稳定性因素,导致成品率低。
【发明内容】
发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种成型稳定,成品率高的硅胶、橡胶塑制品的成型工艺。
为了解决上述问题,发明采用以下技术方案:
一种硅胶、橡胶塑制品的成型工艺,其特征在于:包括以下几个步骤:
a:干燥树脂,将待注塑成型的树脂进行干燥;
b:合模注塑,前模和后模合模后,将液体树脂以3-15mm/s的注射速度注射到模具的模腔内,在注射过程中控制背压压力为30-45kg/cm3;
c:水冷,在前模的水冷管道内接入常温水,在后模的水冷管道接入40℃至60℃的水;
d:模具保压,成型时保持保压压力不变;
e:开模,成型后,前模与后模分开,将成型产品脱模。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种硅胶、橡胶塑制品的成型工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤a中树脂干燥条件为在80℃温度下,干燥时间大于等于6小时,或者在100℃温度下,干燥时间大于等于2小时。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种硅胶、橡胶塑制品的成型工艺,其特征在于:步骤d中的保压压力为50kg/cm3。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种硅胶、橡胶塑制品的成型工艺,其特征在于:所述的前模的合模端面为磨沙面,所述的后模的合模端面为光滑平面。
发明的有益效果有:树脂在成型前充分干燥,可以除去部分水分,防止成型中粘膜;在注塑时控制树脂注入以3-15mm/s的注射速度注射,防止速度过快而使产品产生烧焦、发亮等现象,而过快产生短射、表面有波浪纹、光泽不好等现象,背压压力为30-45kg/cm3,防止软胶在螺杆转动时有打滑现象;成型时将前模接入室温,后模接入40℃至60℃的水,其保证在模腔里树脂有更好的流动性从而不影响产品的外观面;成型过程中产品在进入保压阶段时,确保保压压力不变,防止模具还没有达到正常的运转状态下树脂过度的进入型腔,从而防止在脱模时粘模或变形。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对发明作进一步详细描述:
如图1至图4所示,一种硅胶、橡胶塑制品的成型工艺,其特征在于:包括以下几个步骤:
a:干燥树脂,将待注塑成型的树脂进行干燥,树脂干燥条件为在80℃温度下,干燥时间大于等于6小时,或者在100℃温度下,干燥时间大于等于2小时,防止产品成型产生水花印。
b:合模注塑,前模1和后模1合模后,将液体树脂以3-15mm/s的注射速度注射到模具的模腔3内,注射时分多段注射,每次注射一部分,直到全部注射到模腔3内,例如采用5mm/s的注塑速度,过快的充填易产生批峰以及模具的结构到最后树脂因过快的速度气体无法经其它的途径排出型腔使产品产生烧焦、发亮等现象。射出速度过慢产品容易产生短射、表面有波浪纹、光泽不好等现象。在注射过程中控制背压压力为30-45kg/cm3,例如采用35kg/cm3的背压压力,防止软胶在螺杆转动时有打滑现象,且过大时熔胶在高速运转产生的树脂剪切力过大而发热使得下料口容易结块,过小时造成树脂没有充分的在炮管里搅拌挤压而使其密度下降对成型调试产品外观面(气痕)有影响。前模1的合模端面为磨沙面,后模3的合模端面为光滑平面。
c:水冷,在前模1的水冷管道4内接入常温水,在后模3的水冷管道4接入40℃至60℃的水,接入水温可以采用50℃的水,控制好模温保证产品在脱模时顺畅不变形等现象,其保证在模腔3里树脂有更好的流动性从而不影响产品的外观面,防止模具还没有达到正常的运转状态下树脂过度的进入型腔,在脱模时容易粘模或变形。
d:模具保压,成型时保持保压压力不变,保压压力为50kg/cm3,成型时保压压力不宜一次性调整到位,模具还没有达到正常的运转状态下树脂过度的进入型腔,脱模时容易粘模或变形。
e:开模,成型后,前模1与后模2分开,将成型产品脱模。
Claims (4)
1.一种硅胶、橡胶塑制品的成型工艺,其特征在于:包括以下几个步骤:
a:干燥树脂,将待注塑成型的树脂进行干燥;
b:合模注塑,前模(1)和后模(2)合模后,将液体树脂以3-15mm/s的注射速度注射到模具的模腔(3)内,在注射过程中控制背压压力为30-45kg/cm3;
c:水冷,在前模(1)的水冷管道(4)内接入常温水,在后模(2)的水冷管道(4)接入40℃至60℃的水;
d:模具保压,成型时保持保压压力不变;
e:开模,成型后,前模(1)与后模(2)分开,将成型产品脱模。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅胶、橡胶塑制品的成型工艺,其特征在于:所述的步骤a中树脂干燥条件为在80℃温度下,干燥时间大于等于6小时,或者在100℃温度下,干燥时间大于等于2小时。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅胶、橡胶塑制品的成型工艺,其特征在于:步骤d中的保压压力为50kg/cm3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅胶、橡胶塑制品的成型工艺,其特征在于:所述的前模(1)的合模端面为磨沙面,所述的后模(2)的合模端面为光滑平面。
