[0019] 一种煤烟脱硫除尘器,包括一个内部为空腔的壳体1,所述壳体中部设有进气口2,所述壳体顶部设置有出气口 3,所述出气口下方设置有折流板除雾器9,所述壳体内设有隔板4,所述隔板4将壳体内部分隔成左右两个腔体,分别为脱硫腔5和水幕除尘腔6,且所述脱硫腔中部与水幕除尘腔之间通过管道相通,所述进气口 2位于所述脱硫腔5处,所述进气口 2与所述脱硫腔内的多个文丘里管51通过进气管道21并联,所述文丘里管是流速为10-25m/s的文丘里管,所述文丘里管51上方固定有波浪形档板52,所述文丘里管两两之间设置有一洗涤液喷头53,所述洗涤液喷头53并联接入洗涤液通道531,所述的洗涤液为石灰石的水溶液,所述文丘里管51与洗涤液喷头53方向均竖直朝上,所述脱硫箱下部设置有沉淀箱54,所述沉淀箱54内设置于分水装置541,所述分水装置将沉淀箱分为污水区和清水区,所述水幕除尘腔包括喷淋装置61、水幕挡板62和废液池63,所述喷淋装置61与沉淀箱的清水区通过循环水泵8连通。
[0020] 优选地,所述脱硫腔上方设置有倾斜角度的导流板10,所述导流板10最下端设置有排水口,所述排水口通过管道连接至洗涤液喷头53。

[0023] 当烟气通入进气管道21,经过文丘里管51的加速喷出,烟气遇到波浪形挡板52后急停掉头,与从洗涤液喷头喷53出的石灰石水溶液充分接触,达到脱硫的目的,包裹着硫酸钙沉淀的液滴受重力影响掉入沉淀箱54内,经过分水装置的处理,清水由水泵8抽入至水幕除尘器的喷淋装置61,脱硫后的烟气再经过水幕除尘腔的处理,向上运动再经过折流板除雾器9干燥,干燥后的洁净空气排入大气,水份经过凝聚掉落在导流板10上,进而通过管道连接如洗涤液管道531,节约水资源。

Claims (7)
1.一种煤烟脱硫除尘器,包括一个内部为空腔的壳体,其特征在于:所述壳体中部设有进气口,所述壳体顶部设置有出气口,所述壳体内设有隔板,所述隔板将壳体内部分隔成左右两个腔体,分别为脱硫腔和水幕除尘腔,且所述脱硫腔中部与水幕除尘腔之间通过管道相通,所述进气口位于所述脱硫腔处,所述进气口与所述脱硫腔内的多个文丘里管通过进气管道并联,所述文丘里管上方固定有波浪形档板,所述文丘里管两两之间设置有一洗涤液喷头,所述洗涤液喷头并联接入洗涤液通道,所述文丘里管与洗涤液喷头方向均竖直朝上,所述脱硫箱下部设置有沉淀箱,所述沉淀箱内设置于分水装置,所述分水装置将沉淀箱分为污水区和清水区,所述水幕除尘腔包括喷淋装置、水幕挡板和废液池,所述喷淋装置与沉淀箱的清水区通过循环水泵连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的脱硫除尘设备,其特征在于:所述的洗涤液为碱性水溶液。
3.如权利要求1所述的脱硫除尘设备,其特征在于:所述文丘里管是流速为10-25m/s的文丘里管。
4.如权利要求1所述的脱硫除尘设备,其特征在于:所述出气口下方设置有折流板除雾器。
5.如权利要求1所述的脱硫除尘设备,其特征在于:所述脱硫腔上方设置有倾斜角度的导流板,所述导流板最下端设置有排水口,所述排水口通过管道连接至洗涤液喷头。
6.如权利要求1所述的脱硫除尘设备,其特征在于:所述污水区底部设置有排污口。
7.如权利要求1所述的脱硫除尘设备,其特征在于:所述脱硫腔与水幕除尘腔之间的连接管道为气体压缩通道,所述通道内设置有多个椭圆形凸块。
