技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种脱硫除尘装置,尤其是涉及一种采用液体作为分离吸附剂的 双循环烟气脱硫除尘器。
背景技术
[0002] 燃煤/重油锅炉所产生的废气中的二氧化硫、氮氧化物和粉尘等对环境造成严重 的污染,一直是环境治理的重点之一,也是环境治理中的一个难题,特别是废气中的二氧化 硫和氮氧化物是很难控制的主要污染物。我国20世纪90年代上马的许多中、小型企业,例 如纺织印染企业等在生产中大量使用燃油锅炉。燃油锅炉在生产过程中产生的烟尘、二氧 化硫和氮氧化物给周边地区造成环境污染,根据环保要求,必须对污染的设备特别是燃油 锅炉所产生的烟气进行治理。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种脱硫除尘效果较好的双循环烟气脱硫除尘器。
[0004] 本实用新型设有本体、排尘文丘管、排气文丘管、隔离板、进烟口、喷淋器、进水口、 搁板、碱液进口、间阀、工作口、溶液混合泵、加碱斗、电磁阀、循环碱池、搅拌器、溶液输送 泵、电动碟阀、止回阀、液位开关、过滤池、过滤板、刮渣机、沉淀池和转运车等。
[0005] 本实用新型本体内由隔板、搁板分隔成第1除尘箱、第2除尘箱、水浴除尘箱、脱硫 箱和净化箱。第1除尘箱内的排气文丘管上端与第2隔板连接,下端与第1隔板连接;第2 除尘箱内的排尘文丘管的上端与第1隔板连接,下端朝水浴除尘箱;由搁板将净化箱与脱 硫箱分开,脱硫箱内碱液喷淋器接碱液进口,水液喷淋器接进水口 ;净化箱内活性炭脱硫环 置于搁板上,搁板平面内设有过水通孔,活性炭脱硫环上下设喷淋器;净化箱顶设出烟口 ; 水浴除尘箱设于第2除尘箱下面,水浴除尘箱与过滤池相通,由过滤板隔开;循环碱池的出 液口经截流阀、溶液输送泵、电动碟阀、止回阀、溶液混合泵与碱液入口相接,在止回阀与过 滤池之间设截流阀,循环碱池设有搅拌器、加碱斗和电磁阀。过滤池内设液位开关。刮渣 机设于水浴除尘箱内;刮渣机出口处设转运车;净化箱、第1除尘箱和第2除尘箱均设工作
[0006] 与现有的锅炉脱硫除尘装置相比,本实用新型针对燃油锅炉烟气采用多级文丘里 除尘,水浴固气分离、喷淋碱液、液体吸附脱硫,湿式净化,不仅其排放达到环保标准,而且 清水和碱液均被循环利用,实现灰水、碱液双循环。整个除尘系统运行费用低,并消除了二 次污染。

[0010] 烟气从进烟口 5进入第1除尘箱(均压箱)23,烟气经出尘文丘管2进入水浴除 尘箱40,尘粒沉入刮渣机39,烟气在抽风(出烟口外)作用下,经出气除尘管4进入脱硫箱 21,烟气与碱液喷淋器7所喷出的脱硫剂混合,烟气中的二氧化硫被吸收清除。脱硫后的尘 粒水滴沿出气文丘管4回落至水浴除尘箱40。
[0011 ] 水浴除尘箱40内的灰渣由刮渣机39输送至转运车41,碱液经过滤板38过滤进入 过滤池37,实现碱液循环使用。过滤池37内设液位开关36,用于控制电磁阀19、31和35, 确保脱硫箱21、水浴除尘箱40内的碱液循环。循环碱池四内设有搅拌器30、加碱斗27和 电磁阀观,根据回流碱液的PH值自动控制补碱量。
[0012] 在脱硫箱21内脱硫后的烟气经搁板15进入活性炭脱硫环9,经水液喷淋器12、16 清洗,得到进一步净化,净化后的烟气由出烟口 10排出,水液喷淋器12、16的另一作用是清 洗活性炭脱硫环9。
[0013] 水浴除尘箱40内的碱液经过滤板38过滤后进入过滤池37,实现碱液循环使用。
[0014] 经测试,本实用新型实施例可达到以下主要参数。
