本发明公开了含有马齿苋的饮料以及制备方法,按照重量百分比,其成分包括:马齿苋5-15%、山栀根2%-8%、薄荷2%-8%、柠檬2-8%、柠檬酸1-3%、木糖醇0.3-0.45%、瓜胶0.1-0.5%、蜂蜜1-2%、苯甲酸钠0.04-0.09%其余为纯净水。本发明的优点在于,结合其他成分充分发挥了马齿苋清热利湿、解毒消肿、消炎、止渴、利尿作用的药用功效,使得饮料具有较好的保健效果,同时,饮料配料方案较佳,使得口感怡人。

本发明涉及含有马齿苋的饮料以及制备方法。
背景技术
马齿苋(拉丁学名:Portulaca oleracea L.)为马齿苋科一年生草本植物。肥厚多汁,无毛,高10~30cm,生于田野路边及庭园废墟等向阳处。国内各地均有分布。该种为药食两用植物。全草供药用,有清热利湿、解毒消肿、消炎、止渴、利尿作用;种子明目。现代研究,马齿苋还含有丰富的SL3脂肪酸及维生素A样物质。SL3脂肪酸是形成细胞膜,尤其是脑细胞膜与眼细胞膜所必需的物质;维生素A样物质能维持上皮组织如皮肤、角膜及结合膜的正常机能,参与视紫质的合成,增强视网膜感光性能,也参与体内许多氧化过程。
在目前,随着人们保健意识的逐渐增强,越来越多的功能性中药饮料受到关注的程度日益提高,在确保饮料清爽的口感下,将中药成分引入饮料之中使得饮料具有更多保健功能也越来越受到重视。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种马齿苋饮料,有较高的保健功效并且口感较佳。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
一种含有马齿苋的饮料,按照重量百分比,其成分包括:
马齿苋5-15%、山栀根2%-8%、薄荷2%-8%、柠檬2-8%、柠檬酸1-3%、木糖醇0.3-0.45%、瓜胶0.1-0.5%、蜂蜜1-2%、苯甲酸钠0.04-0.09%其余为纯净水。
进一步地,按照重量百分比,其成分包括:马齿苋10%、山栀根4%、薄荷4%、柠檬3.5%、柠檬酸2.3%、木糖醇0.35%、瓜胶0.4%、蜂蜜1.5%、苯甲酸钠0.05%,其余为纯净水。
本发明要解决的另一个技术问题是提供一种马齿苋饮料的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
一种含有马齿苋的饮料的制备方法,步骤包括:
(1)将马齿苋在40-45℃条件下烘干;
(2)将烘干的马齿苋反复揉捏数次后置晾晒5-8h;
(3)晾晒后,将马齿苋送入粉碎机内进行粉碎,粉碎至30-40目;
(4)将山栀根、薄荷、柠檬粉碎至30-40目;
(5)分别将粉碎后的山栀根、薄荷、柠檬溶于水中并提取澄清液;
(6)马齿苋、山栀根、薄荷、柠檬、柠檬酸、木糖醇、瓜胶、蜂蜜、苯甲酸钠、纯净水按比例混合调配;
(7)将混合后的混合液多次萃取提纯至最终产品。
本发明的有益效果:
结合其他成分充分发挥了马齿苋清热利湿、解毒消肿、消炎、止渴、利尿作用的药用功效,使得饮料具有较好的保健效果,同时,饮料配料方案较佳,使得口感怡人。

(1)将马齿苋在40-45℃条件下烘干;

3.一种含有马齿苋的饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤包括:
(1)将马齿苋在40-45℃条件下烘干;
(2)将烘干的马齿苋反复揉捏数次后置晾晒5-8h;
(3)晾晒后,将马齿苋送入粉碎机内进行粉碎,粉碎至30-40目;
(4)将山栀根、薄荷、柠檬粉碎至30-40目;
