背景技术
银杏叶是一种具有很高药用价值的植物,银杏树是中国古老的树种之一,它是神奇的医疗之树,2亿5千多年前侏罗纪恐龙掌控地球时,银杏是最繁盛的植物之一。地球生命历经千亿年的变动,尤其是第四世纪冰川覆盖之后,只有银杏仍保持它最原始的面貌,在生物演化学史上被称为“活化石”。其叶、果实、种子都有比较高的药用价值,其药理作用不断被认识,临床应用范围逐步扩大。饮用银杏茶可明显降低血清胆固醇、甘油三脂和低密度血脂蛋白,减少体内贮存脂肪的作用。
在目前,随着人们保健意识的逐渐增强,越来越多的功能性中药饮料受到关注的程度日益提高,在确保饮料清爽的口感下,将中药成分引入饮料之中使得饮料具有更多保健功能也越来越受到重视。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种银杏叶饮料,有较高的保健功效并且口感较佳。

一种含有银杏叶的饮料,按照重量百分比,其成分包括:
银杏叶5-15%、冬瓜2%-7%、决明子1%-5%、生山楂2-8%、柠檬酸1-3%、木糖醇0.3-0.45%、瓜胶0.1-0.5%、蜂蜜1-2%、苯甲酸钠0.04-0.09%其余为纯净水。
进一步地,按照重量百分比,其成分包括:银杏叶10%、冬瓜3%、决明子3%、生山楂3.5%、柠檬酸2.3%、木糖醇0.35%、瓜胶0.4%、蜂蜜1.5%、苯甲酸钠0.05%,其余为纯净水。
本发明要解决的另一个技术问题是提供一种含有银杏叶的饮料的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
一种银杏叶饮料的制备方法,步骤包括:
(1)将银杏叶在40-45℃条件下烘干;
(2)将烘干的银杏叶反复揉捏数次后置晾晒5-8h;
(3)晾晒后,将银杏叶送入粉碎机内进行粉碎,粉碎至30-40目;
(4)将冬瓜、决明子、生山楂粉碎至30-40目;
(5)分别将粉碎后的冬瓜、决明子、生山楂溶于水中并提取澄清液;
(6)银杏叶、冬瓜、决明子、生山楂、柠檬酸、木糖醇、瓜胶、蜂蜜、苯甲酸钠、纯净水按比例混合调配;
(7)将混合后的混合液多次萃取提纯至最终产品。
本发明的有益效果:
结合其他成分充分发挥了银杏叶降低血清胆固醇、甘油三脂和低密度血脂蛋白,减少体内贮存脂肪的保健效果,同时,饮料配料方案较佳,使得口感怡人。

3.一种含有银杏叶的饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤包括:
(1)将银杏叶在40-45℃条件下烘干;
(2)将烘干的银杏叶反复揉捏数次后置晾晒5-8h;
(3)晾晒后,将银杏叶送入粉碎机内进行粉碎,粉碎至30-40目;
(4)将冬瓜、决明子、生山楂粉碎至30-40目;
(5)分别将粉碎后的冬瓜、决明子、生山楂溶于水中并提取澄清液;
