Abstract

本发明公开了一种活血止痛药膏，由穿山甲、白芥子、透骨草、猫爪草、鸦胆子、寻骨风、肿节风、三七、防风、苍术、白芨、水蛭及杨铁叶子根制备，制备方法是：取所述药物粉碎成粒径为1-5毫米的粗粒，加入药物量3-5倍量的水，加热提取3次，每次提取1-2小时，收集3次提取液过滤，滤液合并，浓缩至60℃热测相对密度是1.25-1.30,得到稠膏，按稠膏与常规药膏基质的重量比是1：0.5-1的比例，将稠膏与药膏基质混合均匀，灭菌包装即得。本发明具有祛除风湿，通经活络，活血行气，散瘀止痛的作用，经57例临床验证，对因气血瘀滞，感受风邪湿邪而产生的腰腿疼痛、颈椎疼痛具有止痛或缓解疼痛的作用，有效率达100%。

Description

一种活血止痛药膏
技术领域
本发明涉及一种活血止痛药膏,属于外用中成药制备技术领域。
背景技术
腰腿痛及颈椎痛是一种常见病，也是一种退行性疾病。人们在工作中常常需要用电脑办公，久坐已成为现代生活的一种方式，因此而带来的俗称“电脑病”及“富贵病”的一系列症状；中老年人因为感受风寒湿邪，肌肉劳损，气血瘀滞，功能退化也常常易患上腰腿痛的疾病，这些疾病或症状的主要临床表现就是疼痛，疼痛集中反应在腰、腿及颈椎处，出现这些症状的主要原因就是风寒湿邪侵入人体，气血不通，中医认为气血“通则不痛，痛则不通”，这就是说临床所出现的疼痛症状，都是由于人体受到外界风寒湿邪的侵扰，气血经络瘀滞，造成气血经络不通所至。治疗时就需要采用祛风除湿，活血散瘀的治疗原则。虽然在中医的发展过程中，总结出了许多治疗颈椎、腰腿痛的方剂，但是寻求一种有效治疗颈椎、腰腿痛的药物也是一种技术进步，提供一种治疗颈椎腰腿痛的药物，给临床增加一种治疗药物的选择有着积极的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种活血止痛药膏，用以治疗因风寒、湿邪侵犯人体，造成人体气血瘀滞所至的颈椎、腰腿疼痛症，克服目前所使用的药物，治疗效果不理想的不足。
本发明目的的实现是因为采取了以下技术方案，一种活血止痛药膏，主要由下述重量份的原料制备：
穿山甲10-15份 白芥子3-5份  透骨草5-8份  猫爪草2-3份   
鸦胆子6-8份  寻骨风3-5份   肿节风2-3份  三七  5-7份
防风2-3份    苍术3-5份    白芨2-3份    水蛭4-6份 
 杨铁叶子根20-30份；
上述药物均为干净干燥饮片，均在《中国药典》或《中药大辞典》中有收载；
所述活血止痛药膏的制备方法：
取所述药物粉碎成粒径为1-5毫米的粗粒，加入药物量3-5倍量的水，加热提取3次， 每次提取1-2小时，收集3次提取液过滤，滤液合并，浓缩至60℃热测相对密度是1.25-1.30,得到稠膏，按稠膏与常规药膏基质的重量比是1：0.5-1的比例，将稠膏与药膏基质混合均匀，灭菌包装即得。
采取上述措施的本发明，其中穿山甲、三七、水蛭为君药，均具有活血散结；通经活络，散瘀，消肿，定痛的功效，在方中起统领三军的作用；另外，杨铁叶子根、白芥子、 透骨草、猫爪草、寻骨风、肿节风是臣药，辅助君药起作用；苍术、白芨是佐药，辅佐君药，增强君药的作用，防风为使药，引药到位。上述君臣佐使药结合，共同起到了祛风去湿，通经活络，活血行气，散瘀止痛的作用。本发明是一种外用膏剂，使用时涂敷于患处，每24小时换药一次，对因气血瘀滞，感受风邪湿邪而产生的腰腿疼痛、颈椎疼痛具有积极的治疗作用。为了验证本发明的临床效果，经黑龙江省铁力市中医院进行了临床试验，试验结果如下：
（1）临床资料：选57例，其中男性31例，女性26例，年龄20-78岁，平均年龄49岁，其中颈椎疼痛25例，腰腿疼痛32例，病程最短1天，最长365天。
（2）治疗方法：取本发明膏药直接均匀涂敷于患处，每天换药一次，6天为一疗程。
（3）疗效观察：用药后1个疗程，疼痛明显减轻或消失为显效；用药1个疗程后，疼痛减轻，功能障碍基本消失为有效；用药2个疗程，疼痛无明显减轻为无效。临床结果如下表所示：

（4）结论：本发明具有祛除风湿，通经活络，活血行气，散瘀止痛的作用，经57例临床验证，对因气血瘀滞，感受风邪湿邪而产生的腰腿疼痛、颈椎疼痛具有止痛或缓解疼痛的作用，有效率达100%。
具体实施方式
实施例1
（1）处方：
穿山甲1000克 白芥子300克  透骨草500克 猫爪草200克   
鸦胆子600克  寻骨风300克   肿节风200克  三七  500克
防风200克    苍术300克   白芨200克    水蛭400克 
 杨铁叶子根2000克；
（2）制备方法：
取上述药物粉碎成粒径为1-5毫米的粗粒，加入25公斤的水，加热提取1小时，得提取液，药渣按上述方法重复提取2次，收集3次提取液过滤，滤液合并，浓缩至60℃热测相对密度是1.25,得到稠膏，按稠膏与常规药膏基质的重量比是1：0.5的比例，将稠膏与药膏基质混合均匀，灭菌包装即得。
实施例2
（1）处方：
穿山甲1500克 白芥子500克  透骨草800克 猫爪草300克   
鸦胆子800克  寻骨风500克   肿节风300克  三七  700克
防风300克    苍术500克   白芨300克    水蛭600克 
 杨铁叶子根3000克；
（2）制备方法：
取上述药物粉碎成粒径为1-5毫米的粗粒，加入50公斤的水，加热提取2小时，得提取液，药渣按上述方法重复提取2次，收集3次提取液过滤，滤液合并，浓缩至60℃热测相对密度是1.30,得到稠膏，按稠膏与常规药膏基质的重量比是1：1的比例，将稠膏与药膏基质混合均匀，灭菌包装即得。
实施例3
（1）处方：
穿山甲1300克 白芥子400克  透骨草600克 猫爪草300克   
鸦胆子700克  寻骨风400克   肿节风200克  三七  600克
防风300克    苍术400克   白芨200克    水蛭500克 
 杨铁叶子根2500克；
（2）制备方法：
取上述药物粉碎成粒径为1-5毫米的粗粒，加入40公斤的水，加热提取2小时，得提取液，药渣按上述方法重复提取2次，收集3次提取液过滤，滤液合并，浓缩至60℃热测相对密度是1.28,得到稠膏，按稠膏与常规药膏基质的重量比是1：1的比例，将稠膏与药膏基质混合均匀，灭菌包装即得。

1.一种活血止痛药膏，其特征在于所述药膏主要由下述重量份的原料制备：
穿山甲10-15份 白芥子3-5份  透骨草5-8份  猫爪草2-3份   
鸦胆子6-8份  寻骨风3-5份   肿节风2-3份  三七  5-7份
防风2-3份    苍术3-5份    白芨2-3份    水蛭4-6份份 
 杨铁叶子根20-30份；
所述活血止痛药膏的制备方法：
