Abstract

本发明涉及一种中药，特别是涉及一种用于治疗慢性肝炎的中药。
背景技术：
慢性肝炎是肝脏慢性炎性疾患。临床上可有肝区疼痛、腹胀、纳呆、恶心、乏力、黄疸等症状。病程在6个月到一年以上，有的克达数十年或更长。部分病例可从急性肝炎迁延而来，也有部分患者在就诊时，已是慢性肝炎。本病与中医“胁痛”、“黄疸”、“肝气”等病有相似之处。
临床上治疗慢性肝炎较为棘手，一般的治疗口服西药或中成药，治标不治本，达不到治疗的目的。
发明内容：
本发明是一种见效快、疗效好，无任何副作用的中药制剂。
本发明的药物是由以下重量的中药为原料制备而成的：
田基黄30克 板蓝根15克 白芍15克 黄芩10克 鸡骨草12克 茵陈10克 柴胡6克 甘草6克白背叶根30克
可以将上述药物制成药剂学上的任何一种内服剂型，本发明优选的剂型是汤剂。
本发明的药物的具体制备方法是将上述药物第一剂加水700毫升煎至200毫升，第二剂加水500毫升煎至200毫升。
使用方法是将煎好的汤剂口服，每日两次，早晚空服。
中医认为慢性肝炎治疗应以清热、利湿、解毒为治疗原则。方中田基黄、板蓝根清热解毒；鸡骨草、黄芩清热利湿；肝为刚脏，体阴用阳，故用白芍、白背叶根、柴胡以舒柔化郁，使肝恢复其疏泄功能；甘草调和诸药。上述药物配伍使用，协同作用，从而达到治疗的目的。
本发明的药物疗效好、见效快、服用方便、无副作用，对慢性肝炎有很好的治疗效果。
为进一步证明发明药物的临床疗效和安全性，选择63例患者对本发明药物进行观察。63例患者中，三个月未一个疗程，一个疗程痊愈者25例，二个疗程痊愈者15例，二个疗程以上痊愈者21例，无效2例，全部使用本发明药物进行治疗，每日两次，早晚空服。
疗效标准：显效：化验肝功能恢复正常；有效：化验肝功能有所改善，逐步恢复正常；无效：治疗前后无变化。

将上述药物混合后煎成汤剂，第一剂加水700毫升煎至200毫升，第二剂加水500毫升煎至200毫升，每日两次，早晚空服。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种用于治疗慢性肝炎的中药，其特征是将所述药物用水煎服成汤剂口服。
