冠心病心绞痛是由于各种原因引起冠状动脉供血不足，心肌急剧的缺氧、缺血，或冠脉痉挛所引起的临床综合征。本病多发生于40岁以上，男性多于女性，且以脑力劳动者居多，是现今世界范围内严重危害公众健康和生命的一种常见病、多发病。现代医学认为本病的病因尚不完全清楚，动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂，血栓形成，心肌桥和冠状动脉痉挛，可能是其原因。
而传统中医属“胸痹”、“心痛”、“心胃痛”等范畴。《医门法律》云：“胸痹总因阳虚，故阴得乘之”，可见脏腑虚损尤以气虚阳虚为主。《金匮要略.胸痹心痛短气病》中“夫脉当取太过不及，阳微阴弦，即胸痹心痛。”《诸病源候论》谓：“寒气客于五脏，因虚而发，上冲胸间，即为胸痹。”因此冠心病是以脏腑虚损，气血阴阳不足为本，以气滞、血瘀、痰浊和寒凝等有形之邪为标的“本虚标实”之证。
现有的治疗药物主要有硝酸酯类、β受体阻断剂、钙拮抗剂、抗凝剂，虽然治疗效果强，但毒副作用大、禁忌症多、长期使用易产生耐药性、撤药出现明显不适等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于气阴两虚型冠心病心绞痛辅助治疗的的药物组合，该药物可起到明显的补肾益气，活血通络的作用，其治疗效果确切，无明显的不良反应，弥补现有治疗药物的不足。
本发明涉及一种以中药为原料制备的用于气阴两虚型冠心病心绞痛辅助治疗的药物组合，其特征在于它是由下列重量配比的原料制成的：

一种用于气阴两虚型冠心病心绞痛辅助治疗的中药制剂，或为散剂，或为蜜丸，或为胶囊，或为片剂。
本发明药物的生产方法是：按质量配比要求将海藻、丹参、黄芪、绞股蓝、制何首乌、枸杞子、山楂加入提取锅，加水煎煮二次，合并滤液，滤过，滤液浓缩成清膏；与鹿茸、川芎、红花、冬虫夏草、灵芝、三七、琥珀、川贝母、延胡索、西洋参、珍珠的粉碎细粉进行混合并干燥，或加工制成散剂、或加工制成蜜丸、或加工制成胶囊或加工制成片剂。
本药物发明过程及优势：
本发明的解决方案是基于祖国传统医学对气阴两虚型冠心病心绞痛的认识，以益气养阴为基本，佐活血行气化瘀以治标，标本同治，通补结合，以达到辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛并不易复发的目的。丹参，活血祛瘀，古有“一位丹参，功同四物”，黄芪补气升阳，得西洋参，补气之力倍增，三药共为主药，补气活血。鹿茸壮肾阳、益精血，枸杞子滋补肝肾，两者协同，共助补益肝肾之效。冬虫夏草补虚损、益精气，何首乌补肝肾、益精血，两者共同加强主药补气。红花活血通经、去瘀止痛，川芎活血祛瘀、祛风止痛，三七散瘀止血、消肿定痛，延胡索活血散瘀、理气止痛，四药共助丹参祛瘀，增强止痛之功效。川贝母散结消痈，海藻软坚散结、利水消肿，山楂行气散瘀，三药润燥散结消积。绞股蓝、琥珀、灵芝、珍珠安神益气。诸药合用，补肾益气，活血化瘀，以治虚瘀诸症。攻补兼施，标本兼顾，共奏益气活血之功。

取上述海藻、丹参、黄芪、绞股蓝、制何首乌、枸杞子、山楂加入提取锅，加水煎煮二次，合并滤液，滤过，滤液浓缩成清膏。与鹿茸、川芎、红花、冬虫夏草、灵芝、三七、琥珀、川贝母、延胡索、西洋参、珍珠的粉碎细粉进行混合并干燥。粉碎成细粉，继续混合均匀，加工制成散剂。

本发明的临床研究资料如下：
4.1.1临床资料：：
从本市某大医院中筛选具有冠状动脉性心脏病的患者120例，其中男性患者80例，女性患者40例。
4.1.2中医辩证及证候判定标准
主证：胸痛及或胸闷；
次证：气短，乏力，心悸，面色少华，自汗；
舌象、脉象：舌体胖有齿痕，舌质暗，或紫暗或有瘀斑，脉沉弦；
以上主症必备，次症兼具2项以上，结合舌象、脉象，即可诊断。
4.1.3疗效评定标准：
显效：治疗后临床症状消失或者由较重症减轻到轻度；
有效：疼痛发作次数、程度及持续时间有明显减轻；
无效：症状基本与治疗前相同；
加重：疼痛发作次数、程度及持续时间有所加重。
4.1.4治疗方法：
选用上述胶囊剂给患者服用，口服，每次4粒，每日3次。给药四周作为一个疗程。

在上述的治疗中，用本发明药物辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛患者120例，一个疗程后，结果显效64例，显效率为53.3%；好转49例，好转率为40.8%；无效7例，无加重病例，总有效率为94.2%。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的具体实施方式，其描述较为具体和详细，但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

4.权利要求1或2所述的一种用于气阴两虚型冠心病心绞痛辅助治疗的中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于，按质量配比要求将海藻、丹参、黄芪、绞股蓝、制何首乌、枸杞子、山楂加入提取锅，加水煎煮二次，合并滤液，滤过，滤液浓缩成清膏；与鹿茸、川芎、红花、冬虫夏草、灵芝、三七、琥珀、川贝母、延胡索、西洋参、珍珠的粉碎细粉进行混合并干燥，或加工制成散剂、或加工制成蜜丸、或加工制成胶囊或加工制成片剂。
