背景技术
脂肪肝,是指由于各种原因引起的肝细胞内脂肪堆积过多的病变。脂肪性肝病正严重威胁,国人的健康,成为仅次于病毒性肝炎的第二大肝病，已被公认为隐蔽性肝硬化的常见原因。禁食、过分节食或其它快速减轻体重的措施可引起脂肪分解短期内大量增加，消耗肝内谷光甘肽（GSH），使肝内丙二醛和脂质过氧化物大量增加，损伤肝细胞，导致脂肪肝。从已知的研究来看一般通过纯节食减肥或药物减肥一个月体重下降1/10或以上者得脂肪肝的可能性非常大，而且一旦停止体重反弹也会非常快。目前许多年轻人患脂肪肝的原因就是盲目减肥引起的。
到目前为止,西药尚无防治快速减肥性脂肪肝的有效药物,以中药长期调理性的治疗最好。但很多中药在治疗快速减肥性脂肪肝的同时,会造成体重反弹或者上火出痘,患者接受度并不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗快速减肥性脂肪肝的中药,本发明对传统中医理论进行研究,针对肝病的检测指标及临床症状,从病因、病理进行了较深入的研究,并试验了一些中草药,通过挖掘民间秘方,加以补充和整理，开发出治疗快速减肥性脂肪肝病的中药组方，按照普通中药的提取、炮制和加工方法,制成了治疗肝病的效果好、安全可靠、无毒副作用的中药制剂。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种治疗快速减肥性脂肪肝的中药,按以下重量份数比制备而成,石栗5-10份、乳香5-10份、蛤蚧4-8份、岗松5-10份、天仙子4-8份、葛根5-10份、连翘5-10份、麝香2-4份、阿胶5-10份、丝瓜络5-10份、鹿茸5-10份、桃仁5-10份、甘草5-10份、核桃仁5-10份、葵花籽5-10份。

(1)将石栗岗松连翘丝瓜络甘草洗净,加5倍量的水,大火300度煎煮30分钟，过滤，得滤液，在加入2倍量的水,大火煎煮10分钟过滤，得滤液，合并两次滤液，浓缩成清膏，加乙醇至含醇量50％-70％，搅拌10分钟，静置5个小时，滤过，滤液减压回收乙醇，并浓缩为清膏,清膏自然晒干后,研制成碎末备用；
(2)乳香、天仙子和米醋搅拌,与米醋的重量比1:0.1,然后放入100度锅里炒3分钟,取出,研制成碎末备用；
(3)蛤蚧、葛根、麝香、阿胶、鹿茸、桃仁、核桃、葵花籽研制成碎末晒干备用；
(4)将(1)至(3)混合后成散剂,装入胶囊，即可。
药理说明：
石栗：功能：通经、利尿。
乳香：功效与作用：活血止痛舒筋，其作用可能为镇痛和消炎。又对小白鼠实验性结核病有疗效。
蛤蚧：功效与作用：补肺肾、止喘嗽，有滋补、强壮作用。
岗松：功能：祛风、化气。
天仙子：功能：定痛、止痛。
葛根：功能：发表退热，生津止渴。“疗肌解表甘葛先而柴胡次之”，见《药性赋》。
主治：表症发热无汗，头项强痛，热病口渴，消渴，斑疹不透，脾虚泄泻。
连翘：功能：清心解热，消肿散结，利尿。主治：外感风热，急性热病初起。烦热神昏，痈肿疮毒，瘰疠等症。
麝香：性味归经：辛、温。归心、脾经，功效：开窍醒神、活血通经、止痛、催产。
阿胶功能：滋阴养血，补肺润燥，止血安胎。主治：虚劳赢瘦、肺痈吐脓、吐血、衄血、便血、经血不调，崩漏带下、胎动不安、阴虚心烦、失眠等症。
丝瓜络功能：清热解毒、活血通络、利尿消肿。主治：筋骨酸痛、胸胁痛、乳汁不通、经闭、睾丸肿痛、便血、崩漏等症。
鹿茸味甘、咸，性温。入肝、肾二经，具有壮肾阳，补气血，益精髓，强筋骨之功效。用于精亏血虚，眩晕耳鸣，耳聋，阳痿滑精，腰膝酸软，囟门不合等症。近年来还用于治疗血小板减少症、白细胞减少症、再生障碍性贫血、慢性苯中毒引起的血液病等。
桃仁：功效与作用：破血行瘀，油燥滑肠。其作用为：镇痛、消炎、解毒、通便。又对小白鼠实验性结核病有疗效。
甘草：补中益气清热解毒：祛痰止咳调和药性。
核桃仁：有益于脑的营养补充,有健脑益智作用,核桃可以改善睡眠质量，常用来治疗神经衰弱、失眠、健忘、多梦等症状。
葵花籽：含多种氨基酸和维生素B3，可改善脑细胞抑制机能，起到镇静安神的作用。每晚餐后嗑一把葵花籽，有催眠作用。
本发明特意添加了阿胶、核桃、葵花籽,在保证营养的同时提高睡眠质量,有利于肝功能修复。
15味中草药巧妙组方,合理的配伍,药物相互协调作用，共奏快速减肥性脂肪肝之特效。药物有效成分可以直达病灶,达到清热利湿，疏肝散结，滋补肝肾，行气活血,益气健脾,扶正护肝之功效。

制备方法包括以下步骤：

制备方法和实施例2相同。
可见,本发明制得的药物能够安全有效治疗快速减肥性脂肪肝。

1.一种治疗快速减肥性脂肪肝的中药,其特征在于:按以下重量份数比制备而成,石栗5-10份、乳香5-10份、蛤蚧4-8份、岗松5-10份、天仙子4-8份、葛根5-10份、连翘5-10份、麝香2-4份、阿胶5-10份、丝瓜络5-10份、鹿茸5-10份、桃仁5-10份、甘草5-10份、核桃仁5-10份、葵花籽5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗快速减肥性脂肪肝的中药，其特征在于:按以下重量份数比制备而成,石栗5份、乳香8份、蛤蚧8份、岗松5份、天仙子6份、葛根10份、连翘10份、麝香3份、阿胶8份、丝瓜络8份、鹿茸5份、桃仁10份、甘草5份、核桃仁8份、葵花籽10份。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗快速减肥性脂肪肝的中药，其特征在于:按以下重量份数比制备而成,石栗8份、乳香10份、蛤蚧6份、岗松7份、天仙子8份、葛根5份、连翘5份、麝香4份、阿胶10份、丝瓜络10份、鹿茸8份、桃仁8份、甘草10份、核桃仁10份、葵花籽8份。
5.权利要求1所述的治疗快速减肥性脂肪肝中药的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤：
(1)将石栗、岗松、连翘、丝瓜络、甘草洗净,加5倍量的水,大火300度煎煮30分钟，过滤，得滤液，再加入2倍量的水,大火煎煮10分钟过滤，得滤液，合并两次滤液，浓缩成清膏，加乙醇至含醇质量50％-70％，搅拌10分钟，静置5个小时，滤过，滤液减压回收乙醇，并浓缩为清膏,清膏自然晒干后,研制成碎末备用；
(2)乳香、天仙子和米醋搅拌,与米醋的重量比1:0.1,然后放入100度锅里炒3分钟,取出,研制成碎末备用；
(3)蛤蚧、葛根、麝香、阿胶、鹿茸、桃仁、核桃、葵花籽研制成碎末晒干备用；
(4)将(1)至(3)混合后成散剂,装入胶囊，即可。
