技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗痤疮的中药组合物。
背景技术
痤疮中医谓之“粉刺”，俗称“青春痘”，是毛囊与皮脂腺的慢性炎症性皮肤病。多发于青年面部、胸部、背部等皮脂腺丰富的部位，形成丘疹、粉刺、脓疱结节或囊肿等损害。虽然痤疮是有自愈倾向的疾病，但是皮疹较多，炎症较重，尤其是患有脓疱、结节、脓肿、囊肿性痤疮者，如果治疗不及时则会遗留下凹陷性或增生性瘢痕，影响皮肤外观，造成患者的精神压力和经济负担。因此，痤疮要治疗。目前，临床上一般是采用内服内服的抗生素药物进行治疗，以抗菌消炎为主，但有些含有四环霉素的药物，长期服用药物无形中会加重肝、肾的负担，对孕妇尤其有禁忌。
中医认为，痤疮多数是饮食不节，损伤脾胃，肺胃郁热，上蒸颜面而致，其证多属实证。且与患者心情有关，如果长期精神不舒，热毒之邪乘虚而入，客于肌腠之间，或流窜于经络，以致气血脉络受阻，瘀久化腐成脓而致脓疮。
根据中医理论，针对痤疮的发病机理，以清热解毒、凉血消肿为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种配制方便、药源广、成本低、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的治疗痤疮的中药组合物。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行煎煮。未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二煎煮，加水没过药面约5厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。

一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例80例，其中男46例，女34例，年龄12-30岁。病程最短者3个月，最长者达1年，平均0.5年。
二、诊断依据：
1、初起在毛囊口，呈现小米粒大小红色丘疹，亦可演变为脓疱。此后可形成硬结样白头粉刺或黑头粉刺，严重病例可形成硬结性囊肿；
2、多发于男女青春期之面部及胸背部，常伴有皮脂溢出；
3、多有饮食不节，过食肥甘厚味，或感外邪等诱发；
4、青春期过后，多数可自然减轻；
5、妇女多伴有月经不调。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，组合物中的组分用量根据患者的体重、年龄及症状酌情增减。五天为一疗程，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣、刺激及腐烂之物，油煎、火燎及不易消化的食物不宜多吃。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：皮肤损害消退，自觉症状消失；
2、好转：自觉症状明显减轻，皮损消退30％以上；
3、未愈：皮损及症状均无变化或消退不足30％。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药1-6个疗程，治愈62例，好转10例，未愈8例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
冷某，男，16岁，额头与背部遍布青春痘。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，痘点红肿消失；继续巩固2个疗程，皮肤恢复光滑。
病例2：
马某，女，21岁，额头脸颊有红肿痤疮，做过美容，未见效。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，脸颊痘点消失较多，额头略减少。续服1个疗程，痤疮不再增多，原有痤疮变蔫，红肿消退。巩固服用2个疗程，皮肤恢复光滑。
