背景技术
神经性头痛主要是指紧张性头痛、功能性头痛及血管神经性头痛，多由精神紧张、生气引起，主要症状为持续性的头部闷痛、压迫感、沉重感，有的病人自诉为头部有“紧箍”感。大部分病人为两侧头痛，多为两颞侧、后枕部及头顶部或全头部。头痛性质为钝痛、胀痛、压迫感、麻木感和束带样紧箍感。
头痛的强度为轻度至中度，很少因头痛而卧床不起或影响日常生活。有的病人可有长年累月的持续性头痛，有的病人的症状甚至可回溯10-20年。病人可以整天头痛，头痛的时间要多于不痛的时间。因为激动、生气、失眠、焦虑或忧郁等因素常使头痛加剧。还有一部分病人，不仅具有肌紧张性头痛的特点，而且还有血管性头痛的临床表现，主诉双颞侧搏动性头痛。这种既有紧张性头痛，又有血管性头痛的临床表现，称为混合型头痛。病人多伴有头晕、烦躁易怒、焦虑不安、心慌、气短、恐惧、耳鸣、失眠多梦、腰酸背痛、颈部僵硬等症状，部分病人在颈枕两侧或两颞侧有明显的压痛点。
西医治疗多用镇静、止痛的方法，长期应用可致血液病、肾病等，西医治疗后，易复发，西医的止疼药毒副反应多，不宜长期应用，只能暂时缓解临时的症状体征或临床表现。

和/或柴胡3g和/或龙胆草3g和/或山枝3g；
和/或大黄3g；
和/或黄芪9g和/或党参9g；
和/或制有马9g和/或白芍9g；
和/或熟地9g和/或山萸肉9g和/或沙苑子9g；
和/或生地9g和/或白芍9g。
进一步地，所述主料还含有白芷3g、细辛3g。
本发明还提供一种制备方剂的方法，包括以下具体步骤：
将主料、辅料研磨成细粉末，粉末过80目筛；
用水浸泡粉末1小时；
用武火烧开，用文火煎煮50分钟，药液、药渣分离，均待用。
若辅料中含有中药石决明，石决明需先煎半小时，然后再与主方配料同煎。
本方以羌活、防风、白芷、细辛、菊花、蔓荆子去头风、止头痛，当归、川穹养血行血，血行则风自散，黄芩泻火，麦冬养阴，并可防止此药升散太过而损血伤津，甘草调和诸药。
本方药多而用量却轻，因为头为至高之处，非轻清之气不能上达，正如吴鞠通所言“治上焦如羽，非轻不举。”这里所说的“清”，一指所选用的药当为质轻味薄之品，其性善升散方可上达；二指药量必轻，只有用量轻，才能遂其轻清上浮之性，如果用药过重，反不效。本方中用了许多祛风药，但由于用量很轻，所以不会起到解表发汗作用，而有上入巅顶，祛除头风之功，临床上运用此方，久服三十至四十剂，也未见不良反应；反之，这些祛风药如果用药过重，就会起到解表发汗作用，用于感冒则可，用于头风则不可，因此，使用本方时，一定要保持原方分量不变，千万不可以为其用量太轻而妄自增加药量，而且不易久煎。
煎服方法
将配方原料研磨成细粉末，粉末过80目筛，粒径为7.5微米。先用水浸泡粉末1小时，然后用武火烧开，最后用文火煎煮50分钟，药液、药渣分离，均待用。用瓦罐来煎煮，效果最佳。
服用方法
一日三次，一次120ml，饭后半小时温服，服药后休息30分钟。
将煎煮后的药渣加水，再次煎煮，用此煎煮后的药液洗头。每天一次，重复上述操作。
中药石决明需先煎半小时，然后再与主方配料同煎，以发挥石决明的重镇潜阳的作用。
注意事项
忌喝浓茶，忌食萝卜，以防中和药性；忌食鸡、鸭、虾、蟹、牛肉、羊肉、大蒜等；忌食辛辣、厚味、油腻、腥臭等不易消化食物；忌食生冷。
本发明的有益效果：本治疗神经性头疼的方剂中药与其他传统方药治疗神经性头疼的方法相比，具有治疗周期短、见效快、成本低廉、无毒副作用、愈后不复发的特点，而且在治疗过程中，不需要依赖于其他的西药。
具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员理解，下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
患有神经性偏头痛，或左或右。
备主料：当归3g、川芎3g、羌活3g、防风3g、菊花3g、黄芩3g、白芷3g、细辛3g、麦冬3g、蔓荆子3g、甘草1g；
备辅料：柴胡3-6g；
制备方法：将主料与辅料研磨成细粉末，粉末过80目筛，制成粒径为7.5微米细粉末；用400毫升水浸泡粉末1小时；再用武火烧开，最后用文火煎煮50分钟，药液、药渣分离，均待用。
药液一日三次，一次120ml，饭后半小时温服，服药后休息30分钟。
将煎煮后的药渣加水，再次煎煮，用此煎煮后的药液洗头。每天一次，重复上述操作。
实施例2
患有神经性头顶痛。
备主料：当归3g、川芎3g、羌活3g、防风3g、菊花3g、黄芩3g、白芷3g、细辛3g、麦冬3g、蔓荆子3g、甘草1g；
备辅料：藁本3-6g。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
患有前头痛。
备主料：当归3g、川芎3g、羌活3g、防风3g、菊花3g、黄芩3g、白芷3g、细辛3g、麦冬3g、蔓荆子3g、甘草1g；
备辅料：葛根9g。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4
患有眉棱骨痛。
备主料：当归3g、川芎3g、羌活3g、防风3g、菊花3g、黄芩3g、白芷3g、细辛3g、麦冬3g、蔓荆子3g、甘草1g；
备辅料：法半夏3g。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5
患有风湿头痛、头沉重如裹。
备主料：当归3g、川芎3g、羌活3g、防风3g、菊花3g、黄芩3g、白芷3g、细辛3g、麦冬3g、蔓荆子3g、甘草1g；
备辅料：独活3-6g和/或苍术3-6g。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例6
患有痰浊头痛、胸闷呕吐恶心者。
备主料：当归3g、川芎3g、羌活3g、防风3g、菊花3g、黄芩3g、白芷3g、细辛3g、麦冬3g、蔓荆子3g、甘草1g；
备辅料：法半夏3g和/或陈皮3g和/或天麻3g和/或枳实3g。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例7
伴有肝风上旋，伴有头晕目眩者。
备主料：当归3g、川芎3g、羌活3g、防风3g、菊花3g、黄芩3g、白芷3g、细辛3g、麦冬3g、蔓荆子3g、甘草1g；
备辅料：天麻3g和/或钩藤3g和/或白蒺3g。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例8
伴有肝阳上亢者。
备主料：当归3g、川芎3g、羌活3g、防风3g、菊花3g、黄芩3g、白芷3g、细辛3g、麦冬3g、蔓荆子3g、甘草1g；
备辅料：石决明15g。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例9
伴有头风，伴视力减退，目视昏花，视物不清者。
备主料：当归3g、川芎3g、羌活3g、防风3g、菊花3g、黄芩3g、白芷3g、细辛3g、麦冬3g、蔓荆子3g、甘草1g；
备辅料：草决明9g。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例10
伴有肝火上攻，伴见面红目赤，口苦，小便赤黄者。
备主料：当归3g、川芎3g、羌活3g、防风3g、菊花3g、黄芩3g、白芷3g、细辛3g、麦冬3g、蔓荆子3g、甘草1g；
备辅料：柴胡3g和/或龙胆草3g和/或山枝3g。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例11
伴有大便干结者。
备主料：当归3g、川芎3g、羌活3g、防风3g、菊花3g、黄芩3g、白芷3g、细辛3g、麦冬3g、蔓荆子3g、甘草1g；
备辅料：大黄3g。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例12
伴有气虚者。
备主料：当归3g、川芎3g、羌活3g、防风3g、菊花3g、黄芩3g、白芷3g、细辛3g、麦冬3g、蔓荆子3g、甘草1g；
备辅料：黄芪9g和/或党参9g。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例13
伴有血虚者。
备主料：当归3g、川芎3g、羌活3g、防风3g、菊花3g、黄芩3g、白芷3g、细辛3g、麦冬3g、蔓荆子3g、甘草1g；
备辅料：制有马9g和/或白芍9g。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例14
伴有肾亏者。
备主料：当归3g、川芎3g、羌活3g、防风3g、菊花3g、黄芩3g、白芷3g、细辛3g、麦冬3g、蔓荆子3g、甘草1g；
备辅料：熟地9g和/或山萸肉9g和/或沙苑子9g。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例15
伴有阴虚有火者。
备主料：当归3g、川芎3g、羌活3g、防风3g、菊花3g、黄芩3g、白芷3g、细辛3g、麦冬3g、蔓荆子3g、甘草1g；
备辅料：生地9g和/或白芍9g。
制备方法同实施例1。
若神经性头痛伴有实施例1-15中一种或多种症状，可加入相应的辅料，同时煎熬服用。
实施例16
罗某，女，15岁，2013年7月15日初诊。
患者于2013年7月15日开始自觉头部左侧疼痛，左眼视物模糊，至当年年底左眼视力从1.2降至0.4，伴有颈部痛，患者先后到省立医院、市医院诊治，作X线断层扫描(CT)，脑血管造影等检查，诊断为脑动脉瘤，位于前部稍偏右侧，，视力右眼1.2，左眼0.1，左眼视野缩小，未见明显改善。自述头部左侧及左眼眶周围顽痛不止，头部发胀，头晕，左侧视物模糊，耳鸣，时有口苦，胃纳一般，舌质淡红，苔薄白，脉弦纳涩，治疗祛风止痛，平肝明目为主。
服用3幅本发明配方：
当归3g、川芎3g、羌活3g、白芷3g、防风3g、钩藤3g、蔓荆子3g、麦冬3g、独活3g、菊花3g、黄芩3g、细辛3g、甘草1g。
服用3幅后，头痛头胀减轻。依前方加草决明9g，1日1剂，共14付，头晕头痛，耳鸣均消失，自觉左眼视力有所改善。依上方再服7剂，眼科检查左眼视力由原来0.1变为0.2，视物较前清楚，处方为：
当归3g、川芎3g、羌活3g、防风3g、蔓荆子3g、麦冬3g、菊花3g、黄芩3g、甘草1g、白芍9g、草决明9g、白蒺3g、生地9g。

1.治疗神经性头痛的方剂，该方剂由主料与辅料组成，其特征在于，
所述主料含有以下重量的原料：当归3g、川芎3g、羌活3g、防风3g、菊花3g、黄芩3g、麦冬3g、蔓荆子3g、甘草1g；
所述辅料含有以下重量的原料：
柴胡3-6g；
和/或藁本3-6g；
和/或葛根9g；
和/或法半夏3g；
和/或独活3-6g和/或苍术3-6g；
和/或法半夏3g和/或陈皮3g和/或天麻3g和/或枳实3g；
和/或天麻3g和/或钩藤3g和/或白蒺3g；
和/或石决明15g；
和/或草决明9g；
和/或柴胡3g和/或龙胆草3g和/或山枝3g；
和/或大黄3g；
和/或黄芪9g和/或党参9g；
和/或制有马9g和/或白芍9g；
和/或熟地9g和/或山萸肉9g和/或沙苑子9g；
和/或生地9g和/或白芍9g。
2.根据权利要求1所述治疗神经性头痛的方剂，其特征在于，所述主料还含有白芷3g、细辛3g。
3.一种制备权利要求1或2所述方剂的方法，其特征在于，包括以下具体步骤：
将主料、辅料研磨成细粉末，粉末过80目筛；
用水浸泡粉末1小时；
用武火烧开，用文火煎煮50分钟，药液、药渣分离，均待用。
