治疗失眠的药品有很多，但目前市面上仍未有药物可根治失眠。一些治疗失眠的常用药，如安定、利眠宁、异戊已比妥、戊已比妥等，只能控制病情，暂时缓解症状，长期服用会伤害脑神经，副作用很大，对心脏、肾脏、肝脏都会造成损害，而且会产生依赖性。

虽然中华文明史已历经数千年的演变，但这一中华传统保健术之精华并未因此而被人们遗弃，相反它不但被继承下来，而且得到了更大的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗失眠的中药足浴散剂。
本发明所采用的技术解决方案是：
一种治疗失眠的中药足浴散剂，其是由下述重量份配比的中药原料制成：当归50份、红花15份、苏木15份、泽兰10份、生地25份、艾叶15份、刺五加20份、生首乌20份、党参15份、柴胡10份、木香10份、酸枣仁50份、夜交藤50份、磁石30份、菊花10份、黄芩10份、合欢皮20份、百合15份、琥珀10份、远志10份、柏子仁20份、龙眼肉20份、茯神25份、白术15份、黄芪15份、川芎10份、山茱萸20份、焦神曲10份、五味子10份、陈皮5份、熟地20份、煅牡蛎25份、煅龙骨25份。
上述白术优选土炒白术；上述黄芪优选黄芪蜜炙。
上述治疗失眠的中药足浴散剂的制备方法及使用方法，具体如下：
按照上述的配方选择中药原料，将以上各中药原料成分混匀打成粉，然后用棉布包上缝好即得中药足浴散剂。每包50克，每次使用一包，先用煮沸的水将包浸泡10分钟，再加入水使水温至45摄氏度左右，盆中药液量应该浸没踝关节，每次泡脚30分钟以上。
本发明的药理及效果如下：
针对失眠患者，本发明有针对性的选取当归、红花、苏木等共34味中药原料，其中：当归补血活血；红花活血通经，散瘀止痛；苏木活血祛瘀,消肿定痛；泽兰活血化瘀，行水消肿；生地凉血滋阴；艾叶散寒止痛，温经止血；刺五加有镇静作用；生首乌补益肝肾、益精血、壮筋骨；党参补气；柴胡有解除胸闷胀痛,开郁调经作用；木香行气，止痛，健脾，消食；酸枣仁养肝，宁心，安神，敛汗。夜交藤养心，安神，通络，祛风；磁石平肝潜阳、安神镇惊；菊花疏散风热、消肿解毒；黄芩清热燥湿，解毒；合欢皮有解郁、和血、宁心、消痈肿之功效；百合宁心安神；琥珀镇惊安神、散瘀止血、利水通淋；远志安神益智，祛痰，消肿；柏子仁养心安神,润肠通便；龙眼肉有补气益血之功效；茯神有渗湿、健脾、宁心等功能；白术除湿益燥，和中益气；黄芪有益气固表、敛汗固脱、托疮生肌、利水消肿之功效；川芎活血行气，祛风止痛；山茱萸补益肝肾，收敛固涩；焦神曲温食和胃；五味子敛肺，滋肾，生津，收汗，涩精；陈皮理气健脾，燥湿化痰；熟地具有补血滋阴功效；煅牡蛎收敛固涩，制酸止痛，重镇安神，软坚散结；煅龙骨具有镇惊安神,敛汗固精,止血涩肠,生肌敛疮的作用。全方配伍，共奏补血滋阴、宁心安神之功效，可缓解疲劳、消除头痛、促进睡眠，对失眠患者疗效显著。
采用本发明中药足浴散剂进行临床试验：
1、一般资料：临床观察失眠患者50例，失眠持续在1个月以上，其中男21例，女29例，年龄在18-70岁之间，上述患者按下述标准进行诊断选择。
2、诊断标准
西医诊断标准：参照《中国精神疾病分类与诊断标准(CCND-2-R)》中失眠症诊断标注制定：
(1)以睡眠障碍为唯一症状，其他症状均继发于失眠，如难以入睡、睡眠不深、易醒、多梦、早醒、醒后难以入睡及醒后不适(头晕、乏力、困倦等)；
(2)上述障碍每周至少发生3次，并持续1个月以上；
(3)伴发有精神活动效率下降，影响正常工作，或妨碍社会活动；
(4)不是任何一种躯体病或精神障碍的伴发症。就诊前1周内未服用任何镇静安神药。
3、治疗方式
患者采用本发明中药足浴散剂进行睡眠治疗，每次使用一包，每包50克，先用煮沸的水将包浸泡10分钟，再加入水使水温至45摄氏度左右，盆中药液量应该浸没踝关节，每次泡脚30分钟以上，连续使用1-2个月，随后观察患者情况。
4、疗效判断
临床痊愈：睡眠时间恢复正常或夜间睡眠时间在6h以上，睡眠深沉，醒后精神充沛；
显效：睡眠明显好转，睡眠时间增加3h以上，睡眠深度增加；
有效：症状减轻，睡眠时间较前增加不足3h；
无效：治疗后失眠无明显改善或反而加重。
5、治疗结果
50例失眠患者中，临床痊愈13例，占26％；显效25例，占50％；有效11例，占22％；无效1例，占2％，总有效率为98％。
典型病例
王某，女，36岁，因工作时间长，入寐艰难，出现头晕头痛，口干心烦，睡眠时间短，醒后精神萎靡等症状。经使用本发明中药足浴散剂2个月后，基本痊愈，脸色红润，头晕头痛症状消失，醒后精神焕发。

一种治疗失眠的中药足浴散剂，它是由下述重量的中药原料制成：当归50克、红花15克、苏木15克、泽兰10克、生地25克、艾叶15克、刺五加20克、生首乌20克、党参15克、柴胡10克、木香10克、生(酸)枣仁50克、夜交藤50克、磁石30克、菊花10克、黄芩10克、合欢皮20克、百合15克、琥珀10克、远志10克、柏子仁20克、龙眼肉20克、茯神25克、土炒白术15克、黄芪蜜炙15克、川芎10克、山茱萸20克、焦神曲10克、五味子10克、陈皮5克、熟地20克、煅牡蛎25克、煅龙骨25克(先煎)。
