本病病程迁延，症状时轻时重，病情波动常与社会心理因素有关。大多数病例发病于16-40岁之间，两性发病数无明显差异，从事脑力劳动者占多数。本病如处理不当可迁延达数年甚或数十年，遇新的精神因素或休息不足，症状可重现或加剧。但经精神科或心理科医生积极、及时治疗，指导病人消除病因，正确对待疾病，本病可达缓解或治愈，愈后一般良好。
现代医学中治疗神经衰弱多是采取药物治疗，这其中最为常见的就是安眠药，但使用安眠药的副作用较大，而目前采用的中药治疗此病，都存在着治疗周期较长、效果不明显等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种疗效显著、治愈率高、使用安全的用于治疗神经衰弱的中药组合物。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案是，治疗神经衰弱的中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份配比的中药组成：远志25-35份、酸枣仁25-35份、枸杞子25-35份、桑葚25-35份、橘核5-10份、川贝母5-10份、苍术5-10份、杜仲8-15份、柏子仁15-20份、合欢皮15-20份、核桃仁15-20份、黄芪10-20份、山药10-20份、刺五加10-20份、玄参10-20份、黄连5-10份、白芍5-10份、鱼腥草5-10份、回心草5-10份、僵蚕8-15份、佛手5-10份、淫羊藿8-15份、沙苑子8-15份、珍珠母5-10份。
作为优选，治疗神经衰弱的中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份配比的中药组成：远志30份、酸枣仁30份、枸杞子30份、桑葚30份、橘核8份、川贝母8份、苍术8份、杜仲12份、柏子仁18份、合欢皮18份、核桃仁18份、黄芪15份、山药15份、刺五加15份、玄参15份、黄连8份、白芍8份、鱼腥草8份、回心草8份、僵蚕12份、佛手8份、淫羊藿12份、沙苑子12份、珍珠母8份。
上述中药为1副药的用药剂量，将其放到砂锅中加3—5倍量水，浸泡20—30分钟，大火烧开，中火煎熬10—20分钟，滤出药液，每天1剂，分早晚2次服用。
远志：味苦、辛，性温；归心、肾、肺经；具有宁心安神，祛痰止咳，消肿止痛之功效。
酸枣仁：味甘、酸，性平；归肝、胆、心经；具有养心补肝，宁心安神，敛汗，生津之功效。
枸杞子：味甘，性平；归肝、肾经；具有滋肝补肾，益精明目，润肺之功效。
桑葚：味甘、酸，性寒；归肝、肾经；具有滋阴养血，生津润肠之功效。
橘核：味苦，性平；归肝、肾经；具有理气，散结，止痛之功效。
川贝母：味苦、甘，性微寒；归肺、心经；具有清热润肺，化痰止咳，解郁散结之功效。
苍术：味辛、苦，性温；归脾、胃、肝经；具有燥湿健脾，祛风散寒，明目之功效。
杜仲：味甘，性温；归肝、肾经，具有补肝肾，强筋骨，安胎之功效。
柏子仁：味甘，性平；归心、肾、大肠经；具有养心安神，润肠通便，止汗之功效。
合欢皮：味甘，性平；归心、肝、肺经；具有安神解郁，活血消肿之功效。
核桃仁：味甘，性温；归肾、肺、大肠经；具有补肾益精，温肺定喘，润肠通便之功效。

刺五加：味辛、微苦，性温；归脾、肾、心经；具有益气健脾，补肾安神，祛风除湿之功效。
玄参：味苦、甘、咸，性微寒；归肺、胃、肾经；具有清热凉血，滋阴降火，解毒散结之功效。
黄连：味苦，性寒；归心、肝、胆、胃、大肠经；具有清热燥湿，泻火解毒之功效。
白芍：味苦、酸，性微寒；归肝、脾经；具有养血和营，柔肝止痛，平抑肝阳之功效。
鱼腥草：味辛，性微寒；归肺、膀胱经；具有清热解毒，排脓消肿，利尿通淋之功效。
回心草：味辛、苦，性平；具有养心安神，清肝明目之功效。
僵蚕：味咸、辛，性平；归肝、肺、胃经；具有息风定惊，化痰散结之功效。

下面结合临床资料及典型病例对本发明的有益效果进一步说明。
1、临床资料：
选择确诊的神经衰弱患者180例临床观察，病人随机分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组90例，男性34例，女性56人，年龄16--64岁，病程0.3--3年；对照组90人，男性36例，女性54例，年龄15--64岁，病程0.3—3.5年；治疗组与对照组两组患者的病程、症状轻重程度基本一致，无显著差异，具有可比性。
2、治疗方法：
治疗组采用本发明制取的汤剂，每天1剂，分早晚2次服用，7天为一个疗程；对照组服用心神宁片，口服，一次4～6片，一日3次，7天为一个疗程。
3、疗效判定：
①治愈：情绪稳定，精神状态良好，头痛等不适症状消失。
②有效：睡眠等生理功能有所恢复，情绪时而会稍有波动。
③无效：心理和生理症状无变化。
4、治疗结果：
经过1—5个疗程的治疗，治疗组中治愈87例，有效2例，无效1例，治愈率96.6%，总有效率98.8%；对照组中治愈64例，有效14例，无效12例，治愈率71.1%，总有效率86.6%；以上结果显示，治疗组的治愈率和总有效率明显高于对照组。

1.治疗神经衰弱的中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份配比的中药组成：远志25-35份、酸枣仁25-35份、枸杞子25-35份、桑葚25-35份、橘核5-10份、川贝母5-10份、苍术5-10份、杜仲8-15份、柏子仁15-20份、合欢皮15-20份、核桃仁15-20份、黄芪10-20份、山药10-20份、刺五加10-20份、玄参10-20份、黄连5-10份、白芍5-10份、鱼腥草5-10份、回心草5-10份、僵蚕8-15份、佛手5-10份、淫羊藿8-15份、沙苑子8-15份、珍珠母5-10份。
