背景技术

神经衰弱患者常感脑力和体力不足，容易疲劳，工作效率低下，常有头疼等躯体不适感和睡眠障碍，无器质性病变存在。精神因素是诱发本病的主要原因，中医认为七情内伤，脏腑阴阳失调，气血虚损或兼痰兼火、湿、瘀等内扰神明是本病的主要病机。神经衰弱的治疗一般以心理疗法为主，包括心理治疗、药物治疗、针灸治疗、体育疗法、劳动锻炼及适当的生活安排等。西药治疗往往效果不佳，且会对脑神经造成损伤，导致毒副作用。另外西药治疗神经衰弱易产生药物依赖性。
目前西医治疗神经衰弱主要依赖安定等安眠镇静剂治疗，但这些药物在安全性和依赖性方面存在缺陷，容易成瘾、耐药，副作用比较大，不宜长期服用。

参照《精神病学》（沈渔村—精神病学【M】—北京：人们卫生出版社，1995：129—132）相关标准制定。患者精神容易兴奋和脑力容易疲乏，常有情绪烦恼和心理卫生症状。这些症状不能归于已存在的躯体疾病、脑器质性病变或某种特定的精神疾病，病前可存在持久的情绪紧张或精神压力。病程至少3个月，病症常有波动，用脑后加重，休息后减轻。
2、一般资料
采用本发明中药组合物从2014年8月—2016年8月治疗神经衰弱患者162人，其中男74人，女88人，年龄15—61岁，病程0.3—3年。
3、治疗方法
采用本发明所制备的药液，每天1剂，分早晚2从服用,根据患者病情轻重计算治疗时间，轻度患者服用15天左右，中度患者服用25天左右，重度患者服用40天左右。
4、疗效判断标准
治愈：临床症状完全消失。
显效：临床症状部分消失。
有效：临床症状有所改善。
无效：临床症状没有改善或加重。
5、典型病例
1.王某，男，54岁，患有神经衰弱一年有余，经常感到心情烦躁，健忘失眠，精神萎靡，全身乏力。服用本发明制备的汤剂5天，神经衰弱症状明显好转，又继续服用15天，临床症状全部消失，精神状态正常，治愈。
2.周某，女，45岁，患者由于炒股失利过大，出现头晕失眠，食欲不振，健忘失眠，心悸发慌等症状。服用本发明制备的汤剂2天，头晕失眠症状明显好转，又继续服用7天，神经衰弱症状完全消失，治愈。
3.殷某，女，36岁，患者由于车祸失去亲人后心慌胸闷，食欲不振，入睡困难，精神恍惚，易爆易怒。连续服用本发明制备的汤剂7天，神经衰弱症状全部消失，治愈。
4.夏某，男，38岁，患有神经衰弱两年，伴有心悸发慌，记忆力减退，食欲不振，失眠多梦，精神萎靡。服用本发明制备的汤剂5天，神经衰弱症状部分开始消失，又继续服用15天，临床症状全部消失，治愈，随访一年未见复发。
具体实施方式
实施例1
治疗神经衰弱的中药方剂，其特征是，由下列重量份数的原料药制作而成：远志30份、酸枣仁30-40份、枸杞子30份、桑葚30份、首乌藤10份、泽泻5份、莲子5份、鸡内金12份、藿香5份、鸡血藤12份、黄柏12份、薏苡仁10份、赤小豆10份、柏子仁10份、合欢皮10份、黄芪10份、石决明5份、肉桂5份、郁金6份、红花6份、冰片6份、白芍12份、姜黄10份、佛手10份、淫羊藿12份。
将上述原料药物按常规方式文火水煮后，取其药液，每天1剂，分早晚两次服用。
实施例2
治疗神经衰弱的中药方剂，其特征是，由下列重量份数的原料药制作而成：远志40份、酸枣仁40份、枸杞子25份、桑葚28份、首乌藤12份、泽泻88份、莲子8份、鸡内金14份、藿香8份、红藤15份、黄柏15份、薏苡仁15份、赤小豆15份、柏子仁15份、合欢皮14份、黄芪14份、石决明7份、肉桂7份、郁金7份、红花7份、冰片7份、白芍15份、姜黄15份、佛手15份、淫羊藿15份。
将上述原料药物按常规方式文火水煮后，取其药液，每天1剂，分早晚两次服用。

1.治疗神经衰弱的中药方剂，其特征是，由下列重量份数的原料药制作而成：远志30-40份、酸枣仁30-40份、枸杞子25-30份、桑葚25-30份、首乌藤10-15份、泽泻5-8份、莲子5-8份、鸡内金10-15份、藿香5-8份、红藤10-15份、黄柏10-15份、薏苡仁10-15份、赤小豆10-15份、柏子仁10-15份、合欢皮10-15份、黄芪8-15份、石决明5-8份、肉桂5-8份、郁金5-8份、红花5-8份、冰片5-8份、白芍8-15份、姜黄8-15份、佛手8-15份、淫羊藿10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗神经衰弱的中药方剂，其特征是，由下列重量份数的原料药制作而成：远志35份、酸枣仁35份、枸杞子28份、桑葚28份、首乌藤12份、泽泻6份、莲子6份、鸡内金12份、藿香7份、红藤12份、黄柏12份、薏苡仁12份、赤小豆12份、柏子仁12份、合欢皮12份、黄芪12份、石决明6份、肉桂6份、郁金6份、红花6份、冰片6份、白芍12份、姜黄12份、佛手12份、淫羊藿12份。
