[0002]目前，市场上有各种各样的中药药酒；经中国公开专利检索，查到发明专利1269条，没发现与本专利申请相同的方案。

[0003] 本发明的目的在于:提出一种以中药为原料的透骨消药酒及其制备方法。
[0004] 本发明的透骨消药酒，其特征在于:配方为:透骨消20— 40g，石灵香10 — 30g，泽兰 5 — 15g，红花 5 — 15g，当归 5 — 15g，砂姜 5 — 15g，独活 5 — 15g，细辛 5 — 15g，冰片 0.5—2g，樟脑3—8g,用50度白酒2斤。

[0015] 细辛【主治】:散寒祛风；止痛；温肺化饮；通窍。
[0016] 冰片，通诸窍，散郁火，去翳明目，消肿止痛。治中风口噤，热病神昏，惊痫痰迷，气闭耳聋，喉痹，口疮，中耳炎，痈肿，痔疮，目亦翳膜，蛲虫病。
[0017] 樟脑，辛、热、有毒。归心、脾经。功效除湿杀虫，温散止痛，开窍辟秽。主治疥癣瘙痒、跌打伤痛、牙痛。
[0018] 本发明具有以下优点和效果:透骨消药酒是抗骨增生药，有二十多年的临床应用，主治腰椎间盘突出，颈椎病、肩椎炎，腰骨扭伤，风湿骨痛等，其应用方便，疗效高，解决患者寻医难问题。
具体实施方式[0019] 下面结合试验和临床试验情况，对本发明的技术方案进一步详细描述。
[0020] 透骨消药酒是抗骨增生药，有二十多年的临床应用，主治腰椎间盘突出，颈椎病、肩椎炎，腰骨扭伤，风湿骨痛等。近年来，每月有三四十例患者到来接受治疗。在中西药结合治疗的同时，用透骨消药酒外搽，搽后用碗或梳子反复外刮至出痧，每天二次。用这种民间疗法，快的三天，慢的十天半个月可治愈。二十多年来，用透骨消药酒治疗以上病例四仟伍佰三十一例，治愈率在百分之九十以上。透骨消药酒，应用方便，疗效高，解决患者寻医难问题。

[0022] 病例一、邓某某，女，63岁，新莲村，2008年7月3日，腰椎间盘突出五年。近日因饮食寒湿食物而引起腰腿疼痛。二个月来到其它医疗诊所治疗未见好转，大小便无法蹲下，晚上加剧疼痛难眠。到我诊所治疗下车时，需要她儿子背着进来。在治疗这种病，我擅长中西药结合。可她说，针也不打了，屁股和手都打肿，药也不服了，服了三个月的中西药，闻到药就干哎，饭也吃不下，肚腹连日胀痛。听了病人的诉说，用透骨消药酒给她外搽，后用牛角刮痧器和她外刮十几分钟，给她带回一瓶安基酸口服液，100ml透骨消抗骨增生药酒，每天搽二次，搽后用碗或梳子外刮几分钟，告诉她第一天刮后，腰骨会加痛，到第二天就慢慢好转。三天后到来复诊时，疼痛减轻，能帮助扫地了。我给她带200ml透骨消药酒和二瓶氨基酸口服液，半个月而治愈。病情分析:原因是事情严重，日日服止痛药，导致腹胀不舒，影响饮食，造成营养不良，使身体无法康复。

2.根据权利要求1所述的透骨消药酒，其特征在于:配方为:透骨消30g，石灵香20g，泽兰10g，红花10g，当归10g，砂姜10g，独活10g，细辛10g，冰片lg，樟脑5g，白酒50度2斤。
