本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处，提供一种治疗效果好，费用低，疗程短，无毒无副作用的治疗失眠症的中药组合物，并制成药剂胶囊，能够在治疗失眠的情况下同时起到养护人体的心、肝、脾、肾等脏器的功能。

北柴胡8-13、制南星4-8、西洋参5-10、灯芯草6-10、珍珠母10-15、合欢皮5-10、山药10-15、甘草5-7、茯苓10-15、莲肉10-15、枳实10-15、远志10-15、生龙骨10-15、酸枣仁5-10、竹叶5-10、百合10-15、菊花5-10、葛根10-15、郁金5-10、五味子10-15、龙齿10-15、沉香8-12、桃仁10-15、牡蛎4-8、佛手5-10。
优选地，治疗失眠症的中药组合物，其组成原料的重量（g）份为：
北柴胡10、制南星5、西洋参8、灯芯草7、珍珠母12、合欢皮7、山药12、甘草6、茯苓12、莲肉13、枳实12、远志12、生龙骨13、酸枣仁8、竹叶6、百合12、菊花7、葛根13、郁金8、五味子12、龙齿13、沉香10、桃仁13、牡蛎6、佛手8。
治疗失眠症的中药组合物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）按重量组份称取各原料；
（2）将北柴胡、制南星、西洋参、灯芯草、合欢皮、山药、甘草、茯苓、莲肉、枳实、酸枣仁、百合、菊花、郁金、葛根、五味子、桃仁、沉香浸泡在1000-1400克水中一个小时，然后大火煎煮20-40分钟，后文火在煎煮半小时，滤液弃渣，将滤液煎熬浓缩至稠膏后烘干粉碎120目-150目药粉；
（3）把余下的珍珠母、远志、生龙骨、竹叶、龙齿、牡蛎、佛手去杂，放入45度-65度的烘干室内进行烘干，并粉碎成120目-150目药粉备用；
（4）将制备方法（2）、（3）得到的药粉混合均匀，每0.1克分装成胶囊。
本发明所得中药胶囊的用法：患者饭后半小时用开水冲服，每日早晚各一次，每次一粒，一周为一个疗程。
本发明中所采用的各中药组份，其功效、药理如下:
北柴胡：在本组合物中与其它中草药配伍起到解表和里、升阳、疏肝解郁作用。
制南星：祛风定惊，消痞散结。
西洋参：用于增强中枢神经系统功能，西洋参中的皂甙可以有效增强中枢神经，达到静心凝神、消除疲劳、增强记忆力等作用。
灯芯草：可清心火，利小便，在本组合物中与其它中草药配伍主治心烦失眠。
珍珠母：粉碎成药粉具有平肝潜阳；安神定惊；清肝明目作用。
合欢皮：具有安神解郁，主心神不安，忧郁，不眠。
山药：具有补脾养胃，滋肾益精的作用，辅助睡眠。
甘草：在本发明中具有补脾益气，调和诸药的作用，并增强人体免疫功能。

莲肉：具有补脾止泻；益肾固精；养心安神的功效。
枳实：具有破气消积功效。
远志：能安神益智，解郁，本方中与其它草药配伍，主治失眠。
生龙骨：在本方中具有镇惊安神、平抑肝阳、收敛固涩的功效。
酸枣仁：具有养阴宁心，补肝安神的作用。
竹叶：研究表明，竹叶富含黄酮、酚酮、蒽醌、内酯、多糖、氨基酸、微量元素等，具有扩张毛细血管、疏通微循环、活化大脑、促进记忆、改善睡眠等功效。
百合：在本方中具有镇静作用，可增加戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间及阈下剂量的睡眠率。
菊花：清心爽胃，在本方中可减缓因失眠引起的头晕目眩、风热上扰之症，辅助睡眠。
葛根：具有解肌退热，生津止渴，升阳止泻等作用，本方中辅助睡眠。
郁金：具有活血止疼，行气解郁，清心凉血，疏肝利胆的作用，还具有调节免疫力，改善血液循环，抗自由基损伤的功效，本方中辅助睡眠。
五味子：具有养肝护肝、对于头痛、头昏、失眠多梦等有良好的辅疗效果。
龙齿：具有镇惊安神、清热除烦等功效，可辅助睡眠。
沉香：具有调中，补五脏，益精壮阳，暖腰膝，去邪气之功效，本方中辅助睡眠。
桃仁：有活血祛瘀、润肠通便的功效，本方中辅助睡眠。
牡蛎：具有平肝潜阳、收敛固涩、重镇安神。
佛手：具有舒肝理气，和胃、保健益寿的功效，本方中辅以该药，可有效中和其它配伍草药的副作用。
上述中草药组合配伍后，入口便可生津、安神益智、解郁、保健，是调节各种症状失眠之天然药草。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明采用多种中草药治疗失眠症的中药胶囊，突出表现为无毒无副作用，原料易得，治愈疗程短，对睡眠不足，入睡困难，不能熟睡，早醒，醒后无法再入睡，频频从恶梦中惊醒，自感整夜都在做恶梦，睡过之后精力没有恢复等症状都有良好的治疗效果，对失眠伴随的许多不适症状及精神表现也有良好的治疗效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1：
（1）、按重量（g）组份称取：北柴胡8-13、制南星4-8、西洋参5-10、灯芯草6-10、珍珠母10-15、合欢皮5-10、山药10-15、甘草5-7、茯苓10-15、莲肉10-15、枳实10-15、远志10-15、生龙骨10-15、酸枣仁5-10、竹叶5-10、百合10-15、菊花5-10、葛根10-15、郁金5-10、五味子10-15、龙齿10-15、沉香8-12、桃仁10-15、牡蛎4-8、佛手5-10；
（2）、将北柴胡、制南星、西洋参、灯芯草、合欢皮、山药、甘草、茯苓、莲肉、枳实、酸枣仁、百合、菊花、郁金、葛根、五味子、桃仁、沉香浸泡在1000-1400克水中一个小时，然后大火煎煮20-40分钟，后文火在煎煮半小时，滤液弃渣，将滤液煎熬浓缩至稠膏后烘干粉碎120目-150目药粉；
（3）、然后将珍珠母、远志、生龙骨、竹叶、龙齿、牡蛎、佛手去杂，放入45度-65度的烘干室内进行烘干，并粉碎成120目-150目药粉备用；
（4）、将（2）、（3）得到的药粉混合均匀，每0.1克分装成胶囊。
本发明所得中药胶囊的用法：患者饭后半小时用开水冲服，每日早晚各一次，每次一粒，一周为一个疗程。
实施例2：
（1）、按重量（g）组份称取：北柴胡10、制南星5、西洋参8、灯芯草7、珍珠母12、合欢皮7、山药12、甘草6、茯苓12、莲肉13、枳实12、远志12、生龙骨13、酸枣仁8、竹叶6、百合12、菊花7、葛根13、郁金8、五味子12、龙齿13、沉香10、桃仁13、牡蛎6、佛手8；
（2）、将北柴胡、制南星、西洋参、灯芯草、合欢皮、山药、甘草、茯苓、莲肉、枳实、酸枣仁、百合、菊花、郁金、葛根、五味子、桃仁、沉香浸泡在1200克水中一个小时，然后大火煎煮20-40分钟，后文火在煎煮半小时，滤液弃渣，将滤液煎熬浓缩至稠膏后烘干粉碎120目-150目药粉；
（3）、然后将珍珠母、远志、生龙骨、竹叶、龙齿、牡蛎、佛手去杂，放入45度-65度的烘干室内进行烘干，并粉碎成120目-150目药粉备用；
（4）、将（2）、（3）得到的药粉混合均匀，每0.1克分装成胶囊。

典型病例：
病例1：
李某 ：女，38岁，两年前出现睡眠质量不好，晚上多梦，白天醒来总是睡不够；几个月后晚上就寝难以入眠，有时三、四个小时难以入睡，有一点点响动就会醒，失眠的困扰影响了工作和日常生活；为了缓解这种情况，去外地旅游放松心情，但一段时间后，还是没能使自己摆脱失眠的痛苦；经朋友介绍服用本发明实施例1所得中药胶囊一个疗程后，症状开始缓解，每天自然睡眠达 6小时以上；继服一个疗程后，每天自然睡眠达 8小时以上；随访至今未再失眠。
病例2
张某，女 43岁，失眠病史两年多；三年前因工作压力导致发病，但工作问题解决后，失眠症状未消失；病情严重时，白天心情烦躁，情绪低落，易紧张，忧虑，因长期失眠导致眼圈发黑，眼袋明显，皮肤松驰，面色晦暗，经常头痛，头晕，头憋胀，头部有重压感，夜间只能睡三个小时左右，白天神疲力乏，精神萎靡，脸色苍白，双眼浮肿；服用本发明实施例2所得中药胶囊一个疗程后，失眠、头痛、头晕等症状明显改善，每天自然睡眠达6小时以上，续服用一个疗程后，失眠导致的眼圈发黑、眼袋明显、皮肤松驰、面色晦暗等症状消失全无，每天自然睡眠达8小时以上，不定闹铃不能醒；随访至今未再失眠。
病例3
王某，男，45岁，晚上非常难入睡，睡着就做梦，每天早晨不到三点就醒，早上情绪非常低落，白天没有精神，生活没有动力，有时头晕头痛，心慌气短；服用本发明实施例2所得中药胶囊两个疗程后，患者精神状态全部好转，每天自然睡眠时间达8小时以上，随访至今未再失眠。
病例4
陈某，男，48 岁，患者失眠困扰多年，因工作原因，常常心理冲突一个接一个，回到家里琐事也多，情况极度糟糕时，服用西医药片，效果不佳，并能药物产生了依赖性；后经朋友介绍来本院服用本发明实施例2所得中药胶囊一个疗程后，效果显著，能安然入睡，精神好转；后又巩固服用一个疗程，完全康复；随访至今未再出现失眠症状。
病例5
孙某，男，49 岁，三年前出现失眠、烦燥、头痛、焦虑不安等症状，经多方治疗，均未好转，不得不长期服用安定类安眠药，形成依赖，每遇到精神压力或生气即病情加重，安眠药原来服用 1片可休息五六个小时，现在服2片只能勉强睡两三个小时，第二天头晕，眼花，腿发软，烦躁易怒，吃不下饭，感觉非常虚弱；后来本院治疗，服用本发明实施例2所得中药胶囊一个疗程后，睡眠就有所改善，白天精神也好多了，继续服用一个疗程后，睡眠明显改善，头晕，眼花等症状完全消失，后又巩固服用一个疗程，完全康复，西药全停了，随访至今未再失眠。

Claims (3)

1.一种治疗失眠症的中药组合物，其特征在于其组成原料的重量（g）份为：
北柴胡8-13、制南星4-8、西洋参5-10、灯芯草6-10、珍珠母10-15、合欢皮5-10、山药10-15、甘草5-7、茯苓10-15、莲肉10-15、枳实10-15、远志10-15、生龙骨10-15、酸枣仁5-10、竹叶5-10、百合10-15、菊花5-10、葛根10-15、郁金5-10、五味子10-15、龙齿10-15、沉香8-12、桃仁10-15、牡蛎4-8、佛手5-10。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗失眠症的中药组合物，其特征在于其组成原料的重量（g）份为：
北柴胡10、制南星5、西洋参8、灯芯草7、珍珠母12、合欢皮7、山药12、甘草6、茯苓12、莲肉13、枳实12、远志12、生龙骨13、酸枣仁8、竹叶6、百合12、菊花7、葛根13、郁金8、五味子12、龙齿13、沉香10、桃仁13、牡蛎6、佛手8。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种治疗失眠症的中药组合物，其特征在于其制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）按重量组份称取各原料；
（2）将北柴胡、制南星、西洋参、灯芯草、合欢皮、山药、甘草、茯苓、莲肉、枳实、酸枣仁、百合、菊花、郁金、葛根、五味子、桃仁、沉香浸泡在1000-1400克水中一个小时，然后大火煎煮20-40分钟，后文火在煎煮半小时，滤液弃渣，将滤液煎熬浓缩至稠膏后烘干粉碎120目-150目药粉；
（3）把余下的珍珠母、远志、生龙骨、竹叶、龙齿、牡蛎、佛手去杂，放入45度-65度的烘干室内进行烘干，并粉碎成120目-150目药粉备用；
（4）将制备方法（2）、（3）得到的药粉混合均匀，每0.1克分装成胶囊。
