   现有的维生素泡腾片一般都是以葡萄糖为原料加工而成,葡萄糖属于单糖,而且食用后容易上火,所以一般不建议多食。而且泡腾片中的维生素种类比较单一,不够多元,相互之间也不能有效地促进吸收。
