本发明是一种黑加仑多种维生素泡腾片,泡腾片所含有的成分和重量如下:黑加仑果粉4-10%,柠檬酸3-8%,碳酸氢钠3-10%,山梨糖醇25-40%,食用香精1-4%,甜味剂0.5-2%,乙酰磺胺酸钾5-7%,有机酸3-7%,硬脂酸镁1.5-4%,甜味剂为阿斯巴甜,有机酸为富马酸。本发明泡腾片溶解时间短,能充分发挥胶原蛋白的营养价值,生物利用率高,为消费者节省开支,节约能源,并且携带方便,本发明的泡腾片含有非常丰富的维生素C、磷、镁、钾、钙、花青素、酚类物质,具有的保健功效包括预防痛风、贫血、水肿、关节炎、风湿病、口腔和咽喉疾病、咳嗽、补肾等。本发明泡腾片维生素C的含量极高,具有降血压,降血脂和抗动脉硬化等作用,同时具有一定的保健作用。

技术领域
本发明属于保健品技术领域,具体的说是涉及一种泡腾片,尤其是一种黑加仑多种维生素泡腾片。
背景技术
泡腾片是近年来国外开发应用的一种新颖片剂。它与普通片剂的不同之处,就在于它还含有泡腾崩解剂,当泡腾片放入饮水中之后,在泡腾崩解剂的作用下,即刻产生大量气泡(二氧化碳),使片剂迅速崩解和融化,有时崩解产生的气泡还会使药片在水中上下翻滚,加速其崩解和融化。片剂崩解时产生的二氧化碳部分溶解于饮水中,使饮水喝入口中时有汽水般的美感。目前市场上出现了各种各样的泡腾片,例如补钙泡腾片、妇科外用药的泡腾片等等,而含有多种维生素且具有保健功效的泡腾片还未在市场上出现。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种富含丰富的维生素C、磷、镁、钾、钙、花青素、酚类物质且具有保健功效包括预防痛风、贫血、水肿、关节炎、风湿病、口腔和咽喉疾病、咳嗽等的新型黑加仑多种维生素泡腾片。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:

由黑加仑制成的果粉含有非常丰富的维生素C、磷、镁、钾、钙、花青素、酚类物质。目前已经知道的黑加仑的保健功效包括预防 痛风、贫血、 水肿、 关节炎、 风湿病、口腔和 咽喉疾病、咳嗽、补肾等,同时黑加仑的矿物质元素中的锌含量高,可作为供锌来源;明显高于柑橘、山楂,种子中亚油酸含量高,另一种γ-亚麻酸,是人体不能合成的特有成分,可起到抗心血管疾病的作用。
柠檬酸是一种重要酸,因为柠檬酸有温和爽快的酸味,普遍用于各种饮料、汽水、葡萄酒、糖果、点心、饼干、罐头果汁、乳制品等食品的制造。在所有有机酸的市场中,柠檬酸市场占有率 70%以上,到目前还没有一种可以取代柠檬酸的酸味剂。柠檬酸能改善食品的感官性状,增强食欲和促进体内钙、磷物质的消化吸收,无水柠檬酸大量用于固体饮料,柠檬酸为食用酸类,可增强体内正常代谢,适当的剂量对人体无害。
碳酸氢钠是白色粉末或单斜晶结晶性粉末,无臭、味咸、易溶于水,但比碳酸钠在水中的溶解度小,不溶于乙醇,水溶液呈微碱性。受热易分解。在潮湿空气中缓慢分解,碳酸氢钠可与柠檬酸、酒石酸等配制固体清凉饮料的发泡剂(产生CO₂),在此处用来产生气泡。
山梨糖醇在食品工业中,可用作甜味剂、保湿剂、螯合剂和组织改良剂,营养性甜味剂、湿润剂,是一种具有保湿功能的特殊甜味剂。在人体内不转化为葡萄糖,不受胰岛素的控制,适合糖尿病人使用。可用于糕点,最大使用量5.0g/kg;在鱼糜及其制品中最大使用量0.5g/kg。还可作消泡剂,用于制糖工艺、酿造工艺和豆制品工艺,按生产需要适量使用。也可用于葡萄干保湿,酒类、清凉饮料的增稠、保香,以及糖果和口香糖。
阿斯巴甜甜味纯正,具有和蔗糖极其近似的清爽甜味,无苦涩后味和金属味,是迄今开发成功的甜味最接近蔗糖的甜味剂;阿斯巴甜的甜度是蔗糖的200倍,在应用中仅需少量就可达到希望的甜度,所以在食品和饮料中使用阿斯巴甜替代糖,可显著降低热量并不会造成龋齿;与蔗糖或其他甜味剂混合使用有协同效应,如加2%~3%于糖精中,可明显掩盖糖精的不良口感;与香精混合,具有极佳的增效性,尤其是对酸性的柑桔、柠檬、柚等,能使香味持久、减少芳香剂用量;蛋白质成分,可被人体自然吸收分解。
乙酰磺胺酸钾作为非营养型甜味剂,可广泛用于固体饮料、酱菜类、蜜饯、胶姆糖、餐桌用甜味料的各种食品;该品具有强烈甜味,呈味性质与糖精相似,不吸湿,室温下稳定,与糖醇、蔗糖等有很好的混合性,作为非营养型甜味剂,可广泛用于各种食品。
富马酸作为一种食品添加剂——酸味剂,用于清凉饮料、水果糖、果冻、冰淇淋等,大多与酸味剂柠檬酸并用。
硬脂酸镁纯品为带有光泽的白色柔软小片,熔点69.6℃,在90~100℃下慢慢挥发,微溶于冷水, 硬脂酸溶于酒精、丙酮,易溶于苯、氯仿、乙醚、四氯化碳、二硫化碳、醋酸戊酯和甲苯等。
将上述物质混合制成的泡腾片溶解时间短,能充分发挥胶原蛋白的营养价值,生物利用率高,为消费者节省开支,节约能源,并且携带方便。
