本发明涉及保健饮料食品领域,具体是公开了一种治痰嗽瓜蒌汤配方及其制造方法,所述的治痰嗽瓜蒌汤配方由下列重量份的原料制成:水30-40份、瓜蒌50-70份、神曲末20-30份、枸杞0.1-10份、杏仁8-12份、洋葱5-7份;所述的制造方法为按照所述重量份比例配比后,加热至沸腾,所述的加热过程中伴有搅拌,所述的加热时间为20-30min。本发明的目的在于提供一种治痰嗽瓜蒌汤配方及其制造方法,解决了现有技术中存在的技术的不足,以瓜蒌为主料辅以神曲末、杏仁、洋葱、葡萄酒加热搅拌制造出一种治痰嗽瓜蒌汤,所述瓜蒌汤具有治疗喉咙痰嗽、痰吐不止、气虚上笨、下不饮食等症状,且以瓜蒌为主料的瓜蒌汤不具任何药味,入口甘甜,同时价格低廉,加工工艺简单,售价不高,适合大众饮用。

本发明涉及保健饮料食品领域,具体是公开了一种治痰嗽瓜蒌汤配方及其制造方法。
背景技术
随着进年来气温变化的异常,感冒已是家常便饭;或者一些喜欢吸烟的人常年伴随有咳嗽的症状,现有的治痰嗽配方大多以药材为主料,是药三分毒,且药物口感差,味苦;一些比较注重养生或年龄比较小的人大多不愿意吃药来治疗感冒所引起咳嗽,现需要一种无药物成份的治痰嗽的产品来适合市场需求。
瓜蒌为葫芦科植物栝楼和双边栝楼的成熟果实.全国大部分地区均产,主产于河北、河南、安徽、浙江、山东、江苏等地.秋季采收,将壳与种子分别干燥.生用,或以仁制霜用。【药性】甘、微苦,寒.归肺、胃、大肠经。【功效】清热化痰,宽胸散结,润肠通便。痰热咳喘。本品甘寒而润,善清肺热,润肺燥而化热痰、燥痰。可用治痰热阻肺,咳嗽痰黄,质稠难咯,胸膈痞满者。

为了解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种治痰嗽瓜蒌汤配方及其制造方法,以瓜蒌为主料辅以神曲末、杏仁、洋葱、葡萄酒加热搅拌制造出一种治痰嗽瓜蒌汤,所述瓜蒌汤具有治疗喉咙痰嗽、痰吐不止、气虚上笨、下不饮食等症状,且价格低廉,加工工艺简单,售价不高,适合大众饮用。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种治痰嗽瓜蒌汤配方及其制造方法,所述的治痰嗽瓜蒌汤配方由下列重量份的原料制成:水30-40份、瓜蒌50-70份、神曲末20-30份、枸杞0.1-10份、杏仁8-12份、洋葱5-7份;
所述的制造方法为按照所述重量份比例配比后,加热至沸腾,所述的加热过程中伴有搅拌,所述的加热时间为20-30min。
进一步,所述的治痰嗽瓜蒌汤配方由下列重量份的原料制成:水35份、瓜蒌60份、神曲末25份、枸杞5份、杏仁10份、洋葱6份。
进一步,所述水可用葡萄酒代替。
进一步,所述的神曲末经过微炒处理。

一种治痰嗽瓜蒌汤配方及其制造方法,按照下列重量份的配比原料:水35份、瓜蒌60份、神曲末25份、枸杞5份、杏仁10份、洋葱6份;加热至沸腾,搅拌均匀,加热时间为20min。

一种治痰嗽瓜蒌汤配方及其制造方法,按照下列重量份的配比原料:葡萄酒35份、瓜蒌60份、神曲末22份、枸杞5份、杏仁10份、洋葱6份;加热至沸腾,搅拌均匀,加热时间为30min。

一种治痰嗽瓜蒌汤配方及其制造方法,按照下列重量份的配比原料:葡萄酒30份、瓜蒌65份、神曲末20份、枸杞4份、杏仁11份、洋葱5份;加热至沸腾,搅拌均匀,加热时间为28min。

所述的制造方法为按照所述重量份比例配比后,加热至沸腾,所述的加热过程中伴有搅拌,所述的加热时间为20-30min。
