Abstract
具有促进肠推进作用的食品,由苦瓜,荷叶,决明子,茶叶,甘草,竹笋,玄米制成。所述的食品为:速溶粉、颗粒、浓缩液、植物饮料、泡腾片、口含片、袋泡茶。其制备方法:原料提取、制浓缩液A、制玄米浓缩液、合并浓缩液A和玄米浓缩液为具有促进肠推进作用的食品原液,按常规方法将食品原液直接调配制成饮料形式的食品。本发明具有清热解毒,润肠通便的功能,主要对便秘具有明显的调节作用,对于由长期便秘引起的各种斑、痘、暗疮、黄褐斑也具有调节作用。本发明采用纯中药及常用食品制成,使用方便、安全可靠,无毒副作用,剂型多样可长期使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及采用药食同源材料配伍制成的食品及其制备方法,具体是具有促进肠推进作用的保健食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
肠道健康直接影响机体对饮食营养的吸收及食物代谢产物和毒素的排泄,目前,人们饮食结构和习惯的改变,使得多种现代病的出现。比如,从事长途运输的司机、久坐办公室的文职人员、公共交通工具驾驶人员、经常出差三餐不定的饮食紊乱人群,还有一大部分老年朋友都会存在不同程度的胃肠道健康问题:肠功能减退、肠道吸收和排泄代谢物的能力降低,导致大肠蠕动、肠推进作用减弱进而形成便秘,生活中便秘人群比例增加。目前市场上很多缓解或治疗便秘的食物或药物多是选择大黄、番泻叶等刺激性致泄作用材料,长期服用会使肠道功能更加紊乱,并容易产生依赖性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提出一种具有能促进肠道微生物环境,促进肠蠕动、增加肠推进的作用的一种具有促进肠推进作用的食品及其制备方法的技术方案。
本发明的技术方案是:由下述质量份的原料制成:苦瓜3-8,荷叶1-4,决明子2-4,茶叶1-5,甘草1-3,竹笋0.5-3,玄米5-10。
优选配方由下述质量份的原料制成;苦瓜5-7份,荷叶2-4份,决明子2-3份,茶叶3-5份,甘草1-2份,竹笋0.5-1份,玄米5-8份。
所述的食品为:速溶粉、颗粒、浓缩液、植物饮料、泡腾片、口含片、袋泡茶。
所述的茶叶为绿茶、红茶、乌龙茶或普洱茶。
所述的竹笋为禾本科竹亚科植物中可食用品种嫩苗的干制品。
具有促进肠推进作用的食品的制备方法,具体为下述步骤:
(1)提取:取苦瓜、荷叶、决明子、茶叶、甘草、竹笋组分混合,加入8-15 倍量浓度为0-30%的乙醇水溶液,70-100℃提取0.5-1 小时,提取1-2 次,取提取液;
(2)浓缩:提取液经过5000-6000r/min离心,降低温度至5-45℃,经1-5um 过滤,滤液在5-45℃温度下进行浓缩后制成固形物含量为10-20%的浓缩液A;
(3) 制玄米浓缩液:玄米加入8-15 倍浓度为0-30%的乙醇水溶液70-100℃提取0.2-0.5 个小时,提取1-2次,提取液经过1-5 um 过滤,得到玄米萃取液,浓缩后制成固形物含量为10-20%的玄米浓缩液;
(4)合并浓缩液A和玄米浓缩液,混合均匀为具有促进肠推进作用的食品原液;
(5)按常规方法将食品原液直接调配制成饮料形式的食品;或进行浓缩或干燥后制成速溶粉、颗粒、泡腾片、口含片、袋泡茶形式的食品。
饮食入胃,经过脾胃运化,吸收其精华,剩余的糟粕形成大便由大肠传送而出。肠胃功能正常,则大便通畅,肠胃受病,如燥热内结,或气滞不行,或气虚传送无力,血虚肠道干涩,以及阴寒凝结等原因,都可能导致各种不同性质的便秘。饮食不节,情志失调等原因而致脾肝肾功能障碍,表现为脾胃虚弱,肾阳虚衰、肝气瘀阻肠络等,形成便秘。中医学认为,便秘其病在肠胃,与肝肾密切相关,其病性为本虚标实,虚实夹杂。脾胃肝肾之气失司为本,胃肠功能失调为辅,致气血逆乱,脏腑失调,阴阳不和。随着环境污染等原因,越来越多的有毒害物质进入人体。脏腑失调,阴阳不和等原因也使体内产生内毒,这些外毒和内毒如不能及时排出体外,将进入人们的肌体,与人体组织产生化学作用,损害人体的肌体和正常生理功能,引发多种疾病。
本发明主要根据传统中医学辨正施治的原理,集众医家所长,广采博收云南各民族地区奇药妙方及民间偏方,基于中医学对便秘的发病机理的认识及治疗原则,参考古今中医学药理研究成就,筛选清热解毒,凉血润燥及调理脏腑阴阳气血的中药及竹笋、玄米等食物,按中医理论组方,采用现代技术提取精华,并经长期诊疗病例的临床实践总结而成。其中决明子药材味甘、苦、咸,微寒,可清热明目,润肠通便。荷叶味苦性平能清热解暑,升发清阳,凉血止血。决明子、荷叶的减肥降脂功效研究较多,但是单味长期食用或食用不当会伤津液。苦瓜具有清热解毒、降低血糖、抗菌、免疫调节等作用。苦瓜中的活性成分种类繁多,已经分得了三萜类、生物碱类、甾类化合物、糖类、蛋白质、有机酸类及微量元素等多种化学成分。其中决明子作用机理可能是由于大黄酚二蒽酮苷等成分促使肠壁减少了对固醇类食物的吸收,从而增加肠道的排泄作用,但并未得到相关研究的确切证实。组合物中的玄米为糙米的炒制品,按照常规方法将糙米浸泡一定时间后,经蒸熟、滚炒、焙干等工序制成,玄米在组合物中起到利食和胃的作用,同时又能起到校味及调和性味的作用。苦瓜性味苦寒,归心、脾、胃、肝经;荷叶性味甘、寒,入脾、胃经,针对热邪犯胃入脾,选择具有清凉作用的苦瓜及荷叶,从综合调节机体脏腑功能入手,改善由于燥热内结、气机郁滞、津液不足所引起脾胃不调而致的便秘、大便吃力等症状。选用茶叶及竹笋是根据其中含有丰富的氨基酸、多糖等成分能够与组方中的其它组分协同作用,加强肠推进效果,同时竹笋中的膳食纤维能够对肠胃微生物环境也有一定的保健作用,更有利于促进肠道有益菌的生长。甘草性味甘平调和诸药又能校味。有文献报道发酵竹笋膳食纤维能够改善小鼠胃肠道功能,文献研究针对的是发酵制品,且主要是利用其中的膳食纤维。在本技术研究过程中,采用的是竹笋提取物,针对竹笋的动物试验也表明单纯使用竹笋达不到本发明所能实现的技术效果。本发明技术点在于利用苦瓜、荷叶作用于脾胃,调理脏器热盛所致的代谢失调,取玄米利食和胃之功,搭配竹笋发挥其中膳食纤维及特有的成份共同护肠之功,组合物作用于胃肠道的消化吸收系统,通过各组分协调作用促进肠推进。本发明可使用浓缩液直接加入糕点、饮料等多种食品,也可按常规方法制成速溶粉、颗粒、泡腾片、口含片、袋泡茶等多种形式,成为形式多样的保健食品。本发明诸药合用,协同作用,扶正袪邪,通腑润肠,调节人体的新陈代谢机能,达到促进肠推进效果。本发明具有清热解毒,润肠通便的功能,主要对便秘具有明显的调节作用,对于由长期便秘引起的各种斑、痘、暗疮、黄褐斑也具有调节作用。本发明采用纯中药及常用食品的提取物制成,使用方便、安全可靠,无毒副作用,剂型多样可长期使用。
本发明的食品可以是普通食品或者是保健食品,根据食品类型的不同,所含的原料浓度有所差别。制作成普通饮料每天饮用2-3瓶左右即可达到促进肠推进的作用;制作成浓缩型则仅需饮用20-30ml即可起到作用;制作成片剂类的产品服用2-3片即可起到作用;制作成速溶茶粉服用2-4g即可起到作用;制作成颗粒型产品服用5-10g即可起到作用。也可以根据原料计算服用量,根据身体症状的不同,可每日服用2-3次,每次以原料计算6-10克,20天为一个疗程,通常1-2个疗程有效,顽症情况因个体差异需4-5个疗程,各种剂型可交替使用。
本发明组合物对于肠推动作用明显高于单独使用决明子、荷叶、竹笋及市售具有改善胃肠功能的药品和润肠通便作用的袋泡茶类产品,长期食用或代茶饮不会带来不良反应及副作用。本发明组合物经小鼠试验证实其肠推进率较同类产品可提高近10%左右。
本发明肠推进验证方法:
取SPF级KM小鼠(体重18-22g)随机分为11组,每组12只动物。禁食不禁水,16 h后用生理盐水,取试验样品分别制成5% 活性炭混悬液,并按7g/kg的剂量分别灌服以上混悬液0.2 mL/10 g。给药20 min后,颈椎脱臼处死,剖开腹腔,迅速取出整个肠道于玻璃板上,轻轻剥离,不加牵引地平铺直后,测量炭末头端在肠管内的移动距离和小肠全长,自幽门至回盲部。以炭头末端在肠管内的移动距离占小肠全长的百分率为炭末推进百分率。
实验中供试样1-6的制备方法为:按本技术方案取苦瓜、荷叶、决明子、茶叶、甘草、竹笋,分别加15倍和10倍纯水煮沸0.5小时,合并两次提取液,经6000r/min离心,经换热器降温至45℃,再经过1um布袋过滤,滤液经膜浓缩后制成固形物含量为16%的浓缩液;取玄米加入8 倍90℃热水提取0.5 个小时,提取1次,提取液经过1 um 过滤,滤液浓缩后制成固形物含量为10-20%的浓缩液,两份浓缩液混合即得供试组合物样,按主要配料的含量计算浓缩液的用量按试验方法配制供试液。市售样品3根据说明书给药剂量参考,以49mg/kg剂量计算配制供试液。为消除不同制法带来的影响,市售样品1-2、竹笋对照样的提取方法同供试样1-6中苦瓜等原料(浓缩液A的提取方法)的提取方法。市售样品1为市售的“润通茶”、市售样品2为市售的“常润茶”。本实验条件各样品对小鼠肠推动作用的比较见表1。
结果显示,本发明组合物对小鼠肠推进率作用明显高于市售同类产品。
本发明中,所述的苦瓜为为葫芦科植物苦瓜Momordica charantia
L.的果实,夏、秋季选取绿色近成熟果实,洗净,横切成片,晒干制成;所述的荷叶为睡莲科植物莲Nelunbo nucifera
Gaertn.的干燥叶,夏、秋二季采收,晒至七八成干时,除去叶柄,切丝,干燥制成;所述的决明子为豆科植物决明Cassia obtusiflia
L.或小决明Cassia tora
L.的干燥成熟果实,晒干,打下种子,除去杂质,洗净,干燥制成;所述的茶叶为以茶树Camellia sinensis L.O.Kunts的芽、叶、嫩茎为原料,按绿茶或红茶或乌龙茶或普洱茶制备工艺制成的干燥茶叶;所述的甘草为豆科植物甘草(Glycyrrhiza uraleniss
Fisch)、胀果甘草(Glycyrrhiza inflata
Bat.)或光果甘草(Glycyrrhiza glabra
L.)的干燥根及根茎,春、秋二季采挖,除去须根,除去杂质,洗净,切厚圆片,干燥制成;所述的竹笋为禾本科竹亚科植物中可食用品种的嫩苗。本发明采用竹笋的干制品,如:勃氏甜竹、版纳甜竹、美竹、云南箭竹等但不限于以上品种。
临床试验资料:
采用本发明的保健食品进行功效预实验,征集便秘患者30例,其中,男性17例,女性13例,年龄25-60岁, 患史1-20年,多数患者大便干结,每3-5天一次,时有头晕目眩,肢倦懒言,食欲减退,经医院肠镜检查,肠道无器质性改变,其中女性患者多伴有不同程度的面部色斑、暗疮,多数患者服用现有的通便、泻下药,用药期间可使大便通畅,停药后仍然便秘,有的则病情更加严重,年纪较大的患者,经常大便时累的大汗淋淋,痛苦不堪。
治疗方法:选用本发明的速溶粉、颗粒、浓缩液、植物饮料、泡腾片、口含片、袋泡茶中任一种,也可多种剂型交叉使用,每天3次。普通饮料每天饮用2-3瓶;浓缩型则仅需饮用20-30ml;片剂类的产品服用2-3片;速溶茶粉服用2-4g;颗粒型产品服用5-10g。也可每次用量按原料计10克,20天为一个疗程,连续3个疗程。服用3个疗程后,临床症状基本消失,停药后每天大便正常的治愈患者为21人,显效率70%。临床症状部分消失,停药后大便2-3天一次的为7人,有效率23%,服用5个疗程后,症状仍改变的无效患者为2人,无效率6%。5个疗程后,没有发现有毒副作用及肠胃不适的现象。随着大便逐渐正常,患者面色开始红润,脸上的斑、痘、暗疮、黄褐斑不同程度减退或变淡,神疲气怯,肢倦懒言等症状好转并逐渐消除,食欲增加,针对部分显效患者进行跟踪随访半年未见复发。

一种具有促进肠推进作用的饮料,由苦瓜3kg,荷叶1kg,决明子2kg,茶叶1kg,甘草1kg,竹笋0.5kg,玄米5kg制成,所述的茶叶为绿茶、红茶、乌龙茶或普洱茶。按组方称量苦瓜、荷叶、决明子、茶叶、甘草、竹笋,经过精选拣剔后,加8倍纯水煮沸提取1小时,提取2次,两次提取液合并经过5000r/min离心,再使用板式换热器降低温度至5℃后再经过1um过滤,得到滤液,滤液进行浓缩后制成固形物含量为10%的浓缩液;取玄米,直接加入8倍量沸水萃取0.2个小时,萃取液经过1-5um过滤,得到玄米萃取液;取浓缩液,加入玄米萃取液,加 6kg白砂糖,再加水至1000kg,经1um过滤,滤液经过137℃超高温灭菌10s钟后灌装制成PET包装的饮料。按每瓶350ml装量计算,每天饮用3-4瓶即可起到一定的促进肠推进作用。

一种具有促进肠推进作用的颗粒或袋泡茶,苦瓜8份,荷叶4份,决明子4份,茶叶5份,甘草3份,竹笋3份,玄米10份制成,所述的茶叶为绿茶、红茶、乌龙茶或普洱茶。按组方称量各材料,取苦瓜、荷叶、决明子、茶叶、甘草、竹笋经过精选拣剔后,加15倍30%乙醇水溶液70℃提取0.5小时,提取2次,提取液经过6000r/min离心,使用板式换热器降低温度至45℃后再经过5um过滤,滤液挥去乙醇后进行膜浓缩制成固形物含量为20%的浓缩液;组合物中的玄米单独进行提取:第一次加入30%乙醇水溶液8倍量,80℃进行萃取0.5小时、第二次加入8倍量沸水萃取0.5个小时,萃取液经过5 um过滤,滤液挥去乙醇后浓缩成固形物含量为20%的浓缩液,两种浓缩液混合均匀后浓缩成65度测定密度为1.25的浸膏。按浸膏6倍量加入蔗糖,制成颗粒,干燥即得具有促进肠道推进作用的颗粒。每天服用5-10g,即可起到一定的促进肠推进作用。
将浸膏按常规方法制成袋泡茶。服用量与颗粒剂相同。

一种具有促进肠推进作用的饮料浓缩液,由苦瓜5份,荷叶4份,决明子3份,茶叶3份,甘草2份,竹笋1份,玄米5份制成,所述的茶叶为绿茶、红茶、乌龙茶或普洱茶。按组方量称取各原料后,取苦瓜、荷叶。决明子、茶叶、甘草、竹笋,加10倍纯水煮沸提取0.8小时,提取2次,提取液经过5500r/min离心,使用板式换热器降低温度至40℃后再经过1um过滤,滤液进行浓缩后制成固形物含量为15%的浓缩液;取玄米单独进行提取:加入15倍量沸水萃取0.2个小时,萃取液经过1um过滤,经过浓缩后制成固形物含量为15%的浓缩液,两种浓缩液混合均匀。再经过137℃超高温灭菌10s钟后灌装到无菌袋中制成饮料浓缩液。每天服用20-30ml,即可起到一定的促进肠推进作用。

一种具有促进肠推进作用的饮料,由苦瓜7kg,荷叶4kg,决明子3kg,茶叶5kg,甘草2kg,竹笋1kg,玄米8kg制成,所述的茶叶为绿茶、红茶、乌龙茶或普洱茶。取苦瓜、荷叶、决明子、茶叶、甘草、竹笋,加12倍纯水煮沸提取,提取2次,第一次1小时,第二次0.5小时,提取液经过6000r/min离心,使用板式换热器降低温度至35℃后再经过5um过滤,滤液进行浓缩后制成固形物含量为20%的浓缩液;取玄米单独进行提取:加入10倍量沸水萃取0.4个小时,萃取液经过5 um过滤,经过浓缩后制成固形物含量为20%的浓缩液,两种浓缩液混合均匀。取浓缩液加 8kg白砂糖,再加0.3kg柠檬酸,水至1000kg,经1um过滤,滤液分装至310ml/罐的易拉罐中,封口后热压蒸汽灭菌制成易拉罐包装的饮料。每天饮用1-2瓶即可起到一定的促进肠推进作用。

一种具有促进肠推进作用的泡腾片或口含片,由苦瓜5份,荷叶2份,决明子2份,红茶3份,甘草1份,竹笋0.5份,玄米5份制成。取苦瓜、荷叶、决明子、甘草、红茶、竹笋经拣剔后混合,提取两次,第一次加15倍量的20%乙醇水溶液,煮沸提取1个小时,第二次加10倍量的20%水溶液,煮沸提取0.5个小时,提取液经过5000r/min离心,使用换热器降低温度至15℃后再经过1um过滤,滤液挥去乙醇后进行浓缩后制成固形物含量为18%的浓缩液;取玄米单独进行提取:直接加入12倍量沸水萃取0.5个小时,萃取液经过1 um过滤,经过浓缩后制成固形物含量为18%的玄米浓缩液。两种浓缩液混合均匀经干燥后取通过6号筛(孔径约为150微米),将筛下的粉末平均分成两份,第一份加柠檬酸、甜菊甙、淀粉、微粉硅胶粉碎过6号筛,用75%乙醇制粒,60℃干燥、整粒备用;第二份加聚乙二醇4000混溶碳酸氢钠粉碎的细粉,混合均匀与第一份颗粒、硬脂酸镁混匀、压片即得具有促进肠推进作用的泡腾片。根据口感需求每片溶于200-400ml水中,每天服用2-3片,即可起到一定的促进肠推进作用。
将两种浓缩液混合均匀经干燥后取通过6号筛(孔径约为150微米),将筛下的粉末按常规方法制为口含片。服用量与促进肠推进作用的泡腾片相同。

一种具有肠推进作用的速溶茶粉,由苦瓜7份,荷叶4份,决明子4份,乌龙茶3份,甘草3份,竹笋 1份,玄米5.5份制成。取苦瓜、荷叶、决明子、绿茶、甘草、竹笋拣剔后混合,加水提取两次,第一次加12倍量的纯水,煮沸提取1个小时,第二次加10倍量的纯水,煮沸提取0.5个小时,提取液经过6000r/min离心,使用换热器降低温度至25℃后再经过5um过滤,滤液进行浓缩后制成固形物含量为12%的浓缩液Ⅰ,另取玄米加10倍量30%乙醇水溶液,80℃萃取0.5个小时,提取2次,萃取液经过5um过滤,得到玄米萃取液挥去乙醇后经过浓缩制成固形物含量为12%的浓缩液Ⅱ。两种浓缩液混合均匀,称定浓缩液的重量,按10%重量比加入低聚果糖混合均匀后经喷雾干燥后即得具有肠推进作用的速溶茶粉。根据口感需求每2g速溶茶粉溶于200-400ml水中,每天服用2-4g,即可起到一定的促进肠推进作用。

一种具有促进肠道推进作用的茶饮料,其特征在于由苦瓜6份,荷叶3.5份,决明子3.5份,茶叶2.5份,甘草2份,竹笋0.8份,玄米6份制成,所述的茶叶为绿茶、红茶、乌龙茶或普洱茶。按组方量称取各原料后,取苦瓜、荷叶、决明子、甘草、普洱茶、竹笋混匀,加15倍纯水煮沸提取1小时,提取2次,提取液经过5000-6000r/min离心,使用换热器降低温度至10℃后再经过1um过滤,滤液进行浓缩后制成固形物含量为12%的浓缩液;取玄米单独进行提取:直接加入15倍量沸水萃取0.5个小时,萃取液经过1 um过滤。浓缩液与滤液混合均匀后稀释80倍,按体积量计算添加0.04%的苹果酸、0.02%的甜菊甙及适量的防腐剂溶解充分后搅拌均匀,经巴氏杀菌后分装即得具有肠推进作用的茶饮料。按每瓶350ml装量计算,每天饮用2-3瓶即可起到一定的促进肠推进作用。
Claims (4)
1.具有促进肠推进作用的食品制备方法,其特征在于,苦瓜8份,荷叶4份,决明子4份,茶叶5份,甘草3份,竹笋3份,玄米10份;具体为下述步骤制备:取苦瓜、荷叶、决明子、茶叶、甘草、竹笋经过精选拣剔后,加15倍30%乙醇水溶液70℃提取0.5小时,提取2次,提取液经过6000r/min离心,使用板式换热器降低温度至45℃后再经过5um过滤,滤液挥去乙醇后进行膜浓缩制成固形物含量为20%的浓缩液;组合物中的玄米单独进行提取:第一次加入30%乙醇水溶液8倍量,80℃进行萃取0.5小时、第二次加入8倍量沸水萃取0.5个小时,萃取液经过5 um过滤,滤液挥去乙醇后浓缩成固形物含量为20%的浓缩液,两种浓缩液混合均匀后浓缩成65度测定密度为1.25的浸膏;按常规方法制成食品。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有促进肠推进作用的食品制备方法,其特征在于,所述的食品为:速溶粉、颗粒、浓缩液、植物饮料、泡腾片、口含片、袋泡茶。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有促进肠推进作用的食品制备方法,其特征在于,所述的茶叶为绿茶、红茶、乌龙茶或普洱茶。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有促进肠推进作用的食品制备方法,其特征在于,所述的竹笋为禾本科竹亚科植物中可食用品种嫩苗的干制品。
