     本发明涉及一种果汁饮料,具体涉及海参果、橘子为主要成分的混合饮料。
背景技术
海参果也叫火星果、火参果原产于非洲卡拉哈里沙漠,为藤本蔓生植物,似葫芦一样攀架生长,开黄花,果实外表金黄色如芒果般状,外表带刺,十分的漂亮迷人,在国外传说它是来自火星的奇特水果,所以叫为火星果,又形式海参,所以也叫植物海参。现在新西兰、美国、澳大利亚、德国等地均有栽培,是一年生多次收获的水果,果实像海参,又似带刺的橄榄型瓜,用吸管可直接吸食,多汁,味道似香蕉、柠檬和黄瓜的三种混合,最近也已在国内进口水果市场上现身。其肉质细腻多籽,像黄瓜一样呈凝胶状,口味清甜,吃过后,嘴里会有轻微的余香,所含的营养不亚于车厘子,其所含的维生素可以起到安神补脑,健心活血的作用,很适合年老者, 脑力工作者食用,海参果是全球已知水果中“排毒、瘦身、美容、纤体”的明星,喜爱美食女士的福音,它VC含量特高,绿色果肉中含有独特的粗纤维,能迅间消除大鱼大肉后的油腻感,平衡消减高蛋白食物带来的不适,长期食用有美容瘦身功效
橘子,俗称桔子,酸甜适口,含有丰富的葡萄糖,果糖,蔗糖,苹果酸,柠檬酸以及胡萝卜,维生素B1和维生素B2,尼克酸,维生素C等,特别是维生素C含量丰富。
目前,海参果一般多为直接食用,而且食用时要添加蜂蜜等辅助食材,且由于海参果特殊的结构,使得食用十分不方便,因此将在保留海参果的营养价值前提下,增加和改善海参果食用方法和口感十分必要。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种含有海参果、橘子的果汁饮料,改变水果食用方式,对水果的成分进行合理搭配,不仅解决原有水果的口感、保质等问题,更加解决运输及海参果市场销售问题。
本发明具体由以下方案实施:
一种含有海参果、橘子的果汁饮料,其成分为(质量百分比):海参果汁25-30%、橘子汁30-50%、蜂蜜3-15%、稳定剂1%、水余量。
(1)选择新鲜、无病虫害且果实完好的成熟海参果,洗净表皮,切割去壳,取出果肉。按海参果:水=2:1的比例放入打浆机破碎打浆,200目筛网4层过滤,得到海参果汁,浓缩后得到浓缩液备用。
(2)选择新鲜、无病虫害且直径60毫米以上的橘子,洗净表皮后去皮,按橘子:水=2:1的比例放入打浆机破碎打浆,200目筛网4层过滤,得到橘子汁,浓缩后得到浓缩液备用。
(3)按照配方比例取(1)-(2)步骤所得相应的汁液进行混合,加入蜂蜜和稳定剂,稳定剂在加入前提前在热水中搅拌溶解,脱气、杀菌、罐装。
为得到合适的配方,发明人进行了多种正交试验:
    口感试验采用6种配比分别调配成相应的果汁,试验人群为随机抽取,试验总数50人,每人分别品尝6种样本后进行打分,取平均值。通过试验可以看到,1号试验结果的果汁配比比例所得分数较为突出,能够为绝大多数人所接受。
    蜂蜜加入甜度口感试验
    从试验中可得出,蜂蜜添加量在11-13 %的范围内比较适合。
具体实施
实施例1
一种含有海参果、橘子的果汁饮料,其成分为(质量百分比):海参果汁25%、橘子汁50%、蜂蜜13%、稳定剂1%,水余量。
    (1)选择新鲜、无病虫害且果实完好的成熟海参果,洗净表皮,切割去壳,取出果肉。按海参果:水=2:1的比例放入打浆机破碎打浆,200目筛网4层过滤,得到海参果汁,浓缩后得到浓缩液备用。
    (2)选择新鲜、无病虫害且直径60毫米以上的橘子,洗净表皮后去皮,按橘子:水=2:1的比例放入打浆机破碎打浆,200目筛网4层过滤,得到橘子汁,浓缩后得到浓缩液备用。
    (3)按照配方比例取(1)-(2)步骤所得相应的汁液进行混合,加入蜂蜜和稳定剂,稳定剂在加入前提前在热水中搅拌溶解,脱气、杀菌、罐装。
实施例2
一种含有海参果、橘子的果汁饮料,其成分为(质量百分比):海参果汁30%、橘子汁45%、蜂蜜11%、稳定剂1%,水余量。
   (1)选择新鲜、无病虫害且果实完好的成熟海参果,洗净表皮,切割去壳,取出果肉。按海参果:水=2:1的比例放入打浆机破碎打浆,200目筛网4层过滤,得到海参果汁,浓缩后得到浓缩液备用。
   (2)选择新鲜、无病虫害且直径60毫米以上的橘子,洗净表皮后去皮,按橘子:水=2:1的比例放入打浆机破碎打浆,200目筛网4层过滤,得到橘子汁,浓缩后得到浓缩液备用。
   (3)按照配方比例取(1)-(2)步骤所得相应的汁液进行混合,加入蜂蜜和稳定剂,稳定剂在加入前提前在热水中搅拌溶解,脱气、杀菌、罐装。
