本发明提供一种具有辅助改善记忆功能的复合磷脂粉产品,所述产品的主要成分包含如下重量百分比组分:大豆粉末磷脂20~50%;蛋黄磷脂20~50%;花生磷脂5~20%;芝麻磷脂2~10%;核桃磷脂1~5%。四种植物磷脂和一种动物磷脂的科学配伍,对辅助改善记忆功能起到关键作用的磷酯酰乙醇胺(PE)与磷脂酰胆碱(PC)成分之间合理搭配,是补充多种磷脂的理想选择。

本发明涉及食品,具体涉及一种具有辅助改善记忆功能的复合磷脂粉。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的磷脂只有大豆磷脂,菜籽磷脂,蛋黄磷脂,全部作为单品销售,还没有一款复合磷脂产品出现,这就造成了不同人群根据自身需求选择不同品类的磷脂产品的麻烦,给消费者带来了消费迷茫。
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术中存在的不足之处,解决了目前市场上复合磷脂空白,该发明将几种精心选配的植物磷脂与动物蛋黄磷脂完美结合,将二者的主要功效有机组合,其中选择的四种植物磷脂中组分各不相同,经过科学配比,完善了磷脂中磷酯酰乙醇胺(PE)、磷脂酰胆碱(PC)、磷脂酸(PA)、磷脂酰肌醇(PI)等组分的合理配比,特别是对磷脂中具有辅助改善记忆功能起到关键作用的PE与PC成分之间的合理搭配,具有创造性意义。经过多次试验证实,产品将具有更好的生物活性和人体利用率,是目前唯一一款复合磷脂产品。每天补充一小勺该产品,能够具有辅助改善记忆功能,健康更有活力。
使用的大豆粉末磷脂是应用先进的超临界CO2萃取技术提取出来的,无溶剂残留。具有抗氧化、抗衰老、降血脂、促进血液循环、美容养颜、消除大脑疲劳、提高记忆力等功能。
本发明中应用的蛋黄磷脂也是采用超临界二氧化碳萃取技术,无任何杂质,保留了动物胚胎全部的生物活性,提取过程无任何化学反应,绝对100%纯天然;萃取过程将胆固醇脱除干净,食用时减少身体心脑血管负担。蛋黄磷脂里PC含量高达73%,而大豆磷脂里PC只有20%左右,PC是健脑益智的主要成分,可以改善记忆。蛋黄磷脂中含有一定量的花生四烯酸(AA),这是其他磷脂所没有的,因而也具有了AA的各种功能。蛋黄磷脂占脑细胞干重的70%~80%,是真正的脑黄金。补充蛋黄磷脂能促进脑神经细胞的生长与活化,增强机体活力,使人具有充沛的精力。 使用的花生磷脂产品中主要含有PE、PC等成分, 经过我们实际检测,我们使用的花生磷脂PE含量约为62%,是所有已知磷脂中PE含量较高的,PC含量约为35%。含有丰富的磷元素, 对人体磷的补充具有重要的作用。花生中的磷脂还参与脂肪酸的代谢, 可以改善营养不良人群的营养状况问, 而且可以改善和强化对人体VA 和钙等营养物质的吸收。
使用的芝麻磷脂含有丰富的PE、PC、PA、PI等组分, 芝麻磷脂中PE含量较大豆磷脂高9%左右, PE能显著提高大脑运动功效,延缓大脑衰老,还含有大豆磷脂及其他磷脂中未有的独特生理活性成分即芝麻素,芝麻素具有美容、促进健康活力与代谢等神奇功效,健脑防止衰老。
使用的核桃磷脂能增加细胞活性,能提高记忆和智力水平,是重要的补脑元素,也是婴儿大脑神经和视觉功能发育所必须的营养成份。

所述的大豆粉末磷脂和蛋黄磷脂是利用超临界萃取技术生产,其中蛋黄磷脂中不含胆固醇。
