米粉,由于其口感好,能制作出各种不同的美食而深受大家的喜爱。当代人们越来越重视保健,所以,应该把美食和保健结合起来,使人们在享受美食的同时也对身体起到保健的作用。
发明内容
综上所述,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保健米粉。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种保健米粉,由下列按质量百分比的主料和辅料制备而成,主料为大米90%、薏米5%和蚕豆5%,辅料为赖氨酸粉,并且每100克主料配0.3克辅料。
一种保健米粉的制造方法,按如下步骤制得:
(1)准备下列按质量百分比的主料和辅料制备而成,主料为大米90%、薏米5%和蚕豆5%,辅料为赖氨酸粉,并且每100克主料配0.3克辅料;
(2)将蚕豆去皮;
(3)将去皮的蚕豆、薏米和大米一起浸泡;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的原料中加入赖氨酸粉,并且充分搅匀;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的原料送入自熟式榨粉机榨成粉条,干燥;
(6)切段后包装或散装便可。
进一步,步骤(3)所述的浸泡时间为4~7小时。
进一步,所述制备步骤在所述步骤(6)中还包括杀菌,所述杀菌为蒸汽杀菌,杀菌温度为90~100℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保健米粉为高热量,高蛋白质,多维生素营养食品,有润肺、健脾、滋补、减肥、及调节血压的作用,美味爽口,老少皆宜。

一种保健米粉,由下列按质量百分比的主料和辅料制备而成,主料为大米90%、薏米5%和蚕豆5%,辅料为赖氨酸粉,并且每100克主料配0.3克辅料。
一种保健米粉的制造方法,按如下步骤制得:
(1)准备下列按质量百分比的主料和辅料制备而成,主料为大米90%、薏米5%和蚕豆5%,辅料为赖氨酸粉,并且每100克主料配0.3克辅料;
(2)将蚕豆去皮;
(3)将去皮的蚕豆、薏米和大米一起浸泡,浸泡时间为4~7小时;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的原料中加入赖氨酸粉,并且充分搅匀;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的原料送入自熟式榨粉机榨成粉条,干燥;
(6)切段后杀菌,所述杀菌为蒸汽杀菌,杀菌温度为90~100℃,最后包装或散装便可。

1.一种保健米粉,其特征是:由下列按质量百分比的主料和辅料制备而成,主料为大米90%、薏米5%和蚕豆5%,辅料为赖氨酸粉,并且每100克主料配0.3克辅料。
2.一种保健米粉的制造方法,其特征是:按如下步骤制得:
(1)准备下列按质量百分比的主料和辅料制备而成,主料为大米90%、薏米5%和蚕豆5%,辅料为赖氨酸粉,并且每100克主料配0.3克辅料;
(2)将蚕豆去皮;
(3)将去皮的蚕豆、薏米和大米一起浸泡;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的原料中加入赖氨酸粉,并且充分搅匀;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的原料送入自熟式榨粉机榨成粉条,干燥;
(6)切段后包装或散装便可。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种保健米粉的制造方法,其特征是:步骤(3)所述的浸泡时间为4~7小时。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种保健米粉的制造方法,其特征是:所述制备步骤在所述步骤(6)中还包括杀菌,所述杀菌为蒸汽杀菌,杀菌温度为90~100℃。
