Abstract

本发明公开了一种水性木器封闭底漆及其制备方法,由一定比例材料成分组成,并按照顺序倒入丙烯酸乳液、硅烷偶联剂、纳米增强剂、成膜助剂、消泡剂、流平剂、增稠剂,pH调节剂,搅拌、过滤、包装,该底漆渗透性强,封闭性能优异,能够很好地渗透到木材的内部结构,堵塞木材表面的毛细孔,使木材表面开放孔的数量减少,封闭孔数增多,从而抑制上层涂料水分向基材渗透进而起到优异的防胀作用;采用独特漆膜增强技术,漆膜很快干燥成膜,同时在基材上形成紧密的蜂窝状的漆膜,防止木头里的单宁酸及油脂渗透到漆膜表面,达到防胀封油效果。

一种水性木器封闭底漆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性底漆,具体地说是一种水性木器封闭底漆及其制备方法。 
背景技术
因木材特有的疏松特质,如松木及中密度纤维板吸潮,木质纤维容易膨胀,以及实木中存在的单宁酸和油脂容易渗透到漆膜的表面,使漆膜发黄或吐油。这些都是水性木器漆施工中常见的难题,目前市面上的水性木器封闭底漆很难做到解决上述问题。为解决实木发胀和中纤板发胀以及多脂性木材油脂析出及单宁酸的渗透问题,本发明提供一种高性能的水性木器封闭底漆,既能抑制上层涂料水分向基材渗透,又能防止木头里的单宁酸及油脂渗透到漆膜表面,达到防胀封油效果。 
发明内容
为了克服以上的缺点,和实现上述的目的,本发明目的在于提供一种一种水性木器封闭底漆及其制备方法。 
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现: 
一种水性木器封闭底漆,包括以下质量百分比计:  
  丙烯酸乳液:70~85%                                                                              
  硅烷偶联剂:0.5~5%                                                        
  消泡剂 :   0.1~2%                                                                          
  流平剂:    0.1~2%                                                                          
  增稠剂:    0.1~2%                                                                  
  PH调节剂: 0.1~3%                                                                 
  成膜助剂:  2~10%                                                                             
  纳米增强剂:2~6%                                                                            
  去离子水:  适量
其中,所述的丙烯酸乳液为Joncry 95、XK-12、ECS4905、AC2742中的一种;                                               
所述的硅烷偶联剂采用乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、r-(甲基丙烯酸氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、r-(甲基丙烯酸氧)丙基三异丁氧基硅烷中的1-2种物料;
所述的PH调节剂采用AMP-95或磷酸二氢钠、磷酸二氢铵、碳酸氢钠中的一种以上物料;                                                              
所述的成膜助剂为 TEXANOL、DPNB、丙二醇、二丙二醇单甲醚中的一种至三种;
所述的纳米增强剂采用纳米二氧化硅、纳米硅胶囊中的一种或两种;             
所述的消泡剂、流平剂、增稠剂为国内外知名企业所销售的产品。
其步骤包括: 
1、将丙烯酸乳液倒入第一容器中,在500~800 r/min搅拌转速条件下,滴加硅烷偶联剂并搅拌5~10min;                                                                            
2、加入纳米增强剂,转速500~1000 r/min 搅拌分散30min;
3、将成膜助剂倒入第二容器中,依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、增稠剂,搅拌或摇晃均匀后缓缓加入第一容器;
4、再加入PH调节剂将其内液体的PH值调节到7-8,持续在500~800 r/min的搅拌转速下分散30min。                                          
5、过滤包装――即为本发明所提出的高性能水性木器封闭底漆。
本发明具有以下的有益效果: 
上述产品渗透性强,封闭性能优异,能够很好地渗透到木材的内部结构,堵塞木材表面的毛细孔,使木材表面开放孔的数量减少,封闭孔数增多,从而抑制上层涂料水分向基材渗透进而起到优异的防胀作用;采用独特漆膜增强技术,其低塑性赋予其良好的打磨性能,高TG(玻璃化温度),低MFFT(成膜温度),漆膜很快干燥成膜,同时在基材上形成紧密的蜂窝状的漆膜,防止木头里的单宁酸及油脂渗透到漆膜表面,达到防胀封油效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1,
取以下质量百分比计:
丙烯酸乳液:              80%                                                                              
  硅烷偶联剂:              1%                                                        
  消泡剂:                 0.5%                                                                          
  流平剂:                 0.5%                                                                          
  增稠剂:                 0.5%                                                                  
  PH调节剂:              0.1%                                                                 
  成膜助剂:                5%                                                                             
  纳米增强剂:              3%                                                                            
  去离子水:               9.4%
其中,所述的丙烯酸乳液为Joncry 95;所述的硅烷偶联剂采用乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、;所述的PH调节剂采用AMP-95和磷酸二氢铵;所述的成膜助剂为 TEXANOL、DPNB;所述的纳米增强剂采用纳米二氧化硅;所述的消泡剂为TEGO902W、流平剂为EFKA3580、增稠剂为PUR40。
按照以下步骤: 
1、将丙烯酸乳液倒入第一容器中,在500-800 r/min搅拌转速条件下,滴加硅烷偶联剂并搅拌5~10min;                                                                            
2、加入纳米二氧化硅,转速500~1000 r/min 搅拌分散30min;
3、将TEXANOL和DPNB倒入第二容器中,依次加入TEGO902W、EFKA3580、PUR40,搅拌或摇晃均匀后缓缓加入第一容器;
4、再加入AMP-95和磷酸二氢铵将其内液体的PH值调节到7-8,持续在500~800 r/min的搅拌转速下分散30min。余量加入去离子水调整其粘度。                                          
5、过滤包装――即取得本发明所提出的高性能水性木器封闭底漆
实施例2,
取以下质量百分比计:
丙烯酸乳液:         73%                                                                              
  硅烷偶联剂:          2%                                                        
  消泡剂 :            0.4%                                                                          
  流平剂:             0.5%                                                                          
  增稠剂:             0.8%                                                                  
  PH调节剂:           0.2%                                                                 
  成膜助剂:             6%                                                                             
  纳米增强剂:           5%                                                                            
  去离子水:            12.1%
其中,所述的丙烯酸乳液为XK-12或ECS4905;所述的硅烷偶联剂采用乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷;所述的PH调节剂采用AMP-95和碳酸氢钠中;所述的成膜助剂为 TEXANOL、丙二醇;所述的纳米增强剂采用纳米硅胶囊;所述的消泡剂为TEGO902W、流平剂为EFKA3580、增稠剂为PUR40。
按照以下步骤: 
1、将XK-12或ECS4905倒入第一容器中,在500-800 r/min搅拌转速条件下,滴加乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷并搅拌5~10min;                                                                            
2、加入纳米硅胶囊,转速500~1000 r/min 搅拌分散30min;
3、将TEXANOL、丙二醇倒入第二容器中,依次加入TEGO902W、EFKA3580、PUR40,搅拌或摇晃均匀后缓缓加入第一容器;
4、再加入AMP-95和碳酸氢钠将其内液体的PH值调节到7-8,持续在500~800 r/min的搅拌转速下分散30min。再加入剩下的去离子水调节其粘度。                                          
5、过滤包装――即取得本发明所提出的高性能水性木器封闭底漆
实施例3,
取以下质量百分比计:
丙烯酸乳液:           85%                                                                              
  硅烷偶联剂:            2%                                                        
  消泡剂 :              0.6%                                                                          
  流平剂:               0.4%                                                                          
  增稠剂:               0.2%                                                                  
  PH调节剂:            0.5%                                                                 
  成膜助剂:              5%                                                                             
  纳米增强剂:            1%                                                                            
  去离子水:              5.3%
其中,所述的丙烯酸乳液为AC2742;所述的硅烷偶联剂采用r-(甲基丙烯酸氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、r-(甲基丙烯酸氧)丙基三异丁氧基硅烷;所述的PH调节剂采用AMP-95和碳酸氢钠;所述的成膜助剂为DPNB、丙二醇、二丙二醇单甲醚;所述的纳米增强剂采用纳米二氧化硅;所述的消泡剂为TEGO902W、流平剂为EFKA3580、增稠剂为PUR40。
按照以下步骤: 
1、将AC2742倒入第一容器中,在500-800 r/min搅拌转速条件下,滴加r-(甲基丙烯酸氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、r-(甲基丙烯酸氧)丙基三异丁氧基硅烷并搅拌5~10min;                                                                            
2、加入纳米二氧化硅,转速500~1000 r/min 搅拌分散30min;
3、将DPNB、丙二醇、二丙二醇单甲醚倒入第二容器中,依次加入TEGO902W、EFKA3580、PUR40,搅拌或摇晃均匀后缓缓加入第一容器;
4、再加入AMP-95和碳酸氢钠将其内液体的PH值调节到7-8,持续在500~800 r/min的搅拌转速下分散30min。再加入去离子水调节其粘度。                                          
5、过滤包装――即取得本发明所提出的高性能水性木器封闭底漆

Claims (2)

1.一种水性木器封闭底漆,包括以下质量百分比计:
  丙烯酸乳液:70~85%                                                                              
  硅烷偶联剂:0.5~5%                                                        
  消泡剂 :   0.1~2%                                                                          
  流平剂:    0.1~2%                                                                          
  增稠剂:    0.1~2%                                                                  
  PH调节剂: 0.1~3%                                                                 
  成膜助剂:  2~10%                                                                             
  纳米增强剂:2~6%                                                                            
  去离子水:  适量
其中,所述的丙烯酸乳液为Joncry 95、XK-12、ECS4905、AC2742中的一种;                                               
所述的硅烷偶联剂采用乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、r-(甲基丙烯酸氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、r-(甲基丙烯酸氧)丙基三异丁氧基硅烷中的1-2种物料;
所述的PH调节剂采用AMP-95或磷酸二氢钠、磷酸二氢铵、碳酸氢钠中的一种以上物料;                                                              
所述的成膜助剂为 TEXANOL、DPNB、丙二醇、二丙二醇单甲醚中的一种至三种;
所述的纳米增强剂采用纳米二氧化硅、纳米硅胶囊中的一种或两种;             
所述的消泡剂、流平剂、增稠剂为国内外知名企业所销售的产品。
2.一种水性木器封闭底漆制备方法,其步骤包括:
1、将丙烯酸乳液倒入第一容器中,在500~800 r/min搅拌转速条件下,滴加硅烷偶联剂并搅拌5~10min;                                                                            
2、加入纳米增强剂,转速500~1000 r/min 搅拌分散30min;
3、将成膜助剂倒入第二容器中,依次加入消泡剂、流平剂、增稠剂,搅拌或摇晃均匀后缓缓加入第一容器;
4、再加入PH调节剂将其内液体的PH值调节到7-8,持续在500~800 r/min的搅拌转速下分散30min。                                          
5、过滤包装――即为本发明所提出的高性能水性木器封闭底漆。
