Abstract

本发明公开一种汽车进气管橡胶件的制备方法,属于汽车用橡胶件技术领域。本发明先将配好的原料放入开炼机内混炼合成橡胶,然后在压力为0.6MPa~0.8MPa,温度为55℃~60℃的条件下,挤压15分钟~20分钟;待挤压结束后,再放入挤出机内按一定温度一次挤压出机,制得汽车进气管橡胶件管胚;将制得的汽车进气管橡胶件管胚放入硫化设备中,进行硫化处理5分钟~10分钟。与现有技术制得的汽车燃油胶管外层胶相比,本发明通过利用各原料成分的互相协同作用,以及搭配一定的挤出温度梯度,从而有效的提高其耐臭氧性能、耐燃料性能。

汽车进气管橡胶件的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车用橡胶件技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车进气管橡胶件的制备方法。 
背景技术
空气经空气滤清器过滤滤掉杂质后,流过空气流量计,经由进气管橡胶进气进气歧管,与喷油嘴喷出的汽油混合后形成适当比例的油气,油气经进汽门送入汽缸内点火燃烧,产生动力。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高以及对汽车行业的不断发展,人们对汽车各部件的性能要求也不断提高,而汽车进气管橡胶件是其中之一。目前,国内现有的进气管橡胶件存在着抗拉强度、延伸率、耐屈挠性能、耐臭氧性能、耐燃料性能等均达不到要求的问题。然而,人们虽然对此不断的进行研究改进,但是也仅是稍微提高了其抗拉强度、延伸率、耐屈挠性能,其耐臭氧性能、耐燃料性能均未得到有效的提高。 
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车进气管橡胶件的制备方法,它可以解决现有汽车进气管橡胶件存在耐臭氧性能、耐燃料性能差的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
它包括由以下重量份数的原料制成:
丁腈橡胶100份;快压出炭黑20份~30份;热裂法炭黑10份~15份;间接法氧化锌5份~10份;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1份~2份;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯1份~2份;硬脂酸锌1份~3份;乙二胺3份~5份;三聚硫氰酸0.5份~0.8份;石蜡1份~3份;硫磺0.1份~0.2份;
其制备步骤如下:
A、先将上述重量份数的原料放入开炼机内混炼合成橡胶,然后在压力为0.6MPa~0.8MPa,温度为55℃~60℃的条件下,挤压15分钟~20分钟;
B、待A步骤挤压结束后,再放入挤出机内出机,其各区间挤出温度依次为210℃~260℃,220℃~250℃,220℃~250℃,220℃~260℃,220℃~250℃,220℃~250℃,200℃~230℃,200℃~240℃,制得汽车进气管橡胶件管胚;
C、将B步骤制得的汽车进气管橡胶件管胚放入硫化设备中,在压力为205Kgf/cm2~210Kgf/cm2,温度为150℃~160℃的条件下,进行硫化处理5分钟~10分钟。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明得到的有益效果是:
与现有技术制得的汽车燃油胶管外层胶相比,本发明通过利用各原料成分的互相协同作用,以及搭配一定的挤出温度梯度,从而有效的提高其耐臭氧性能、耐燃料性能。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,而本发明的保护范围并非仅仅局限于以下实施例。
实施例1
本汽车进气管橡胶件采用以下制备原料:丁腈橡胶10.0kg;快压出炭黑2.0kg;热裂法炭黑1.5kg;间接法氧化锌0.5kg;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.2kg;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯0.1kg;硬脂酸锌0.3kg;乙二胺0.3kg;三聚硫氰酸0.08kg;石蜡0.1kg;硫磺0.02kg;
其制备步骤如下:
A、先将上述重量的原料放入开炼机内混炼合成橡胶,然后在压力为0.6MPa,温度为60℃的条件下,挤压15分钟;
B、待A步骤挤压结束后,再放入挤出机内出机,其各区间挤出温度依次为210℃,250℃,220℃,260℃,220℃,250℃,200℃,240℃,制得汽车进气管橡胶件管胚;
C、将B步骤制得的汽车进气管橡胶件管胚放入硫化设备中,在压力为208Kgf/cm2,温度为155℃的条件下,进行硫化处理8分钟。
与现有汽车进气管橡胶件相比,本实施例制得的汽车进气管橡胶件的耐臭氧性能提高了百分之三十、其耐燃料性能提高了百分之二十。
实施例2
本汽车进气管橡胶件采用以下制备原料:丁腈橡胶10.0kg;快压出炭黑3.0kg;热裂法炭黑1.0kg;间接法氧化锌1.0kg;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.1kg;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯0.2kg;硬脂酸锌0.1kg;乙二胺0.5kg;三聚硫氰酸0.05kg;石蜡0.3kg;硫磺0.01kg;
其制备步骤如下:
A、先将上述重量的原料放入开炼机内混炼合成橡胶,然后在压力为0.8MPa,温度为55℃的条件下,挤压20分钟;
B、待A步骤挤压结束后,再放入挤出机内出机,其各区间挤出温度依次为260℃,220℃,250℃,220℃,250℃,220℃,230℃,200℃,制得汽车进气管橡胶件管胚;
C、将B步骤制得的汽车进气管橡胶件管胚放入硫化设备中,在压力为210Kgf/cm2,温度为150℃的条件下,进行硫化处理10分钟。
与现有汽车进气管橡胶件相比,本实施例制得的汽车进气管橡胶件的耐臭氧性能提高了百分之三十三、其耐燃料性能提高了百分之二十五。
实施例3
本汽车进气管橡胶件采用以下制备原料:丁腈橡胶10.0kg;快压出炭黑2.5kg;热裂法炭黑1.2kg;间接法氧化锌0.8kg;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.15kg;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯0.15kg;硬脂酸锌0.2kg;乙二胺0.4kg;三聚硫氰酸0.06kg;石蜡0.2kg;硫磺0.015kg;
其制备步骤如下:
A、先将上述重量的原料放入开炼机内混炼合成橡胶,然后在压力为0.7MPa,温度为58℃的条件下,挤压17分钟;
B、待A步骤挤压结束后,再放入挤出机内出机,其各区间挤出温度依次为250℃,230℃,240℃,240℃,230℃,240℃,220℃,220℃,制得汽车进气管橡胶件管胚;
C、将B步骤制得的汽车进气管橡胶件管胚放入硫化设备中,在压力为205Kgf/cm2,温度为160℃的条件下,进行硫化处理5分钟。
与现有汽车进气管橡胶件相比,本实施例制得的汽车进气管橡胶件的耐臭氧性能提高了百分之三十五、其耐燃料性能提高了百分之二十。 

Claims (1)

1.一种汽车进气管橡胶件的制备方法,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:
丁腈橡胶100份;快压出炭黑20份~30份;热裂法炭黑10份~15份;间接法氧化锌5份~10份;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1份~2份;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯1份~2份;硬脂酸锌1份~3份;乙二胺3份~5份;三聚硫氰酸0.5份~0.8份;石蜡1份~3份;硫磺0.1份~0.2份;
其制备步骤如下:
A、先将上述重量份数的原料放入开炼机内混炼合成橡胶,然后在压力为0.6MPa~0.8MPa,温度为55℃~60℃的条件下,挤压15分钟~20分钟;
B、待A步骤挤压结束后,再放入挤出机内出机,其各区间挤出温度依次为210℃~260℃,220℃~250℃,220℃~250℃,220℃~260℃,220℃~250℃,220℃~250℃,200℃~230℃,200℃~240℃,制得汽车进气管橡胶件管胚;
C、将B步骤制得的汽车进气管橡胶件管胚放入硫化设备中,在压力为205Kgf/cm2~210Kgf/cm2,温度为150℃~160℃的条件下,进行硫化处理5分钟~10分钟。
