本发明属于食品加工技术领域,本发明公开了一种马铃薯保健粉,它是由下列重量份的原料制成:马铃薯600-630份、火麻仁30-50份、白苏子15-25份、亚麻子50-60份经粉碎工艺制得。有益效果是:提供一种以马铃薯粉为主要原料加以火麻仁超微粉、白苏子超微粉和亚麻子超微粉为辅料的具有营养丰富、口味怡人、易以人体吸收,辅料经超微粉碎能使药材粒度达到细胞破碎级,使药物细胞间和细胞内有效成分直接释放出来,提高辅料中有效成分的溶出速度和溶出率,作用效果也相应增强,而且饮用方便用开水冲泡即可饮用,常饮对人体具有补充营养、润燥通便、下气消痰的作用,对人体无毒副作用。

技术领域
本发明属于食品加工技术领域,特别是涉及一种马铃薯保健粉。
背景技术
马铃薯所含淀粉9~20%,蛋白质1.5~2.3%,脂肪0.1~1.1%,粗纤维0.6~0.8%。100g马铃薯中所含的营养成分:热量66~113J,钙11~60mg,磷15~68mg,铁0.4mg~4.8mg,硫胺素0.03~0.07mg,核黄素0.03~0.11mg,尼克酸0.4~1.1mg 。马铃薯中含有丰富的膳食纤维,有助促进胃肠蠕动,疏通肠道。
中药超微粉碎能使药材粒度达到细胞破碎级,使药物细胞间和细胞内有效成分直接释放出来,提高药物中有效成分的溶出速度和溶出率。中药经超微粉碎后,粒度变得更细小,有效成分更易于溶出,药效也相应增强。
目前,市场上还缺乏一种以马铃薯粉为主要原料加以火麻仁超微粉、白苏子超微粉和亚麻子超微粉为辅料的具有营养丰富、口味怡人、易以人体吸收且对人体有保健功效的混合粉。
发明内容
为解决背景技术存在的问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种以马铃薯粉为主要原料加以火麻仁超微粉、白苏子超微粉和亚麻子超微粉为辅料的具有营养丰富、口味怡人、易以人体吸收且对人体有保健功效的一种马铃薯保健粉。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过下述技术方案来实现的:
马铃薯保健粉,选取以下重量份原料:马铃薯600-630份、火麻仁30-50份、白苏子15-25份、亚麻子50-60份;
所述马铃薯保健粉包括以下步骤:
(1)将马铃薯清洗干净、去皮,然后放入磨浆机中,加入适量的水及相当于马铃薯重量4-5%的玉米油,磨成浆料,过滤得滤渣与一次浆液;滤渣继续加入磨浆机加水研磨,再过滤,得二次浆液;将二次所得浆液合并,静置沉淀得湿马铃薯粉,上清液经过喷雾干燥,得到粉末,与所得湿马铃薯粉合并,混合,烘干,得到马铃薯粉;
(2)取火麻仁去除杂质晒干,将火麻仁低温干燥,在45-50℃干燥,至含水量低于13%,将干燥后的火麻仁在粉碎机中预粉碎至100目,再放入超微粉碎机,超微粉碎细度为360-390目,粉碎时温度不超过85℃,相对湿度不高于55%,粉碎得到火麻仁超微粉;
(3) 取白苏子去皮、除杂质、晒干,将白苏子低温干燥,在50-55℃干燥,至含水量低于11%,将干燥后的白苏子在粉碎机中预粉碎至95目,再放入超微粉碎机,超微粉碎细度为360-390目,粉碎时温度不超过85℃,相对湿度不高于55%,粉碎得到白苏子超微粉;
(4)取亚麻子去除杂质晒干,将亚麻子低温干燥,在50-60℃干燥,至含水量低于10%,将干燥后的亚麻子在粉碎机中预粉碎至100目,再放入超微粉碎机,超微粉碎细度为360-390目,粉碎时温度不超过88℃,相对湿度不高于55%,粉碎得到亚麻子超微粉;
(5)将步骤(1)得到的马铃薯粉、步骤(2)得到的火麻仁超微粉、步骤(3)得到的白苏子超微粉和步骤(4)得到的亚麻子超微粉放入搅拌机中搅拌达到充分混合,并烘干使混合料粉含水分量在11%以下;
(6) 将混合料粉灭菌,毎袋30g真空密封袋装即得。
本发明中原料的作用如下:
火麻仁:味甘,性平,归脾、胃、大肠经,润燥通便、补虚;
白苏子:味辛,性温,归肺、大肠经,下气消痰、润燥通便;
亚麻子:味甘,性平,归肝、肺、大肠经,润燥、祛风。
本发明相比现有技术具有的有益效果是:提供一种以马铃薯粉为主要原料加以火麻仁超微粉、白苏子超微粉和亚麻子超微粉为辅料的具有营养丰富、口味怡人、易以人体吸收,辅料经超微粉碎能使药材粒度达到细胞破碎级,使药物细胞间和细胞内有效成分直接释放出来,提高辅料中有效成分的溶出速度和溶出率,作用效果也相应增强,而且饮用方便用开水冲泡即可饮用,常饮对人体具有补充营养、润燥通便、下气消痰的作用,对人体无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步解释说明,但不限制本发明。
实施例1
本实施例所述的马铃薯保健粉,选取以下重量份原料:马铃薯600-630份、火麻仁30-50份、白苏子15-25份、亚麻子50-60份;
所述马铃薯保健粉包括以下步骤:
(1)将马铃薯清洗干净、去皮,然后放入磨浆机中,加入适量的水及相当于马铃薯重量4-5%的玉米油,磨成浆料,过滤得滤渣与一次浆液;滤渣继续加入磨浆机加水研磨,再过滤,得二次浆液;将二次所得浆液合并,静置沉淀得湿马铃薯粉,上清液经过喷雾干燥,得到粉末,与所得湿马铃薯粉合并,混合,烘干,得到马铃薯粉;
(2)取火麻仁去除杂质晒干,将火麻仁低温干燥,在45-50℃干燥,至含水量低于13%,将干燥后的火麻仁在粉碎机中预粉碎至100目,再放入超微粉碎机,超微粉碎细度为360-390目,粉碎时温度不超过85℃,相对湿度不高于55%,粉碎得到火麻仁超微粉;
(3) 取白苏子去皮、除杂质、晒干,将白苏子低温干燥,在50-55℃干燥,至含水量低于11%,将干燥后的白苏子在粉碎机中预粉碎至95目,再放入超微粉碎机,超微粉碎细度为360-390目,粉碎时温度不超过85℃,相对湿度不高于55%,粉碎得到白苏子超微粉;
(4)取亚麻子去除杂质晒干,将亚麻子低温干燥,在50-60℃干燥,至含水量低于10%,将干燥后的亚麻子在粉碎机中预粉碎至100目,再放入超微粉碎机,超微粉碎细度为360-390目,粉碎时温度不超过88℃,相对湿度不高于55%,粉碎得到亚麻子超微粉;
(5)将步骤(1)得到的马铃薯粉、步骤(2)得到的火麻仁超微粉、步骤(3)得到的白苏子超微粉和步骤(4)得到的亚麻子超微粉放入搅拌机中搅拌达到充分混合,并烘干使混合料粉含水分量在11%以下;
(6) 将混合料粉灭菌,毎袋30g真空密封袋装即得。

Claims (1)
1.马铃薯保健粉,其特征在于:选取以下重量份原料:马铃薯600-630份、火麻仁30-50份、白苏子15-25份、亚麻子50-60份;
所述马铃薯保健粉包括以下步骤:
(1)将马铃薯清洗干净、去皮,然后放入磨浆机中,加入适量的水及相当于马铃薯重量4-5%的玉米油,磨成浆料,过滤得滤渣与一次浆液;滤渣继续加入磨浆机加水研磨,再过滤,得二次浆液;将二次所得浆液合并,静置沉淀得湿马铃薯粉,上清液经过喷雾干燥,得到粉末,与所得湿马铃薯粉合并,混合,烘干,得到马铃薯粉;
(2)取火麻仁去除杂质晒干,将火麻仁低温干燥,在45-50℃干燥,至含水量低于13%,将干燥后的火麻仁在粉碎机中预粉碎至100目,再放入超微粉碎机,超微粉碎细度为360-390目,粉碎时温度不超过85℃,相对湿度不高于55%,粉碎得到火麻仁超微粉;
(3) 取白苏子去皮、除杂质、晒干,将白苏子低温干燥,在50-55℃干燥,至含水量低于11%,将干燥后的白苏子在粉碎机中预粉碎至95目,再放入超微粉碎机,超微粉碎细度为360-390目,粉碎时温度不超过85℃,相对湿度不高于55%,粉碎得到白苏子超微粉;
(4)取亚麻子去除杂质晒干,将亚麻子低温干燥,在50-60℃干燥,至含水量低于10%,将干燥后的亚麻子在粉碎机中预粉碎至100目,再放入超微粉碎机,超微粉碎细度为360-390目,粉碎时温度不超过88℃,相对湿度不高于55%,粉碎得到亚麻子超微粉;
(5)将步骤(1)得到的马铃薯粉、步骤(2)得到的火麻仁超微粉、步骤(3)得到的白苏子超微粉和步骤(4)得到的亚麻子超微粉放入搅拌机中搅拌达到充分混合,并烘干使混合料粉含水分量在11%以下;
(6) 将混合料粉灭菌,毎袋30g真空密封袋装即得。
