Description

本发明涉及提高由合成材料制成的六面体容器的坚挺性的方法和装置,所述容器是由所述合成材料制成的膜经成型和焊接获得的,用来封装待装的液体。
本发明还涉及如此获得的容器。
这种容器的一般制做方法和装置是已知的。例如,本申请人的专利和/或专利申请曾提出过这类主题,但不局限于此。
法国专利2,554,785提出了一种将硬质或半硬质提手附加在柔性合成材料盒上的方法。由于在所用的不同材料间具有相容性问题,这一方法实施起来较难。此外,硬化的也只是提手,并非均匀分布在所有表面上。
本申请人的法国专利2,577,893提出在柔性包上加配刚性稳固件,特别是加配由膜材料做成的筋。在工业中实施这种方法仍有困难。
本申请人的法国专利申请2,611,163的构思是使灌满待装液体的袋成型,然后封闭该袋并用由可拉制的合成材料制成的套筒成型。所述套筒是用能够平移且相互间有一定距离的夹板进行冷成型的。这一装置是令人满意的,但对该装置的操作程序还可改进,因为硬化对已灌装的袋有作用,这是所述袋容器的潜在问题的根源。
为了克服现有技术中这些不足,本发明提出了一种方法和装置。用这种方法和装置可以得到四个垂直面均硬化的六面体容器。
根据本发明的方法可以实现上述目的。本方法是为提高柔性的大致为六面体容器的坚挺性而提出的。所述六面体是用上述合成材料膜经成形和焊接等工序制成,用于封装待灌液体。所述方法的特征在于包括成型前在所述膜不与待灌液体接触的那一面上复上第二层用相同或不同材料制成的膜,称为顶膜,所述顶膜包括多条相当于最终成品盒垂直面的带膜,所述带膜是在成型前沿相当于最终六面体容器边缘的线焊接在膜上的。
本发明还涉及实施上述方法的装置,所述装置的特征在于包括将第一种柔性合成材料膜制成容器形状的设备,将垂直展开或平行展开的顶膜供给第一种膜的输送设备,借助相当于最终六面体容器纵边和横边的焊缝,将第二种膜复到第一种膜上。
有利的是顶膜可以被印刷成图案,作为标签。
本发明通过下述非限制性实例所描述的实施方案将会理解得更清楚。
图1是本发明方法的两种不同实施方案的简图;
图2是图1的方法得到的膜成形的示意图;
图3是后续步骤示意图;即:
图3A:灌装,然后横向焊接并予以切下:
图3B:最终成型前的盒;
图3C:边角的形成和切除;
图3D:容器的最终结构。
首先参见图1。图中展示了卷绕着主膜2的卷轴1,其朝下的面3将与待灌液体接触。
顶膜5由绕轴6向膜2垂直展开或由绕轴7向膜2平行展开,附加到朝上的面4上。
顶膜5置于膜2上,用示意的设备8切割,沿纵线9、10、11、13、14和两条横线15、16焊接在膜上。
所有操作都是分步骤连续进行的,即膜2向前运动,膜5向前运动,切下所需长度的带膜,焊接不同的线条,然后膜2再向前运动。
在下方设置了定位塞头17,如本申请人的法国专利2,600,974所述。
带有顶膜和焊缝(9,14)以及确定三面主壁(18,19,20)和两旁边的半面壁(21,22)的膜2被送至成型设备23(如图2所示)。
这种成型设备是本申请人的法国专利2,554,785所述的类型,这里不再详述。
由垂直焊缝确定界限的壁限定了最终容器的垂直面。两旁边的半面壁将与最终产品盒的手提环(24)焊在一起,手提环(24)夹在两半壁之间。
在成型设备23上用垂直焊接将两旁边的半面壁(21,22)连接在一起,形成最终成品盒的一个面。
经步骤25成形后容器的灌装,在步骤26横向焊接并予以切下(图3A所示),得到图3B所示的单元27,然后用常规方法处理。
边角例如可根据本申请人的法国专利2,566,321通过焊接/切割成型(图3C),得到图3D所示的最终包装盒28。
应当指出,该装置是以连续的逐步方式进行操作的。
在复盖在主膜上的每条顶膜之间有一区域,该区域上装有塞头,在它与前面的带条连在一起时,便形成容器的底、盖和角状封口。

Claims (7)

1、改进柔性六面体容器坚挺性的方法,所述容器是由合成材料膜经成型和焊接制得,用来封装待装的液体,该方法的特征在于在成型前在所述膜2的不与待装的液体接触的那一面复加第二层相同或不同材料的膜5,称为顶膜,所述顶膜包括多条相当于最终成品盒的垂直面的条膜,所述条膜是在盒成型前沿相当于最终六面体容器边缘的线条焊接在膜上的。
2、权利要求1的方法,其特征在于顶膜5以与膜2平行的方式传送到膜上。
3、权利要求1的方法,其特征在于顶膜5以与膜2垂直的方式传送到膜上。
4、权利要求1-3的任一方法,其特征在于,将顶膜5置于膜2上,用示意的设备8切割,并沿纵线9、10、11、13、14和横线15、16焊接在膜上。
5、权利要求4的方法,其特征在于操作是分步骤连续进行的,即膜2向前运动,膜5向前运动,切割所需长度的条膜、焊接不同的线条,然后膜2再次向前运动。
6、权利要求1-5的任一方法,其特征在于带有顶膜和焊缝9、14,确定了三个主面壁和两个半面壁的膜2被送到成型设备23。
7、实施权利要求1-6任一方法的装置,其特征在于包括将第一种合成材料膜成型为容器的设备,输送顶膜使其垂直于或平行于第一种膜展开的第二台设备6,通过与最终六面体容器的边相应的纵向焊缝使第2种膜附加到第一种膜上。
