替代于以两个步骤执行密封的这种类型的机器,还已知的是可以使用密封夹钳在单个步骤中密封外包装材料片的纵向侧和横向侧的机器,所述密封夹钳适当地在三个侧部上成型(并且直接安装在上述传送带上)。更确切地说,密封夹钳具有密封轮廓或压痕部,它们都彼此平行并且平行于外包装封套的纵向延伸的方向,这在外包装封套的纵向侧和横向侧上制造出对应的密封线。因此,在封套的横向侧上,密封线要比纵向侧上的密封线短得多。然而,封套的横向侧上的密封线不能短于确保外包装封套强度的最小长度。为了防止密封强度的损失,因此必需使用相对较长的外包装材料片,所述外包装材料片长于包含过滤袋(未密封的)所需的长度。就使用的材料而言,这意味着成本增加。
类似地,还必需使用相对较大的密封件,以便形成制造长到足以确保密封强度的密封线。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于注入或提取产品(例如,茶或咖啡)的过滤袋或荚状件的外包装封套,其能够确保安全的密封并且可以快速地、容易地并且以减少的废弃物制成。
另一目的是提供一种用于制造根据本发明的外包装封套并且能够快速且容易地密封所述外包装封套的密封装置,所述密封装置确保了以单个步骤进行优良密封并且使用尺寸减小的密封件。
这些目标是通过根据权利要求1所述的包含用于注入产品的过滤袋的外包装封套并且通过根据权利要求11所述的密封装置充分地实现的。
更确切地说,所述外包装封套包括沿其横向轴线围绕过滤袋或荚状件折叠成U形的外包装材料片并且具有通过至少两条密封线密封的两个纵向侧部和一个横向侧部。
根据本发明,每条密封线包括第一纵向延展部分、第二纵向延展部分和通过至少一个对应的弯曲延展部分连接到所述第一和第二纵向延展部分的横向延展部分,因此每条密封线是沿所述两个纵向侧部和所述横向侧部不间断的。
此外根据本发明,两条相邻的密封线界定包括第一纵向部分、第二纵向部分和横向部分的密封轨迹。
此外根据本发明,所述轨迹的横向部分通过至少一个第一弯曲部分连接到第一纵向部分并且通过至少一个第二弯曲部分连接到第二纵向部分。
归功于密封线的这种特定的形状,外包装封套具有与现有技术外包装封套相比较强的密封,其中相同尺寸的密封区域位于封套的横向侧部或顶部上,或者相同的密封强度位于封套的横向侧部上的较小密封区域上,由此节省了外包装材料。
所述弯曲连接延展部分提供了转角区域处的纵向延展部分与横向延展部分之间的连续性,在所述转角区域处封套的纵向侧部和横向侧部汇合:这使密封线能够在单个步骤中形成而无需重叠密封线并且确保了无需以任何方式与封套内部的过滤袋发生干扰而形成密封。

具体实施方式
图1到图3图示了含有用于注入产品(例如茶、甘菊等等)的过滤袋1(在图6中示出)的外包装封套7。过滤袋1是已知类型的并且可以包括(例如)含有产品的装料的一个或两个腔室以及通过连接线1a连接到所述(多个)腔室的读取标签1b。
替代地,外包装封套7可以含有用于注入或提取产品的荚状件。
在图9中,例如,虚线示意性地表示包含在外包装封套7中的圆形荚状件200。
根据本发明,封套7包括沿其横向轴线X围绕过滤袋1折叠的外包装材料片2,以便形成围绕过滤袋1的外包装,所述外包装具有两个纵向侧部3和4以及一个横向侧部或顶部5。
此外根据本发明,两个纵向侧部3和4以及顶部5通过至少两条密封线6闭合从而形成一对密封线6。密封线6是沿两个纵向侧部3、4以及沿横向侧部5不间断的。
此外根据本发明,每条密封线6包括第一纵向延展部分63、第二纵向延展部分64和横向或顶部延展部分65。第一纵向延展部分63平行于第二纵向延展部分64。
第一纵向延展部分63和第二纵向延展部分64垂直于横向延展部分65并且平行于封套7的纵向侧部3和4。
横向延展部分65平行于封套7的横向侧部5。
横向延展部分65在对应的端部通过至少一个第一弯曲延展部分ZR1连接到第一纵向延展部分63并且通过至少一个第二弯曲延展部分ZR2连接到第二纵向延展部分64,因此密封线6沿其整个长度是不间断的。
换句话说,每条密封线6形成围绕封套7的周长的不间断的周长密封路径。
有利的是,所述对的密封线6为U形。
密封线6中的每一个的弯曲延展部分ZR1和ZR2在接触区域8和9处形成,在此纵向侧部3和4分别与横向侧部5汇合。
接触区域8和9界定封套7的转角(参见图1)。
优选地,至少一个第一弯曲延展部分ZR1和至少一个第二弯曲延展部分ZR2是弓形的。
有利的是,弓形延展部分ZR1和ZR2可以具有0.3mm与20mm之间的曲率半径,优选地在0.5mm与8mm之间。
替代地,弓形延展部分ZR1和ZR2的曲率半径可以在封套7的纵向边缘3或4的长度的1/250与1/8之间,优选地在1/150与1/10之间。
图7图示了封套7,其中第一纵向延展部分63通过两个第一弯曲延展部分ZR1连接到横向延展部分65,所述第一弯曲延展部分连接到直线连接延展部分66。类似地,第二纵向延展部分64通过两个第二弯曲延展部分ZR2连接到横向延展部分65,所述第二弯曲延展部分连接到直线连接延展部分67。
实际上,第一纵向延展部分63和第二纵向延展部分64通过对应的斜部68、69连接到横向延展部分65。
在未图示的实施例中,第一纵向延展部分63(和第二纵向延展部分64)可以通过三个或三个以上弯曲延展部分ZR1(和第二弯曲延展部分ZR2)连接到横向延展部分65,所述弯曲延展部分连接到两个或两个以上直线连接延展部分66(和67),所述直线连接延展部分可以具有不同长度。
在附图中所图示的封套7具有多条密封线6(也就是说,两条以上密封线)。优选地,密封线6是平行于彼此的。
两条相邻的密封线6界定密封轨迹或犁沟或凹槽60。
一个密封轨迹60包括第一纵向部分73和第二纵向部分74,所述第一纵向部分和第二纵向部分基本上分别平行于封套7的纵向侧部3和4。一个密封轨迹60还包括横向部分75,所述横向部分基本上平行于封套7的横向侧部5。
第一纵向部分73平行于第二纵向部分74。第一纵向部分73和第二纵向部分74垂直于横向部分75。
第一纵向部分73通过至少一个第一弯曲部分ZR71连接到横向部分75。第二纵向部分74通过至少一个第二弯曲部分ZR72连接到横向部分75。
有利的是,密封轨迹60为U形。
密封轨迹60的弯曲部分ZR71和ZR72是在接触区域8和9处形成的,在此纵向侧部3和4分别与横向侧部5汇合。
优选地,至少一个第一弯曲部分ZR71和至少一个第二弯曲部分ZR72是弓形的。
根据本发明,密封轨迹60是不间断的。换句话说,界定一个密封轨迹60的两条相邻密封线6并不与另一个相交或接触。
优选地,界定密封轨迹60的密封线6平行于彼此。

在另一实施例中(图5),外包装材料的平坦片2经成型以具有位于接触区域8和9处的圆形转角。换句话说,图5的封套7具有由密封线6界定的轮廓。图5的封套7并不具有密封线6的间断延展部分61、62或密封轨迹60的间断部分71、72。
在横截面中观看,密封轨迹60具有通过热或冷塑料成型形成的凸面D和凹面R。
在横截面中观看,并排延伸的多个密封轨迹60形成线圈的形状(参见图3)。所述线圈具有交替的凸面D与凹面R。
鉴于此,由相继的轨迹60形成的线圈形状形成沿封套7的纵向侧部3和4并且沿封套7的横向侧部5延伸的一连串相互平行的凸面D和凹面R,从而形成不间断的路径。
在所图示的实施例中,封套7包括并排延伸的八条密封线6和七个密封轨迹60,其具有沿纵向侧部3和4以及横向侧部5的恒定的总宽度L。由密封轨迹60的数目给出的总宽度L可以适当地取决于封套7的尺寸、过滤袋1的尺寸以及所需的密封强度或安全性来选择。
可想象出不同数目的密封轨迹60(两个、三个、五个或更多密封轨迹60)。
在图1、图4和图5中所图示的封套7中,第一纵向延展部分63、第二纵向延展部分64和横向延展部分65由两条直线密封线6或一个直线轨迹60界定。
如果封套7具有两条以上密封线6,那么所述封套可以包括接合区域8和/或9处的至少一个开口区域3a,其中至少一条密封线6是间断的从而形成横向开口凹口10。开口区域3a和凹口10在图1中由虚线表示。在未图示的一个实施例中,封套7可以包括两个开口区域3a,所述开口区域在第一纵向侧部3处并且在第二纵向侧部4处具有对应的凹口10。
无论情况如何,开口区域3a和凹口10并不影响所有的密封线6。换句话说,至少一条密封线6是未被凹口10间断的。
图8和图9示出了根据本发明的外包装封套的其他实施例,其中密封线6的纵向延展部分63、64和横向延展部分65不是直线,而是(例如)正弦的(图8)或锯齿形的(图9)。在正弦或锯齿形纵向延展部分63、64以及正弦或锯齿形横向延展部分65的情况下,所有密封线6可以相互平行从而形成具有恒定宽度的密封轨迹60。
替代地,交替的密封线6可以相互平行,因此相邻的密封线6形成密封轨迹60,所述密封轨迹的宽度是变化的(图8a和图9a),例如,规律性地变化。
此种特别的正弦或锯齿形形状或形式意味着密封线整体长于在图1、图4和图5中示出的直线:这增强了封套7的总体密封强度。
本发明还提供了一种用于密封上述外包装封套7的装置。
尤其参考图6,根据本发明的装置包括在沿其横向轴线X围绕过滤袋1(或围绕荚状件)的折叠成U形的外包装材料片2上操作的密封装置11。
此外根据本发明,密封装置11包括具有两个相对的臂12、13的夹钳,每个臂具有安装在其上的对应的密封板B12、B13。
优选地,两个夹钳臂12和13围绕同一轴杆14旋转以在打开的非工作位置与闭合的工作位置(未图示)之间运动。
优选地,两个臂12和13围绕彼此同轴的对应轴杆15、16上的轴线Y进行铰接。
两个臂12和13通过杠杆构件17在打开的非工作位置与闭合的工作位置之间运动。
密封板B12和B13具有至少两个匹配的密封压痕部IS以在外包装材料片2上形成至少两条密封线6。
每个密封压痕部IS是不间断的并且被设计成用于密封封套7的纵向侧部3和4以及横向侧部5。在闭合的工作位置处,封套7的纵向侧部3和4以及横向侧部5同时被密封。
每个密封压痕部IS在形状上与上文参考封套7所述的密封线6基本上重合(图6a、图6b和图6c)。
更详细地说,每个密封压痕部IS包括一个横向延展部分85和通过对应的弯曲延展部分ZR81、ZR82连接到横向延展部分85的两个纵向延展部分83、84。
优选地,每个密封压痕部IS的弯曲延展部分ZR81、ZR82是弓形延展部分。
有利的是,每个密封压痕部的弯曲延展部分ZR81和ZR82具有在0.3mm和20mm之间的曲率半径,优选地在0.5mm和8mm之间。
替代地,每个密封压痕部的弯曲延展部分ZR81和ZR82的曲率半径可以在密封压痕部的纵向延展部分的长度的1/250与1/8之间,优选地在1/150与1/10之间。
每个密封板B12、B13可以包括多个密封压痕部IS。一个板的两个相邻的密封压痕部IS连同另一个板的两个对应的相邻密封压痕部IS在封套7上形成一个密封轨迹60。
密封压痕部IS可以全部是相互平行的以界定具有恒定宽度的密封轨迹60。
密封压痕部IS的纵向和横向延展部分可以是直线的、正弦的或锯齿形的。
在正弦的或锯齿形的纵向和横向延展部分的情况下,各密封压痕部IS可以是相互平行的以限定具有恒定宽度的密封轨迹60。替代地,交替的密封压痕部IS可以是相互平行的,使得相邻的密封线6形成宽度变化(例如,规律性地变化)的密封轨迹60。
板B12、B13可以具有密封压痕部IS的间断延展部分,所述间断延展部分被设计成用于在接触区域8和9处形成密封线6的间断延展部分61、62,在所述接触区域处纵向侧部3和4与封套7的横向侧部5汇合。
优选地,在密封板(B12或B13)之一上具有基模以与形成在另一个密封板(B13或B12)上的冲头模匹配,以便在封套7上形成制造出对应的凹口10的开口区域3a(参见图6)。为了简单起见,在图6a、图6b、图6c中既未图示基模也未图示冲头模。
在图6中所说明的密封板B12、B13包括多个密封压痕部IS,所述密封压痕部的轮廓在截面中是线圈形状的,以在封套上获取多个交替的凸面与凹面。
因此获取的封套充分地实现了预设目标,这归功于在封套上形成不间断的并且具有适当地成型的转角的密封的单个密封步骤。
因此所述封套可以确保优质的密封,这归功于密封的连续性、密封的高机械强度以及良好的美学吸引力。
单个密封动作的可能性使密封装置能够以更简单的且更有效的方式构造并且还使密封更快速且更安全。

Claims (14)

1.一种含有用于注入产品的过滤袋(1)或用于注入或提取产品的荚状件的外包装封套,所述外包装封套包括沿其横向轴线(X)围绕所述过滤袋(1)或所述荚状件折叠成U形的外包装材料片(2)并且具有由至少两条密封线(6)密封的两个纵向侧部(3、4)和一个横向侧部(5),
其特征在于,所述至少两条密封线(6)中的每一个包括第一纵向延展部分(63)、第二纵向延展部分(64)和横向延展部分(65),所述横向延展部分(65)通过至少一个第一弯曲延展部分(ZR1)连接到所述第一纵向延展部分(63)并且通过至少一个第二弯曲延展部分(ZR2)连接到所述第二纵向延展部分(64),使得所述至少两条密封线(6)中的每一个沿所述两个纵向侧部(3、4)和所述横向侧部(5)是不间断的,两条相邻的密封线(6)限定密封轨迹(60),所述密封轨迹包括第一纵向部分(73)、第二纵向部分(74)和横向部分(75);所述横向部分(75)通过至少一个第一弯曲部分(ZR71)连接到所述第一纵向部分(73)并且通过至少一个第二弯曲部分(ZR72)连接到所述第二纵向部分(74)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的封套,其中所述至少一个第一弯曲延展部分(ZR1)和所述至少一个第二弯曲延展部分(ZR2)是在接触区域(8、9)处形成的,在所述接触区域处所述横向侧部(5)的对应端部以及所述纵向侧部(3、4)的对应端部汇合。
3.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的封套,其中所述第一纵向延展部分(63)基本上平行于所述第二纵向延展部分(64),所述第一纵向延展部分(63)和所述第二纵向延展部分(64)基本上垂直于所述横向延展部分(65)。

5.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的封套,其中所述密封轨迹(60)沿所述封套(7)的所述纵向侧部(3、4)并且沿所述横向侧部(5)是不间断的。
6.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的封套,其中所述密封轨迹(60)由并不彼此相交或接触的两条相邻的密封线(6)限定。
7.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的封套,其中所述至少两条密封线(6)中的每一者的所述第一纵向延展部分(63)、所述第二纵向延展部分(64)和所述横向延展部分(65)具有正弦的或锯齿形的形状。
8.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的封套,其中两条相邻的密封线(6)限定具有恒定宽度的密封轨迹(60)。
9.根据权利要求1到7中任一项所述的封套,其中两条相邻的密封线(6)限定具有可变宽度的密封轨迹(60)。
10.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的封套,其中所述外包装材料片(2)定形为具有如下的轮廓,所述轮廓具有第一纵向侧部(3)、第二纵向侧部(4)和横向侧部(5)并且是由至少两条密封线(6)限定的。
11.一种用于密封含有用于注入产品的过滤袋(1)或用于注入或提取产品的荚状件的外包装封套(7)的装置,所述装置包括在沿其横向轴线(X)围绕所述过滤袋(1)或所述荚状件折叠的外包装材料片(2)上操作的密封装置(11);所述密封装置(11)包括夹钳,所述夹钳具有围绕相同轴杆(14)旋转的两个相对臂(12、13)以在打开的非工作位置与闭合的工作位置之间运动;所述臂(12、13)中的每一个具有连接到其上的设置有至少两个密封压痕部(IS)的对应的密封板(B12、B13),所述密封板(B12、B13)具有对应的密封压痕部(IS),所述装置的特征在于,所述密封压痕部(IS)中的每一个是不间断的并且包括横向延展部分(85)和通过对应的弯曲延展部分(ZR81、ZR82)连接到所述横向延展部分(85)的两个纵向延展部分(83、84),以便沿两个纵向边缘(3、4)并且沿一个横向边缘(5)密封所述外包装封套(7),所述密封板(B12、B13)的对应密封压痕部(IS)被设计成用于在所述外包装材料片(2)上形成对应的密封线(6),而对应的相邻的密封压痕部(IS)被设计成用于形成对应的密封轨迹(60)。
