1.一种车轮轴承装置,所述车轮轴承装置具有外环(12)、内环(13)和设置在所述外环(12)和所述内环(13)之间的用于密封滚动腔的密封装置,其中在所述滚动腔中,滚动体(10)在所述外环(12)的和所述内环(13)的滚道上承受载荷地滚动,其中覆盖元件(32)具有固定区域(28)以用于将所述覆盖元件(32)在径向外侧或内侧固定在所述外环(12)或车轮支架上,其特征在于,所述覆盖元件(32)具有包围万向节钟形壳(19)的收集槽(27)并且保护所述车轮轴承装置的编码器(14)免受污染。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车轮轴承装置,其中所述内环(13)能够间接地或直接地经由端面齿部(17)驱动,并且所述端面齿部(17)啮合到所述万向节钟形壳(19)的配合齿部(20)中,并且这两个齿部(17,20)部分地或完全地在径向上由覆盖元件(32)包围。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车轮轴承装置,其中所述覆盖元件(32)设置用于在安装万向轴时进行预定心,以便保护密封唇(22)。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的车轮轴承装置,其中所述覆盖元件(32)具有用于径向地或轴向地插入传感器(11)的开口(29)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车轮轴承装置,其中所述开口(29)在传感器(11)和所述覆盖元件(32)之间借助于套管或密封环来密封。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的车轮轴承装置,其中所述收集槽(27)形成迷宫式密封件的一部分。
7.根据权利要求6所述的车轮轴承装置,其中所述万向节钟形壳(19)连同所述收集槽(27)一起形成所述迷宫式密封件。
8.根据权利要求7所述的车轮轴承装置,其中所述收集槽(27)至少部分地设置在所述万向节钟形壳(19)的沿周向方向伸展的槽(34)中。
9.根据权利要求6所述的车轮轴承装置,其中用于密封所述齿部(17,20)的密封元件(24,40)连同所述收集槽(27)一起形成所述迷宫式密封件。
10.根据权利要求9所述的车轮轴承装置,其中所述密封元件(24)在轴向端侧在径向上包围所述收集槽(27)。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的车轮轴承装置,其中所述密封元件(24)固定在所述内环(13)或轮毂(18)上。
12.根据权利要求11所述的车轮轴承装置,其中所述密封元件(24,40)具有弹性部分(42)和承载部分(21)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的车轮轴承装置,其中所述弹性部分(42)构成所述密封唇(22)。
14.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的车轮轴承装置,其中所述覆盖元件(32)具有位于最低点的排出孔。
