Abstract
本发明涉及一种以天然植物为原料加工制成清热解毒组合物,它是用一口血秋海棠、山芝麻、飞扬草、薜荔和水东哥等原料加工而成,本品具有天然无毒、食用方便、口感良好、功能多样和营养丰富等特点。同时清热解毒还具有疏风清热,利湿解毒,补血活血,治疗肺火燥咳,滋阴补阳,提升人体免疫力等功效。

技术领域
本发明属于保健食品、生物医药领域,具体涉及一种由天然来源的一口血秋海棠、山芝麻、飞扬草、薜荔和水东哥等原料组成的清热解毒组合物。
背景技术
现今随着社会的快速发展,人们的工作压力增大,加之许多人饮食不规律,作息时间混乱,导致越来越多人出现头晕、便秘、脸色暗淡、四肢酸软、腰肌乏力、注意力不集中、免疫力差等症状,造成这一病症的主要原因是人体体内毒素和废物堆积过多。随着现今这一类人群规模的扩大,市面上出现了大批的清热解毒产品,但目前市场大部分常见的产品主要添加一些清肠胃的中草药,产品在功能和口感方面相对单一,却不利用长期服用,不能充分满足市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在针对上述背景技术所存在的不足,提供一种调理保健、营养丰富、无毒副作用、吸收效果好且全天然的清热解毒组合物,以满足市场对于该类产品的要求。
本发明点技术方案如下:
本发明所述的清热解毒组合物,包括以下干物质的原料和重量份数:
一口血秋海棠 20-60份
山芝麻 10-40份
飞扬草 10-40份
薛荔 5-20份
水东哥 5-15份。
以上所述的一口血秋海棠,拉丁名:Begonia grandis,指秋海棠科秋海棠属植物秋海棠,其全草、块茎和果可以入药。突出的特征是通常有4种颜色的瓣状被片(花瓣和萼片一起),两大两小,雌花的子房有3个翅。花色为粉红、红、黄或白色,子房下位,颜色与花相同。叶互生,叶形两侧不对称,叶形和颜色因种而异。后来,有很多以此命名的事物。主要产于靖西,全草可入药,有清热解毒、活血化瘀等功效。
以上所述的飞扬草,又名飞相草,拉丁名:Euphorbia hirta,大戟科大戟属一年生草本植物。根纤细,长5-11厘米,直径3-5毫米,常不分枝,偶3-5分枝。茎单一,自中部向上分枝或不分枝,高30-60(70)厘米,直径约3毫米,被褐色或黄褐色的多细胞粗硬毛。叶对生,披针状长圆形、长椭圆状卵形或卵状披针形,长1-5厘米,宽5-13毫米,先端极尖或钝,基部略偏斜;边缘于中部以上有细锯齿,中部以下较少或全缘;叶面绿色,叶背灰绿色,有时具紫色斑,两面均具柔毛,叶背面脉上的毛较密;叶柄极短,长1-2毫米。花序多数,于叶腋处密集成头状,基部无梗或仅具极短的柄,变化较大,且具柔毛;总苞钟状,高与直径各约1毫米,被柔毛,边缘5裂,裂片三角状卵形;腺体4,近于杯状,边缘具白色附属物;雄花数枚,微达总苞边缘;雌花1枚,具短梗,伸出总苞之外;子房三棱状,被少许柔毛;花柱3,分离;柱头2浅裂。蒴果三棱状,长与直径均约1-1.5毫米,被短柔毛,成熟时分裂为3个分果瓣。种子近圆状四梭,每个棱面有数个纵糟,无种阜。花果期6-12月。本种收录于2010版《中国药典》一部,药用部位为干燥全草。具有清热解毒,利湿止痒,通乳的功效。用于肺痈,乳痈,疔疮肿毒,牙疳,痢疾,泄泻,热淋,血尿,湿疹,脚癣,皮肤瘙痒,产后少乳。
以上所述的山芝麻,又名大山麻,拉丁名:Helictercs angustifolia,为梧桐科。灌木,株高50-120厘米,全株被灰色短柔毛。叶线状披针形,长3.5-5厘米,宽1.5-2.5厘米,叶顶钝尖,基部圆形。聚伞花序生叶腋,花小,花径10-12毫米,花瓣5,淡紫红色,雄蕊10枚,退化雄蕊5枚。蒴果长圆柱形,长12-20毫米,密被长绒毛。茎皮纤维为品质优良的纤维材料。全草可入药,具有清热解毒,止咳。用于感冒高烧,扁桃体炎,咽喉炎,腮腺炎,麻疹,咳嗽,疟疾;外用治毒蛇咬伤,外伤出血,痔疮,痈肿疔疮。
以上所述的薜荔,又名木莲,拉丁名:Ficus pumila,为桑科常绿攀援或匍匐灌木植物,叶两型,不结果枝节上生不定根,叶卵状心形,长约2.5厘米,薄革质,基部稍不对称,尖端渐尖,叶柄很短;结果枝上无不定根,革质,卵状椭圆形,长 5-10厘米,宽2-3.5厘米,先端急尖至钝形,基部圆形至浅心形,全缘,上面无毛,背面被黄褐色柔毛,基生叶脉延长,网脉3-4对,在表面下陷,背面凸起,网脉甚明显,呈蜂窝状;叶柄长5-10毫米;托叶2,披针形,被黄褐色丝状毛。榕果单生叶腋,瘿花果梨形,雌花果近球形,长4-8厘米,直径3-5厘米,顶部截平,略具短钝头或为脐状凸起,基部收窄成一短柄,基生苞片宿存,三角状卵形,密被长柔毛,榕果幼时被黄色短柔毛,成熟黄绿色或微红;总便粗短;雄花,生榕果内壁口部,多数,排为几行,有柄,花被片2-3,线形,雄蕊2枚,花丝短;瘿花具柄,花被片3-4,线形,花柱侧生,短;雌花生另一植株榕一果内壁,花柄长,花被片4-5。瘦果近球形,有粘液。花果期 5-8月。植物名实图考》:“木莲即薛荔,自江而南,皆曰木馒头。俗以其实中子浸汁为凉粉,以解暑。”薜荔茎、叶供药用,有祛风除湿、活血通络作用,用来治腰腿痛、乳痛、疮节等。近代药理表明,它所含的B-谷留醇有一定的抗肿瘤作用。薜荔果对宫颈癌、乳腺癌、大肠癌、食道癌、恶性淋巴瘤等患者尤为适宜。
以上所述的水东哥,又名白饭果,拉丁名:Saurauiatristyla,是猕猴桃科,水东哥属,灌木或小乔木,高1~5米。幼枝密被锈色鳞片状粗伏毛,老时脱落。叶纸质,阔椭圆形、长圆形或倒卵状长圆形,长10~28厘米,宽4~11厘米,顶端急尖或短渐尖,基部阔楔形或钝,边缘有细刺状小锯齿,侧脉每边12~20条,幼叶上面疏被鳞片状粗伏毛,叶脉上有鳞片状粗伏毛,下面更密,老时减少或无毛。聚伞花序小,具总花梗,腋生或在老枝条叶痕的腋内长出,有花数朵;花紫红色或粉红色;萼片卵形;花瓣基部合生,上部向外反折;花丝短;子房卵形,花柱上部具3~5个分枝,柱头头状。浆果近球形,有白色乳汁;种子多数,有洼孔。具有清热解毒,止咳,止痛,还可用于风热咳嗽,风火牙痛。
本发明所述的清热解毒组合物的制备方法,包括备料、粉碎、混合、包装和辐照,其具体制备过程如下:
1)备料:将一口血秋海棠、山芝麻和飞扬草洗净除杂,加入原料500倍的水量,煎煮3—4小时,得到煎液过滤,滤液放入真空干燥抽干机进行脱水干燥,备用;
2)粉碎:将步骤1)得到的原料和薛荔、水东哥分别置于超微粉碎机,成为100—300目的碎粒,得到粉末备用;
3)混合:将步骤2)得到的粉末进行混合,备用;
4)包装:用塑料薄膜材料,真空包装得到组合物产品;
5)辐照:将包装好的提取物进行辐照杀菌,存放阴凉干燥的仓库中。
本发明所述的清热解毒组合物的制备方法,其一口血秋海棠、山芝麻、飞扬草、薜荔和水东哥的提取物均是从新鲜的实体中提取。
本发明所述的清热解毒组合物,可制备成胶囊、水丸和冲剂等产品,用量为:胶囊500mg/粒,水丸4.5g/丸,冲剂4.5g加纯净水10—30ml。
本发明清热解毒组合物的有益效果是:
1、调理保健,天然无毒。本发明的配方是由天然植物构成,配方中的一口血秋海棠、山芝麻、飞扬草、薜荔和水东哥均对人体有益,可长期服用,不会对人体造成其它的毒副作用。同时该药品在去除人体毒素和多余废物的同时,还具有疏风清热,提神醒脑,补血活血,补虚止血等功效,达到增强人体的生理机能,提高人体免疫力。
2、食用方便,口感良好。本发明可根据不同人群需求制成水丸、胶囊和冲剂等产品,携带方便,服用简单,只需一点开水,就可以轻松服用。同时因为本组合采用现代工艺进行提取后制成成品,口感细腻;并且由于组方中含有薛荔和水东哥等野生水果,在服用本发明组方时会感觉到阵阵的香溢和清新,适合多种人群的口味,避免患者服用时出现恶心、厌恶感。
3、功能多样,营养丰富。服用本发明制成的产品,不仅能疏风清热、利湿解毒、补虚止血、清火润喉、解金石毒、滋阴补阳和生津止渴等作用,同时,由于本品中的天然植物经过工艺处理形成了提取物,提取物中的蛋白质、氨基酸、多糖、微量元素及不饱和脂肪酸等营养物质容易被人体吸收,并且去掉了鞣酸、生物碱等物质,适合各类人群饮用,全方位对人体进行滋养和调理,不再只局限于补血的单一功能,从而更适合现代人对于养生的要求,进一步满足市场对于此类产品的需求。并且本组合物采用薛荔和水东哥等原料制成,维生素C、蛋白质、脂肪、胡萝卜素、淀粉、苹果酸、枸橼酸、钙和铁等营养物质含量丰富,能充分补充人体所需的多种维生素和矿物质,进一步促进人体免疫力的提高,达到全面调理滋养的功效。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
清热解毒组方:一口血秋海棠40份,飞扬草40份,山芝麻10份,薛荔20份,水东哥15份。
含上述组分清热解毒组合物的制备方法如下:
1)备料:将一口血秋海棠、山芝麻和飞扬草洗净除杂,加入原料500倍的水量,煎煮3—4小时,得到煎液过滤,滤液放入真空干燥抽干机进行脱水干燥,备用;
2)粉碎:将步骤1)得到的原料和薛荔、水东哥分别置于超微粉碎机,成为100—300目的碎粒,得到粉末备用;
3)混合:将步骤2)得到的粉末进行混合,备用;
4)制水丸:将上述步骤3)所得的混合物中加入适量的水,得混合物水膏,将混合物水膏制作成水丸半成品,对水丸半成品进行烘干而制作成4.5克/丸的滋补调理水丸成品。
5)辐照:将包装好的产品进行辐照杀菌,存放阴凉干燥的仓库中。
实施例2
祛湿调理组方:一口血秋海棠30份,飞扬草20份,山芝麻10份,,薛荔20份,水东哥15份。
含上述组分清热解毒组合物的制备方法如下:
1)备料:将一口血秋海棠、山芝麻和飞扬草洗净除杂,加入原料500倍的水量,煎煮3—4小时,得到煎液过滤,滤液放入真空干燥抽干机进行脱水干燥,备用;
2)粉碎:将步骤1)得到的原料和薛荔、水东哥分别置于超微粉碎机,成为100—300目的碎粒,得到粉末备用;
3)混合:将步骤2)得到的粉末进行混合,备用;
4)制胶囊:将步骤3)得到的粉末送入填充机,将混合粉末填充入500mg/粒的子胶囊中,为了避免胶囊中粉末的泄漏,对胶囊进行封口,按质量标准检验合格,包装成为正式产品。
以下是本发明清热解毒组合物的应用试验:
一、动物试验
以小白鼠做试验,20只小白鼠均由广西某大学提供,其中10只喂食本发明清热解毒组合物的,每天50毫升;另外,10只喂食重量含量5%蔗糖水作为对照组,每天50毫升,同时对20只小鼠喂食油炸等快餐食品,其他因素相同,一个月后,结果显示服用本发明清热解毒的小白鼠食欲正常,精力良好,不贪睡,毛色显得光亮,不易掉毛;反之喂食5%蔗糖水的白鼠则没有那么爱活动,有些懒惰,贪睡,容易掉毛。
二、自愿者应用的保健效果:
应用实例:
1.张某,男,40岁。广西南宁市衡阳路人,从事服装买卖生意。由于长期应酬,烟酒过量,劳累过度,头晕,多汗,睡眠质量差,经服用本发明清热解毒组合物制成胶囊,一次2粒,一天3次,一个半月后,身体头晕症状明显减缓,脸色红润,睡眠质量提高。
2. 陆某,男,55岁,退休。因年老体弱,经常感到头晕目眩,四肢乏力,舌苔厚,贪睡,便秘,面呈黄色,经服用本发明清热解毒组合物制成的水丸,每次1颗,一天3次,1个月后,头晕症状消失,四肢乏力症状减弱,脸色变红。
3.覃某,女,30岁,在某公司从事IT方面工作,由于长时间面对电脑,运动较少,并且身体抵抗力差,经常容易感到疲劳,大便稀、粘马桶,容易发生感冒,经服用本发明的清热解毒组合物制成的胶囊,每天3次,每次2粒,服用20天后,免疫力得到明显提升,疲劳感消失,大便稀、粘马桶的现象得到缓解,感冒次数明显减少。

Claims (4)
1.一种清热解毒组合物,其特征在于包括以下干物质的原料和重量份数:
一口血秋海棠 20-60份
飞扬草 10-40份
山芝麻 5-15份
薛荔 5-20份
水东哥 5-15份。
2.权利要求1所述的清热解毒组合物的制备方法,包括备料、粉碎、混合、包装和辐照,其具体制备过程如下:
1)备料:将一口血秋海棠、山芝麻和飞扬草洗净除杂,加入原料500倍的水量,煎煮3—4小时,得到煎液过滤,滤液放入真空干燥抽干机进行脱水干燥,备用;
2)粉碎:将步骤1)得到的原料和薛荔、水东哥分别置于超微粉碎机,成为100—300目的碎粒,得到粉末备用;
3)混合:将步骤2)得到的粉末进行混合,备用;
4)包装:用塑料薄膜材料,真空包装得到组合物产品;
5)辐照:将包装好的提取物进行辐照杀菌,存放阴凉干燥的仓库中。
3.权利要求1所述的清热解毒组合物的制备方法,其一口血秋海棠、山芝麻、飞扬草、薜荔和水东哥的提取物均是从新鲜的实体中提取。
4.根据权利要求1所述的清热解毒组合物,可制备成胶囊、水丸和冲剂等产品,用量为:胶囊500mg/粒,水丸4.5g/丸,冲剂4.5g加纯净水10—30ml。
