车辆刹车是一种车辆零部件技术,它采用增大车辆与路面的摩擦力来达到阻止车辆前行的目的,刹车直接垫在后轮的前方,阻止后轮前进,本技术是一种紧急状态下的车辆刹车安全技术,能够弥补一些特殊路况下的现行刹车的不足。

背景技术
目前的刹车可分为手刹,气刹和油刹等,不管是何种类型的刹车,其基本原理都是通过摩擦片和车毂等通过摩擦,使车辆速度减慢或者停止,但基于摩擦片与车毂摩擦的刹车有一个刹车作用力最大值,这个最大值就是轮胎与地面接触面滑行时的阻力值,当车辆的惯性大于这个最大值,或者可供滑行的距离比较短时,比方车辆快要冲出路基或者是悬崖边上,这时候非常危险,而轮胎与地面接触面滑行时的阻力值并不是一个定值,它与多重因素有关,泥泞,路面结冰,轮胎老旧等不利因素会大幅度降低轮胎与地面接触面滑行时的阻力值,此时,再在基于上述原理的刹车上改进是没有任何意义的。
发明内容
技术原理:通过加大刹车底面与路面的摩擦力以及利用车辆自身的一部分重力抵消车辆的部分惯性力,刹车表面与轮胎接触,底面与路面接触,二者形成一定的夹角,从而塞住后轮,阻止车辆前行。
技术方案:在后轮的前方设置类似斜面的刹车,刹车的底面使用摩擦系数比较高的轮胎等材料制作,可加一定的纹路等增加底面粗糙度,刹车的表面和轮胎外表面接触,刹车表面形成一定的斜度或锥度,刹车表面采用双层结构,其底层使用摩擦系数比较低的钢材等制作,要求有一定的光洁度有和硬度,可使用一定的润滑油等减少摩擦系数,而表层与底层接触的部分可以想办法减少摩擦系数,表层表面使用摩擦系数比较高的轮胎等材料制作,可加一定的纹路等增加表面粗糙度,表面的表层和底层下部连接在一起,其他部分是分离的,平时隐藏在车轮的前上方,有必要紧急制动时,才放下来,不用时则收上去,一般可双侧设置,这种刹车适合后轮。
具体实施方式:本发明可以由传动,支架和刹车三个最基本部分组成,其中传动主要是控制刹车放下与收起来的部分,驾驶员通过手柄,操作传动系统从而使刹车放下与收起,而支架主要是刹车安装在车辆上的基本组件,平时刹车即收藏在支架上,刹车的基本形状就是一个斜面或弧面,其底面在工作时与路面接触,所以要求使用摩擦系数比较高的橡胶等材料制作,以防打滑,底面一般要制作得比较粗糙,以提高摩擦系数,而表面与轮胎外表面接触,采用双层结构,底层要求使用摩擦系数比较低的钢材制作,并且需要一定的光洁度,可加入适当的润滑油,比如说黄油等,而表层与车轮接触的部分则要求尽量提高摩擦系数,且要求有一定的拉伸强度,最好是半软质材料,平时表层覆盖在底层上面,当车轮碾上刹车后,由于刹车具备一定的坡度,且表层摩擦力比较大,能有效阻止车辆前行,此时有重力和惯性力,在重力的作用下,依据力的分解与合成原理,此时车辆的一部分重力会和惯性力形成对抗,而表面的表层和底层摩擦力非常小,表层是半软质材料,底层又非常光滑,表层就会下滑,从而带动轮胎下滑,也就是车辆后退了。

1.一种车辆刹车,其特征是:车辆刹车的基本结构是传动、支架和刹车,传动是控制刹车放下与收起来的部分,支架是将刹车安装在车辆上的组件,平时刹车收藏在支架上,支架在后轮的前上方,刹车是斜面装置,工作时塞住车辆后轮阻止车辆前行,要求双侧设置车辆刹车,所述的刹车其底面与路面接触,表面与轮胎接触,刹车的底面与表面形成一定的角度或弧度,从而塞住后轮,底面使用摩擦系数高的材料制作,表面采用双层结构,表面的底层采用摩擦系数低的材料制作,同时使用润滑油降低摩擦系数,表面的表层与底层接触的部分采用摩擦系数低的材料,与轮胎接触的部分采用摩擦系数高的材料制作,表面的表层与底层下部是连接在一起的,其他部分是分离的,平时表层覆盖在底层上面,表层由一定拉伸强度的半软质材料制作。
