Abstract

本发明公开一种焊接支架,包括工作台,所述工作台上设有多排支杆,所述支杆上设有滚珠,所述滚珠上相对设有两块夹板,所述夹板用于加持焊接件,所述夹板两侧分别连接弹簧。本发明的焊接支架利用弹簧将夹板推向中间部位夹紧焊接件,滚珠的设置可以使得夹板可以滑动,焊接件的材料紧密贴合,保证了焊缝的均匀,使用效果良好。

本发明属于焊接技术领域,特别涉及一种焊接支架。
背景技术
目前,随着工业化的发展,焊接技术已经能够应用到各行各业,由于产品结构不同,所以对焊接的要求也越来越高,在生产建造过程中往往需要将两个物品焊接形成,在焊接过程中会有焊缝不均匀的情况,影响焊接效果,特别是带有弧度的两个材料进行焊接更会出现这种情况。 
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的在焊接过程中焊缝不均匀的问题,本发明提出一种焊接支架。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种焊接支架,包括工作台,所述工作台上设有多排支杆,所述支杆上设有滚珠,所述滚珠上相对设有两块夹板,所述夹板用于加持焊接件,所述夹板两侧分别连接弹簧。
优选地,所述工作台两侧设有夹手,用于夹持焊接完毕的焊接件。
优选地,所述弹簧分别为两根。 
本发明的有益效果:本发明的焊接支架利用弹簧将夹板推向中间部位夹紧焊接件,滚珠的设置可以使得夹板可以滑动,焊接件的材料紧密贴合,保证了焊缝的均匀,使用效果良好。

结合附图对本发明提供的实施方式作进一步详细的说明:
实施例:如图1-2所示,一种焊接支架,包括1,所述工作台1上设有多排支杆2,所述支杆2上设有滚珠3,所述滚珠3上相对设有两块夹板5,所述夹板5用于加持焊接件,所述夹板两侧分别连接弹簧4。
优选地,所述工作台1两侧设有夹手,用于夹持焊接完毕的焊接件。
优选地,所述弹簧4分别为两根。 
焊接过程:将待焊接材料放在工作台上,夹板夹紧,进行焊接。
本发明的焊接支架利用弹簧将夹板推向中间部位夹紧焊接件,滚珠的设置可以使得夹板可以滑动,焊接件的材料紧密贴合,保证了焊缝的均匀,使用效果良好。

1.一种焊接支架,其特征在于,包括工作台,所述工作台上设有多排支杆,所述支杆上设有滚珠,所述滚珠上相对设有两块夹板,所述夹板用于加持焊接件,所述夹板两侧分别连接弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的焊接支架,其特征在于,所述工作台两侧设有夹手,用于夹持焊接完毕的焊接件。
