本发明属于饮料技术领域,特别是涉及一种哈密瓜饮料。
背景技术
哈密瓜(拉丁文学名:Cucumis melo var. saccharinus),是甜瓜的一个转变。又名雪瓜、贡瓜,是一类优良甜瓜品种,果型圆形或卵圆形,出产于新疆。味甜,果实大,以哈密所产最为著名,故称为哈密瓜。因为味道甜美,哈密瓜不但香甜,而且富有很高的营养价值。哈密瓜的干物质中,含有4.6%-15.8%的糖分,纤维素2.6%-6.7%, 还有苹果酸、果胶物质、维生素A、B、C,尼克酸以及钙、磷、铁等元素。其中铁的含量比鸡肉多两三倍,比牛奶高17倍。新疆人很爱食哈密瓜,认为多吃瓜可以祛病延年,哈密瓜除供鲜食,还可制作瓜干、瓜脯、瓜汁。哈密瓜削皮可以用果蔬削皮机中的大果削皮机适用于食品规模加工。瓜蒂瓜籽可入药治病,瓜皮喂羊能促肥增膘,可广泛应用在医药、美容、保健、营养食品等领域。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过下述技术方案来实现的:
一种哈密瓜饮料,它是由下列重量份的原料制成:哈密瓜350-380份、红糖25-35份、杜仲叶20-25份、甘草25-30份、党参20-25份、龙眼肉150-170份;
所述哈密瓜饮料包括如下步骤:
(1)将哈密瓜用清水洗净、削皮、去籽、切成小块,加入哈密瓜重量3倍量的磁化水在打浆机中打浆,打浆后将浆液过滤去渣得到哈密瓜汁;
(2)取配料中的杜仲叶20-25份、甘草25-30份、党参20-25份、龙眼肉150-170份洗净,晾干、切碎混合,然后加入混合料重量12倍量的磁化水,浸泡150-170min,先用武火煮沸后改用文火煎煮60-70min,滤去药渣得药液;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的哈密瓜汁与步骤(2)得到的药液混合,并在混合液中加入红糖加温至40-50℃,在压强为20-25MPa条件下用均质机进行均质;
(4)将均质后的混合汁液进行巴氏灭菌处理,灌装即得。
本发明中药原料药的药理作用如下:
杜仲叶:味微辛、性温,归肝、肾经,补肝肾、强筋骨、降血压;
甘草:味甘、性平,归脾、胃、心、肺经,益气补中、润肺止咳、泻火解毒;
党参:味甘、性平,归脾、肺经,健脾补肺、益气生津;
龙眼肉:味甘、性温,归心、肾、肝、脾经,补心脾、益气血、安心神。
