Abstract

技术领域
本发明总体上涉及应用在农业设备上的轮胎和无方向性的轮胎。更具体而言(但非限定性的),本发明涉及一种用于支撑农业灌溉系统的不定向充气轮胎。
背景技术
在本领域中,为满足各种轮式装置的特定需求而开发特定轮胎的作法是公知的。此方面的大部分努力被放在研发车辆—例如汽车所用的轮胎上,其中,这些轮胎被设计成其大部分使用时间(如果不是全部使用时间的话)将是在铺装路面上度过的。
现有轮胎的另一个研发领域是用在各种“越野”车辆上的“越野”轮胎,其中的越野车辆例如是卡车、SUV、以及类似的车辆,其中,这些“越野”车辆的大部分行驶时间是在铺装路面上,而小部分时间是在非铺装路面上。但是,大多数这样的“越野”轮胎具有作为“越野”轮胎的指定转动方向。这是由于如下的事实:“越野”车辆的向前运动方向是优选的,该优选方向对应于为现有“越野”轮胎而直接设定的指定优选转动方向。轮胎的这一优选转动方向导致轮胎的设计存在一些特性—例如胎面花纹的特征,这使得轮胎在以指定方向转动时具有特定的较好性能。例如,当“越野”轮胎相对于车辆而言向前转动时的性能显著地好于轮胎相对于车辆向后转动时的性能。
对于那些其大部分行驶时间既是向前行驶、也是向后行驶的车辆而言,这些现有的轮胎具有几方面的缺点。例如,当由这些现有轮胎支撑着的车辆向相反方向运动时,这些轮胎会导致车辆的运动令人不适且是颠簸的。大部分这样的颠簸状况是由于这些现有轮胎上的特殊胎面花纹、以及胎面花纹上各个元件的定向状况所致,其中,胎面花纹上的元件通常被称为凸耳。
此外,现有的单方向性轮胎还需要针对车辆的各个侧部采用不同的安装技术。通常情况下,由于这些单方向性轮胎的胎面被设计成相对于车辆的行驶方向以特定的定向方向工作,所以,必须要采用多种安装技术。同样地,这些单方向性的轮胎相对于其安装所在的车轮必须要正确地定向,更具体而言,是相对于该车轮将要被安装到车辆上的那一侧要正确地定向。
农业领域就是这样的行业:在该领域中,由车轮和轮胎支撑着的设备或车辆将得益于这样的轮胎—其被设计成在地面上向前行驶和向后行驶时具有大体类似的性能表现(即无方向性的轮胎)。另外,通常利用针对非铺装路面的使用条件专门设计的胎面花纹来增强用于农业设备的轮胎。大部分农业装置—例如拖拉机、拖车、农作物种植机械、农作物收割装置等被用在诸如农田等地点,同时,对于农业装置而言,显著地改变其行动所在的地面状况是不利的。
非定向性的轮胎对于一种类型的农业装置—尤其是通常位于农田中的农业装置是有利的,且优选地是,此类装置不会显著地改变或损害其在上面运行的地面,这类装置就是灌溉系统,在常规运行方向要被逆反的情况下,具有非定向性能的轮胎可显著地改善这种农业设备的工作。更为重要的是,这样设计的轮胎能缩短为农业设备安装轮胎和车轮所需的时间。这是因为如下的事实:无方向性的轮胎可降低在车轮与设备之间采用多种安装技术的需求。同样地,对于所有的车轮都可采用同一种安装方案,而不用考虑这些车轮相对于设备行驶方向的定向。此外,安装人员将不需要将非定向轮胎相对于灌溉系统上所用的车轮明确地加以排布,而单方向性的轮胎就需要这样作。
因此,位于灌溉系统上的灌溉用轮胎应当被设计成在两个运行方向上具有类似的易用性,且具有合适的尺寸,从而足以支撑灌溉系统的重量,其中,灌溉系统的重量还包括其所支撑的水的重量,这样的轮胎应当被设计得足够轻,且具有合适的胎面花纹,以防止或最小程度地改变灌溉系统行驶所在的地面。
大多数的普通灌溉用轮胎以及大多数普通农用轮胎的胎面花纹都是为单个优选的转动方向而专门设计的。大多数此类轮胎的凸耳都具有朝向轮胎中央部分的斜角,并不是平行于轮胎的轴线。此外,多数灌溉用轮胎都是用实心橡胶构成的,其被模制到灌溉系统的车轮上。这些类型的轮胎可能非常重,其将损害上面行驶着灌溉系统的地面。另外,这些灌溉用轮胎并没有考虑到改变轮胎的组分以有针对性地保护轮胎免受风蚀因素的影响,其中,在轮胎的整个工作寿命期间,轮胎都被暴露在这些风蚀因素之中。
因而,需要设计一种灌溉用途轮胎,其是为在多个转动方向上运动而设计的,该轮胎是由如下的材料构成的:该材料被设计成对灌溉系统行驶所在的地面具有最小的冲击作用,且构成该轮胎的材料能延长轮胎的工作寿命,并抵抗由风蚀因素带来的风蚀作用,轮胎被设计成利于提高其与行驶所在地面之间的牵引力。目前,本领域还缺乏符合这些需求的轮胎。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种无方向性的充气轮胎,其直径和宽度足以对农业灌溉系统进行支撑。优选地是,该轮胎与一种车轮组合起来使用来支撑农业灌溉系统。轮胎还可包括顶层和侧壁,其中,当轮胎位于车轮上时,顶层与侧壁形成了内部腔室。内部腔室的形状被设计得可保持着诸如空气等的气体,以利于支撑着灌溉系统。
轮胎可具有轴线和位于轮胎上的胎面花纹。胎面花纹包括多个纵向的突出部,这些突出部被布置得基本上平行于所述轴线。优选地是,当轮胎相对于轴线在相反的方向上转动时,纵向突出部使得轮胎与其转动所在表面之间的摩擦系数基本上是相同的。胎面花纹还可包括环周方向的突出部,其大致上位于轮胎宽度方向的中点处。
每个纵长突出部还可包括延伸向轮胎宽度方向中点的末端部。环周突出部可将各个纵长突出部的末端部间隔开而使其远离轮胎的轴线。此外,各个纵长突出部的末端部可延伸经过相邻纵长突出部的末端部。在赤道中心面上,相邻的纵长突出部之间具有周向间距,从而,任一纵长突出部上都没有任何部分与另一突出部相重合。
该轮胎可由橡胶构成,还可包括抗风蚀剂。在轮胎的总组成成分中,对于每100份橡胶,抗风蚀剂具有至少8份。优选地是,对于每100份橡胶,抗风蚀剂份数可在8到18份之间。抗风蚀剂可包括石蜡、抗氧化剂、树脂、抗臭氧剂、或它们的组合物。
本发明还提供了一种用于支撑农业灌溉系统的非定向充气轮胎。该轮胎具有突出的胎面花纹,胎面花纹具有基本上位于中间位置的环周凸耳、以及沿着环周方向且平行于轮胎轴线的纵长凸耳。优选地是,纵长凸耳从轮胎的侧壁延伸向环周凸耳,并具有位于环周凸耳上的末端部。优选地是,当轮胎在相反的方向上转动时,纵长凸耳的末端部与环周凸耳使得轮胎与其滚动所在表面之间的阻力基本上是一致的。
环周凸耳与纵长凸耳还可被定位成增大轮胎的胎冠强度,并增强轮胎的牵引性能和清除能力。另外,胎面的设计形式可被设计得减小轮胎与其行驶所在表面之间的接触压力。
轮胎可包括抗风蚀剂,以增大轮胎的抗臭氧性能。此外,轮胎的胎面硬度可小于55肖氏A硬度。

具体实施方式
总体上参见图1-16,图中所示的轮胎在总体上由数字标号10指代。优选地是,轮胎10被用于在农业灌溉系统12在地面14上移动时对该系统12进行支撑。优选地是,地面14是需要浇水的田地。轮胎10是无方向性的充气轮胎,其直径16和宽度18足以对农业灌溉系统12进行支撑。轮胎10被与车轮20组合起来使用,以将农业系统12支撑在地面14上。
优选地是,轮胎10包括顶层或顶壁22、以及侧壁24和26,当轮胎10被布置在车轮20上时,这些壁面形成了内部腔室28。内部腔室28的形状被设计成能保持着气体,气体为轮胎10提供了充气特性。

纵长突出部34被布置在第一、第二两个排行中,它们从两个侧壁24、26延伸向中点或赤道中心面38,并越过该中点或赤道中心面,且这些突出部的末端位于环周突出部36的宽度范围内。另外,各个纵长突出部34的末端部40可延伸越过相对排行中相邻纵长突出部的末端部40。
从图5所示的实例可清楚地看出,第一、第二排行中的各个纵长突出部或凸耳34在环周方向上是交替排列的。从图5可看出,在轮胎宽度方向的赤道中心面38上,两相对排行中的相邻纵长突出部之间具有周向间隔37。因而,由于设置了该周向间隔37,任一纵长突出部或凸耳34上的任何部分都不会与另一相邻纵长突出部或凸耳34在环周方向上重合或叠压。
图5是根据本发明制得的轮胎胎面花纹的俯视图。图5中的虚线表示了轮胎10上顶层20与侧壁24、26之间连接线的大致位置。
图8和图9中的俯视图总体上表示了具有根据本发明所制的胎面花纹的轮胎。图8表示了这样的一种胎面花纹实例:轮胎的每一侧上具有15个纵长突出部时的间隔状况(即15个节距),而图9则表示了这样的胎面花纹实例:轮胎的每一侧上具有18个纵长突出部时的间隔状况(即18个节距)。
图10-14基本上是沿图8或图9中的各条剖面线所作的局部剖视图。图10-12表示了突出部侧面50的几种实例,如上文所述,在外侧接触面与内侧接触面之间,该侧面具有多个锥形段。这些表面的多个斜坡部分有利于轮胎10的牵引性能、增强其胎冠强度、延长轮胎的耐用性、并提高其清除障碍物的能力。
如图3-4所示,胎面花纹32包括另外一些特征来提高轮胎的性能。例如,纵长凸耳34可具有用于改善轮胎10牵引性能的凹陷区域56。另外,在纵长突出部34之间可设置中间凸耳58。这些中间凸耳可采用各种形状,包括图3所示的肋条形图样、图4所示的波状图样、或者可用来增强轮胎10性能的其它类似图样。
突出部34还可包括一些胎面条块60,这些条块基本上是沿着纵长突出部34的突出部轴线44而布置的。
纵长凸耳的形状
每个纵长突出部34的末端部40都可采用多种形状。例如如图1所示,末端部可以大体上为圆形,从而可被称为圆头端42。可将该圆头端42大体上沿着各个纵长突出部34的突出部轴线44(见图5)来进行布置。从图2-5、8和9可最为清楚地看出,从突出部轴线44延伸出了第一、第二鼓凸部46、48,它们也可被称为环周膨大部46和48。这些鼓凸部可被缩窄为圆头端42。备选地是,纵长突出部34的末端部40可被描述为大体上为图2-5所例示的铲形形状。

在下面的表格I中列出了采用图2、5、8以及9所示胎面设计图样的轮胎10的典型尺寸参数,这些尺寸参数是为三种拟议的轮胎尺寸规格而定出的。所有的尺寸都以英寸为单位。

另外,需要指出的是:在环周方向上,各个排行中凸耳之间的间距相对较宽。这与轮胎的胎面节距有关,其中的胎面节距被定义为每个第一或第二排行中的纵长凸耳34的数目。优选地是,胎面节距在10-25的范围内,更为优选地是在15-21的范围内。节距数低的轮胎上的凸耳间间距较宽,这将能提高灌溉用轮胎在可能遇到的非常泥泞环境中的清除效能。与这样的设计相反,对于在更为常规的状况下工作的轮胎而言,节距数更多的轮胎例如可被用于实现更大的接触面积。
另外,本发明的轮胎由于被用作灌溉用轮胎,其优选地是较大的轮胎,其外径16至少约为40英寸,轮胎的断面宽度18至少约为10英寸。
在这些较大的轮胎上,相邻凸耳34之间很大的间距还导致胎面花纹的橡胶/空洞比值较低,该比值被定义为凸耳34径向外侧表面的面积与轮胎宽度18范围内总面积的比值。例如对于本发明图5和表I所示的轮胎,整个胎面宽度18范围内的橡胶/空洞比优选地是小于约20%,更为优选地是在约16%到20%的范围内。
此外,这些轮胎尺寸使得轮胎10的展宽比不大于约90%,从而形成了较为扁宽的轮胎,其中,展宽比被定位为轮胎断面高度17(见图6)与轮胎断面宽度18的比值。从表I所列数据可判断出:这三种轮胎的展宽比都约为85%。
双锥面的凸耳侧面
纵长突出部34具有从各个突出部34的接触面52向下延伸向侧旁沟槽54而形成的突出部侧面50,其中的侧旁沟槽也被称为内侧胎面54。另外,每个突出部侧面50都被设计成从接触面52向下延伸向侧旁沟槽54的斜坡。每个突出部侧面50的斜坡都可环绕地延伸,其包括圆头端42和鼓凸部46、48的斜坡,这样的斜坡从接触面52延伸向侧旁沟槽54。从图2-5、图8以及图9可清楚地看出这一点。这些表面的斜坡设计有利于轮胎10的牵引性能、增大了胎冠的强度、增强了轮胎的耐用性以及清除障碍体的能力。
例如,在相邻的纵长突出部34的突出部侧面50之间形成了被称为内侧接触面54的内侧胎面54。从图10-12可看出,每个纵长突出部34的突出部侧面50都可包括第一锥面62和斜度不同的第二锥面64,第一锥面从接触面52延伸出,第二锥面64从第一锥面62延伸向内侧胎面54。在第二锥面64与内侧胎面54之间设置了第三锥面65。这种多锥面形式(两个、双边或其它形式)的纵长突出部34有利于并能提高轮胎10和胎面花纹32的耐用性,其原因在于防止了在纵长突出部34上出现开裂—尤其是在靠近内侧胎面54的位置处。双锥面形式的边缘还减小了形成凸耳所需橡胶的体积。突出部侧面50的双锥面设计还有利于改善轮胎10在路面14上行驶时、在通过路面疏松路段时的牵引性能和清除能力。
每个纵长突出部34都可被布置在与内侧胎面54相对的位置上,且在环周方向上位于两个相对布置的相邻纵长突出部34的内部中。换言之,如图5所示,相邻纵长突出部34(即第一和第二纵长突出部34A和34B)的第一、第二鼓凸部46和48可限定两相邻纵长突出部34A和34B之间的弦长66。纵长突出部34C可被布置成与弦长66相对,从而使得相对布置的纵长突出部34C的宽度68小于弦长66。如图5所示,这将导致相邻凸耳34的膨大头部之间存在周向间距37。
抗风蚀剂
在一种优选实施方式中,轮胎10中包括橡胶和抗风蚀剂。优选地是,在轮胎10的组成成分中,对于每一百份橡胶,抗风蚀剂具有至少8份。在更为优选的实施方式中,对于每一百份橡胶,抗风蚀剂具有8-18份。抗风蚀剂可包括如下的组分—例如石蜡、抗氧化剂、树脂、抗臭氧剂、或它们的组合物,因而具有了抗臭氧的能力,从而延长了轮胎10的使用寿命。
因而,尽管文中已对本发明中新型实用的灌溉用轮胎的特定实施方式进行了描述,但并不应将这样的参照描述理解成对本发明范围的限定,本发明的范围仅能由后附的权利要求书限定。
Claims (13)
1.一种用于支撑农业灌溉系统的非定向充气轮胎,其包括:
第一、第二侧壁以及位于径向外侧的壁面,所述第一、第二侧壁和所述壁面形成了内部充胀腔室;
轮胎上形成的无方向性胎面花纹,其包括多个纵长突出部,这些纵长突出部被布置得基本上平行于轮胎的转动轴线,每个纵长突出部具有环周方向不对称的膨大头部;
纵长突出部被布置在第一、第二两个排行中,所述纵长突出部在第一排行中从第一侧壁延伸向轮胎的赤道中心面,并越过赤道中心面,所述纵长突出部在第二排行中从第二侧壁延伸向轮胎的赤道中心面,并越过赤道中心面,第一、第二排行中的纵长突出部在环周方向上交替排列,在赤道中心面处,相邻的纵长突出部之间具有周向间隔,从而使得一个纵长突出部上没有任何部分与另一纵长突出部在周向上相重叠,第一排行中的纵长突出部的膨大头部在环周方向上以相反的方向面对着第二排行中的纵长突出部的膨大头部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮胎,其特征在于:在轮胎的宽度范围内,胎面花纹具有较低的橡胶/空洞比值,该比值小于20%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轮胎,其特征在于:在轮胎的宽度范围内,胎面花纹的橡胶/空洞比在16%到20%的范围内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轮胎,其特征在于:轮胎的展宽比被定义为轮胎断面高度与轮胎断面宽度的比值,该比值不大于90%,由此形成较为扁宽的轮胎。
5.根据权利要求1所述的轮胎,其特征在于:轮胎的断面宽度至少为10英寸。
6.根据权利要求5所述的轮胎,其特征在于:轮胎的外径至少为40英寸。
7.根据权利要求1所述的轮胎,其特征在于:轮胎的胎面节距数在10到25的范围内,胎面节距被定义为所述第一或第二排行中纵长突出部的数目。
8.根据权利要求7所述的轮胎,其特征在于:胎面节距数在15到21的范围内。
9.根据权利要求7所述的轮胎,其特征在于:轮胎的外径至少为40英寸。
10.根据权利要求1所述的轮胎,其特征在于:轮胎包括橡胶与抗风蚀剂,对于每一百份橡胶,抗风蚀剂具有至少8份。
11.根据权利要求10所述的轮胎,其特征在于:对于每一百份橡胶,抗风蚀剂具有8-18份。
12.根据权利要求10所述的轮胎,其特征在于:抗风蚀剂是从由石蜡、抗氧化剂、树脂、抗臭氧剂、或它们的组合物所组成的材料组中选出的。
13.根据权利要求1所述的轮胎,其特征在于:胎面花纹还包括环周突出部,该环周突出部横跨赤道中心面,每个纵长突出部的膨大头部都叠压在环周突出部上。
