技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属焊接方法,特别是一种铸铁件焊补工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中,对于由于铸造缺陷或机械加工中造成铸铁件断裂的修补方法多采用环氧树脂粘接修复或采用铸件修补剂进行修补,也有采用308纯镍铸件焊条焊补的,但以上方法修补费时费力,成本高,可靠性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种操作简便,效率高,成本低,修补质量稳定可靠的铸铁件焊补工艺。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体工艺步骤如下:
1.表面清理:将待焊补工件上的裂纹及周围的锈迹、油污清洗、清理干净。
2.开坡口:在经表面清理的工件裂纹处加开30°~40°的V形坡口、深度4~5mm。
3.焊条处理:根据工件大小选用相应直径的焊条,将直径1~2mm的裸铜线缠绕在焊条上。
4.预热、保温:针对已开坡口的裂纹及周围预热至300℃并保温。
5.焊接:调整焊接电压、电流对经保温的工件实施焊接,焊接同时敲击工件消除应力,焊接后的工件自然冷却至室温。
本发明由于采用以上工艺方法,操作简便,效率高,成本低,修补质量稳定可靠。
具体实施方式
1.使用清洗剂将待焊补工件上的裂纹及周围的锈迹、油污清洗、清理干净后吹干或晾干。
2.在经表面清理后的工件裂纹处加开30°~40°的V形坡口、深度4~5mm,清除磨粒及灰尘。
3.根据工件大小选用相应直径的结422焊条,焊件大时可选用直径4~5mm焊条,焊件小可选用直径3.2mm焊条,将直径1~2mm的裸紫铜线缠绕在焊条上。
4.针对已开坡口的裂纹及周围预热至300℃并保温。
5.调整焊接电压、电流对经保温的工件实施焊接,焊接同时敲击工件消除应力,焊接后的工件自然冷却至室温。

1.一种铸铁件焊补工艺,其特征是经过如下工艺步骤:
(1).表面清理:将待焊补工件上的裂纹及周围的锈迹、油污清洗、清理干净;
(2).开坡口:在经表面清理的工件裂纹处加开30°~40°的V形坡口、深度4~5mm;
(3).焊条处理:根据工件大小选用相应直径的焊条,将直径1~2mm的裸铜线缠绕在焊条上;
(4).预热、保温:针对已开坡口的裂纹及周围预热至300℃并保温;
(5).焊接:调整焊接电压、电流对经保温的工件实施焊接,焊接同时敲击工件消除应力,焊接后的工件自然冷却至室温。
