一种灰口铸铁厚大件焊补工艺,其特征是先将待焊补工件上的裂纹周围打磨露出金属底材,清除焊接处及周围的切屑、磨粒,再在经表面清理的工件裂纹处加开90°~100°的V形坡口,然后针对已开坡口的裂纹及周围40mm~50mm范围预热至600℃~650℃时进行气焊焊接,根据工件大小选用相应直径的焊条,使用碱性气焊剂,氧气压力0.7Mpa~0.8Mpa、乙炔压力0.05Mpa,焊接后的工件缓冷至室温。操作方便,修补质量稳定可靠,焊件使用寿命长。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种金属焊接方法,特别是一种灰口铸铁厚大件焊补工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中,如机床的床身、底座大都采用灰口铸铁铸造制成,由于安装、使用和维护不当,难免会出现裂纹,影响加工精度。目前通常采用钻止裂孔安装加强连接板等方法进行修补,也有采用铸件修补剂进行修复的,但效果不理想,使用寿命短,稳定性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种操作方便,修补质量稳定可靠、焊件使用寿命长的灰口铸铁厚大件焊补工艺。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体焊接方法是:先将待焊补工件上的裂纹周围打磨露出金属底材,清除焊接处及周围的切屑、磨粒,再在经表面清理的工件裂纹处加开90°~100°的V形坡口,然后针对已开坡口的裂纹及周围40mm~50mm范围预热至600℃~650℃时进行气焊焊接,根据工件大小选用相应直径的焊条,使用碱性气焊剂,氧气压力0.7Mpa~0.8Mpa、乙炔压力0.05Mpa,焊接后的工件缓冷至室温。
经试用证明,本工艺方法操作方便,修补质量稳定可靠,焊件使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
先将待焊补工件上的裂纹周围打磨露出金属底材,清除焊接处及周围的切屑、磨粒,再在经表面清理的工件裂纹处加开90°~100°的V形坡口,然后针对已开坡口的裂纹及周围40mm~50mm范围预热至600℃~650℃时进行气焊焊接,根据工件大小选用相应直径的焊条,本实施例选用QT450-5焊丝,截面为16mm×16mm或10mm×16mm、使用碱性气焊剂气剂201,氧气压力0.7Mpa~0.8Mpa、乙炔压力0.05Mpa,焊接后,使用石棉板铺设在焊缝处,让焊件缓冷却至室温。
