Description
本发明涉及四辊卷板机机架裂纹的焊接修复方法,属于机械技术领域。
卷板机是将金属板材弯卷成弧形或圆筒形工件的通用设备,并可借助于辅助装置卷制一定范围内锥形工件其产品广泛用于造船、石油、化工、水电、机械制造等行业。四辊卷板机由于具有一次卷制成型和易于实现数控控制的优点,成为未来卷板机发展的趋势之一。机架是四辊卷板机中作为荷载的主要承受构件,受力情况复杂,是卷板机的主要部件之一。
现有的四辊卷板机的机架由于工作时会被超负荷使用,从而出现裂纹,会造成卷饼机的无法正常使用,影响生产的正常进行,如重新购买,则会产生资源浪费。如果想要修复,由于机架含碳量较高,可焊性较差,按常规的工艺施焊时,热影响区产生硬脆的马氏体组织,易于开裂,另外,焊接时相当数量母材会熔化进入焊缝,使其含碳量增高,容易产生焊接热裂纹。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服技术的不足之处,提供一种四辊卷板机机架裂纹的焊接修复方法。
本发明的四辊卷板机机架裂纹的焊接修复方法,包括如下步骤:
1)打磨:将断裂处及周围的铁锈、油污清除干净,使用磨光机修磨机架的断裂处,再用砂纸打磨,露出金属光泽;
2)预热:用氧乙炔焰对焊件裂纹及周围进行预热,并用石棉布覆盖整个工件,当温度达到80-100度时进行焊接;
3)施焊:使用焊条在裂纹处进行表面堆焊,表面堆焊方法:每次焊接长度为10-15mm,每焊完一次用钢丝刷不断地清根和清理,然后用刨锤击打焊缝及焊缝两侧过渡区,等温度降至室温,再继续焊接下一处;
4)焊后热处理:每条焊缝热处理都采用电加热器进行加热,加热宽度:焊缝两边不少于500mm,加热温度600-650℃,保温3小时。用于消除残余应力。
5)焊后磨平焊缝,
所述的步骤3)中焊条在使用前经200-350摄氏度烘培1-1.5h后,保存在烘箱内,随用随取;
所述的步骤3)中将机架裂纹部分成对称的若干段进行焊接,焊接时采用对称分段跳焊。
优选地,
本发明的方法中,所述的步骤1)-3)重复若干次,如果焊接完成后发现裂纹、气孔和夹渣缺陷,继续重复步骤1)-3),直到没有缺陷为止。
本发明具有如下技术效果:经修复后的机架可恢复正常使用,能基本上达到或接近原来的水平。效果良好,正常运行,大大节约了时间和成本。
实施例1
本发明的四辊卷板机机架裂纹的焊接修复方法,包括如下步骤:
