Abstract
本发明涉及一种三七养身稀饭,由以下原料熬制而成:三七、杜仲、枸杞、大枣、百合、莲子、花生、鲜牛奶、大米、其余为水。其煮制方法如下:1)除牛奶和食盐或糖外均淘洗干净待用,并将三七和杜仲用纱布包裹捆扎;2)把适量的水、三七和杜仲放入锅里进行熬制,待水烧开10~15分钟后,将掏净的原料一起倒入锅里进行熬制;3)熬制45~80分钟,待米汤浓稠,米熟透,取出纱布包裹三七和杜仲后,将鲜牛奶、糖或盐倒入锅里搅匀即可。本发明所述的三七养身稀饭具有活血降脂、补虚、补血、活血、软化血管、定痛祛风、强腰补肾等作用,可预防冠心病与心绞痛、对风湿痛、腰酸疼痛、身体虚弱、食欲不振、神经衰弱、过度疲劳、失血、贫血具有很好的疗效作用。

本发明涉及一种稀饭及其煮制方法,尤其涉及一种三七养身稀饭及其煮制方法。
背景技术
随着经济和社会的发展,人们的生活节奏越来越快,很多工作一族都没空闲时间好好吃上一顿营养丰富的早餐。稀饭,成为便捷式的早餐之一,受到人们的青睐。目前早餐店里售卖的稀饭,多是白米稀饭,或者在白米里面加点绿豆熬制成绿豆稀饭,再根据口味,加点白糖或盐。其营养单一,只能起短暂的充饥作用,没有养身和保健功能。
发明内容
为了克服以上技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种安三七养身稀饭及其煮制方法,其具有活血降脂、补虚、补血、活血、软化血管、定痛祛风、强腰补肾等作用,可预防冠心病与心绞痛、对风湿痛、腰酸疼痛、身体虚弱、食欲不振、神经衰弱、过度疲劳、失血、贫血具有很好的疗效作用。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种三七养身稀饭,由以下原料按重量比熬制而成:三七2~3份、杜仲0.5~1份、枸杞5~8份、大枣0.5~2份、百合0.5~1份、莲子0.5~1份、花生1~2份、鲜牛奶3~5份、大米20~25份、其余为水。
作为本发明的一个优选方案,所述的三七养身稀饭,由以下原料按以下重量比熬制而成:三七2.5份、杜仲0.75份、枸杞6.5份、大枣1.25份、百合0.75份、莲子0.75份、花生1.5份、鲜牛奶4份、大米22.5份、糖或盐2~5份,其余为水。
本发明的另一目的是提供上述三七养身稀饭的煮制方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将以上所需原料按上述重量份备齐,除牛奶和食盐或糖外均淘洗干净待用,并将三七和杜仲用纱布包裹捆扎;
2)把适量的水放入锅里,将用纱布捆扎好的三七和杜仲放入锅里进行熬制,待水烧开10~15分钟后,将枸杞、大枣、百合、莲子、花生、大米一起倒入锅里进行熬制;
3)熬制45~80分钟,待米汤浓稠,米熟透,取出纱布包裹三七和杜仲后,将鲜牛奶、糖或盐倒入锅里搅匀即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明不但可以充饥,而且营养丰富,具有很好的养身和保健功能,其具有活血降脂、补虚、补血、活血、软化血管、定痛祛风、强腰补肾等作用,可预防冠心病与心绞痛、对风湿痛、腰酸疼痛、身体虚弱、食欲不振、神经衰弱、过度疲劳、失血、贫血具有很好的疗效作用。
其特别适合于心脑血管疾病患者、高血压、高血脂及贫血人群、各类血症患者(比如吐血、呕血、咳血、便血、尿血、淤血)、体质虚弱、免疫力低下人群、经期和产后妇女、生活节奏快的白领人士,保持心脑血管健康(生活节奏快、容易造成心、脑供血不足)、应酬多,经常饮酒的人士(三七可以促进受损肝中正常细胞的生长,亦可保护肝脏避免化学性的伤害,如酒精和四氯化碳)食用。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但要求保护的范围并不局限于本实施例所述内容。
实施例1、
将以下原料按重量比配齐:三七2份、杜仲0.5份、枸杞5份、大枣0.5份、百合0.5份、莲子0.5份、花生1份、鲜牛奶3份、大米20份、其余为水。
将上述原料按以下步骤熬制成三七养身稀饭:
1)将以上所需原料按上述重量份备齐,除牛奶和食盐或糖外均淘洗干净待用,并将三七和杜仲用纱布包裹捆扎;
2)把适量的水放入锅里,将用纱布捆扎好的三七和杜仲放入锅里进行熬制,待水烧开10分钟后,将枸杞、大枣、百合、莲子、花生、大米一起倒入锅里进行熬制;
3)熬制45分钟,待米汤浓稠,米熟透,取出纱布包裹三七和杜仲后,将鲜牛奶、糖或盐倒入锅里搅匀即可。可根据个人喜好,往里面加适量的盐或糖及其他调味剂。

2)把适量的水放入锅里,将用纱布捆扎好的三七和杜仲放入锅里进行熬制,待水烧开12~13分钟后,将枸杞、大枣、百合、莲子、花生、大米一起倒入锅里进行熬制;
3)熬制50~75分钟,待米汤浓稠,米熟透,取出纱布包裹三七和杜仲后,将鲜牛奶、糖或盐倒入锅里搅匀即可。
实施例3、
将以下原料按重量比配齐:三七3份、杜仲1份、枸杞8份、大枣2份、百合1份、莲子1份、花生2份、鲜牛奶5份、大米25份、其余为水。
将上述原料按以下步骤熬制成三七养身稀饭:
1)将以上所需原料按上述重量份备齐,除牛奶和食盐或糖外均淘洗干净待用,并将三七和杜仲用纱布包裹捆扎;
2)把适量的水放入锅里,将用纱布捆扎好的三七和杜仲放入锅里进行熬制,待水烧开5分钟后,将枸杞、大枣、百合、莲子、花生、大米一起倒入锅里进行熬制;
3)熬制60~65分钟,待米汤浓稠,米熟透,取出纱布包裹三七和杜仲后,将鲜牛奶、糖或盐倒入锅里搅匀即可。可根据个人喜好,往里面加适量的盐或糖及其他调味剂。

1.一种三七养身稀饭,其特征在于:由以下原料按重量比熬制而成:三七2~3份、杜仲0.5~1份、枸杞5~8份、大枣0.5~2份、百合0.5~1份、莲子0.5~1份、花生1~2份、鲜牛奶3~5份、大米20~25份、其余为水。
