Abstract
切纸器具有:一块在其上堆放要切割纸张的基板;一根装在基板上的导轨;一个可沿导轨滑动的滑座;以及一个装在滑座上当滑座移动时用来切割纸张的旋转刀片。还具有弹簧用来将导轨的两端支承在基板上使导轨能上下移动。在导轨底面端边上设有切割位置确定面,使滑座装在导轨上时旋转刀片能沿定位面滚动。这样导轨就成为可浮动地支承在基板上。当用旋转刀片切割纸张时,随着滑座的压下,浮动导轨下降,使纸张只在待切部分被压力夹紧在导轨和基板之间。
Description
本发明涉及一种作为办公用具使用的切纸器,更具体地说,涉及一种结构简单但能精确切割成叠纸张的切纸机,切纸时纸张不会有任何移动地被夹持在基板上。
在现有技术的一种切纸器里,如图12所示,导轨3的一端被基板1上的支承部分2所支承,纸张夹持板4则既与导轨3非常接近又与它保持离开地装在导轨3上。当要用切纸器切割纸张时,一端被支承部分2支承在枢轴上的导轨的另一端部环绕枢轴向上转动,这时可将纸张放在基板1上,然后使导轨3环绕枢轴向下转动,用纸张夹持板4将纸张夹紧在基板1上。装在导轨3自由端上的锁紧机构6被一固定在基板1上的卡件7所卡住,使纸张保持被纸张夹持板4夹紧。然后使一个装在导轨3上的滑座(如同日本实用新型申请号26776/1988所公开的)滑动,用装在滑座5上的旋转刀片来切割纸张。其时,纸张的切割位置是根据纸张夹持板4的边缘确定的,因为切割纸张的旋转刀片的侧边在转动时与该纸张夹持板4的边缘接触。
上述这种现有技术的切纸器,在叠放在基板上要切割的纸张数量不多时,即使在导轨和纸张夹持板成为一体的情况下,也不会严重地产生麻烦。但在叠放纸张的数量较多时,这些较多的纸张在开始时是在导轨铰接端一边被夹持的,当导轨的另一端被压下时,由于纸张夹持板随着导板一起运动,叠放的纸张便在被纸张夹持板的夹持力带动而引起移动的情况下被切割。因而引起的问题是纸张被不规则地切割,尺寸不能达到要求的精度。
在另一方面,当确定纸张的切割位置时,由于导轨和纸张夹持板的前端都是处在比导轨的铰接端扬起的状态,因此很难以对准纸张夹持板边缘的方法来确定切割位置。由于这种定位方法,切割操作要等到导轨压下时确认是在所要切割位置之上才能进行。结果,在确定切割位置时叠放的纸张也会移动。因而同样会引起的问题是纸张被不规则地切割,尺寸不能达到要求的精度。
申请人曾以日本专利申请号80462/1992申请过一种切纸器,该器能解决上面所说的的现有技术中的问题,但还没有付诸实用。该切纸器是这样构造的,使导轨和纸张夹持板互相分开而纸张夹持板用弹簧可在垂直方向上下移动地支承在基板上,并可通过导轨压下纸张夹持板,使要切割的成堆纸张不会有任何移动地被夹紧并保持在纸张夹持板和基板之间。
在另一方面,有一种简单的切纸器已经投付实用,如图11所示。这种简单的切纸器是这样构造的,有一根导轨9固定在一根普通的标尺(或纸张夹持器)上使它们基本上成为一体,还有一个滑座10装在该导轨9上。而要切割的成叠纸张被放在刀座上,例如用操作者
的左手按住纸张使它强制通过标尺8,并移动滑座10,其时只须用右手压下凸块11即可从壳体12向下伸出一个切削刀片(不是旋转刀片)。
但是,所有以上说明的这些现有技术的例子由于其前提为纸张须用纸张夹持器以强制固定的状态夹持在基板上或刀座上,因此都还存下列待解决的问题。首先,在日本专利申请80426/1992号中,导轨和纸张夹持板是分开设置的,纸张夹持板的两端通过弹簧支承在基板上,操作时通过导轨压下纸张夹持板将纸张固定并夹持起来。这样,出现的问题是导轨的驱动机构相当复杂,要增加组装和拆卸的工序数,并增加生产费用,同时生产率有待提高。
另外,如图11所示的现有技术的实施例虽然结构简单,但在切割成叠纸张时操作者要用手直接按住标尺使纸张固定并移动带有伸出的切割刀片(不是旋转刀片)的滑座。在用切割刀片切割纸张时,由于纸张的阻力产生一个使纸张移动的力,因此纸张的固定状态变为不稳定以致损害使用的方便。如果成叠纸张的张数相当多,那么另一问题就会出现,这时纸张发生移动使精确的切割操作成为不可能。
本发明的目的是提供一种切纸器,其试图打破纸张被切割时要切割的纸张必须牢靠地予以固定的固有观念,而是只在纸张要切割的部分予以夹持,以便得到一种结构简单的切纸器,这样在切割时即合成叠纸张的张数较多也不会发生移动,并且切割位置容易确定。
本发明提供了一种切纸器,具有:一基板;安装在基板上的两个支承件;一导轨,其两端各支承在相应的支承件上;一滑座,其由导轨可滑动地支承,而可在导轨轴向运动;一由滑座支承的旋转刀片;各支承件有相对的导向面,它们与基板上对应的两个导向面滑动接触;和一压缩弹簧,用于将支承件推离基板,从而在导轨底面和基板上表面之间形成一间隙;导轨底面平行于基板上表面,并形成沿导轨轴向延伸的定位边;旋转刀片有一与导轨定位边缘滑动接触的面;由此,在基板导向面和支承件之间的滑动接触使导轨底面可相对于基板上表面移动,同时绕导轨中轴弯曲,滑座向基板的下降使导轨中轴弯曲,并只在滑座附近的切割区将至少一页纸夹紧在所述底面和上表面之间,而不会发生水平扭转。
结构已如上述,现说明本发明的操作情况如下,在这种型式的切纸器里,要切割的纸张叠放在基板上并用装在滑座上的旋转刀片进行切割,其时滑座沿装在基板上的导轨滑动,而导轨的两端通过弹簧都可上下移动地支承在基板上。结果,导轨是在基板上方可浮动地被支承着。当纸张被切割时压下滑座便可压下处于浮动状态的导轨,按照滑座的移动情况使纸张只是待切部分被压力夹紧在导轨和基板之间。由于采用旋转刀片,切割阻力极小即使纸张待切部分被压力夹紧在导轨和基板之间,纸张也不会发生移动。另外,由于导轨的底面端边设有切割定位面,而滑座是装在导轨上使旋转刀片能够沿该定位面滚动,因此切割位置容易由导轨上形成的定位面来确定只要使以浮动状态支承的导轨下降即可。同时,旋转刀片由于已沿定位面定位,所以能把纸张在所确定的位置上切开。

下面将对本发明的一个实施例结合附图进行说明。图1为示出该实施例外观的透视图。导轨13的两端为通过弹簧可垂直移动地装在基板14上的支承件15所支承。标号16为可移动地装在导轨上并设有旋转刀片的滑座。图2为示出导轨端部装拆情况的透视图,该端部为支承件15所支承。该支承件15在其后背形成一个挡止部分151以便防止滑座16从导轨13上滑出。支承件15还在其导轨固定面155上设有两个凸销152以便使导轨13定位以及一个螺丝孔154以便固定导轨13。另外,在导轨固定面前面底部的两边还各设一个凸部153(虽然其中一个在图上未示出)以便调节支承件15的升起程度。在另一方面,支承件15具有由垂直边构成的导向面156以便引导支承件15上下移动。
基板14由下列构成:导引面141,支承件15的导引面156就在导引面141上滑动;以及凹档143,在其内设有两孔142(虽然其中一个在图上未示出),支承件15上所设凸部153就插在该孔内。在另一方面,在基板14的两个端部上形成定位坪以便使要切割的纸张定位。另外,在基板14的前面还设有与装在基板14上的导轨13平行的刀座17,以便伸出旋转刀片。在基板14的前面还设有刀座夹,该刀座夹171可就位和退出以便更换刀座17。标号18为一螺钉用来将导轨13固定在支承件15上。
图3为示出导轨13组装在支承件15上的情况的剖面图。该支承件15可上下移动地支承在凹档143内,其凸部153则与孔142配合,导轨13的两端用螺钉18固定在支承件15上。结果,导轨13的两端基本上是由弹簧19通过支承件15来支承的,所以导轨13的升起程度可由凸部153与孔142上部的对接借以顶住弹簧19的上升力来调节。通常导轨13和基板14定位为相互平行并在导轨13的背面与基板14的顶面之间保留着一个间隙δ。
图6所示为导轨的顶视平面图,图7所示为导轨的横剖面图,导轨13在其两端都设有通孔131,图2所示的凸销152就是配合在孔131内,还设有螺丝孔132,在其中预备拧入螺钉18。图8为导轨13的侧视立面图。在该导轨13的顶面上耸起着导引部分134和138。在导引部分138上设有一个导引凸部133。在该导引凸部133和导引部分134的内面具有斜度角为α(例如30度)的斜度。该斜度135与水平面137一起形成导引空间136用来导引滑座16上的导引件。在另一方面,导轨13几乎在其全长上设有夹持件(由海绵或类似物制成),该夹持件139从导轨13的背面略微凸出用来夹持要切割的纸张。另外,导轨13在其端边上设有定位面130用来确定切割位置。
在图9所示的滑座16的本体上,用螺钉21安装着导引件161,其形状与导引空间136相似,因此可以配合在该导引空间136内。有一轴162其两端分别为一装在滑座体上的轴承165和一装在端盖164上的轴承166所支承而端盖164则可卸除地装在滑座体上。在轴162上通过滑动轴承163装有旋转刀片20。当导引件161配合在导引空间136内时该旋转刀片20保持与导轨13的定位面130接触。如图10所示,用标号167标出的滑座体上设有系紧螺栓23,该螺栓23准备插入端盖164上形成的螺栓孔内。这样,端盖164就可用螺帽22可卸除地连结在滑座体上,使图9所示的旋转刀片有可能被更换。
本实施例的结构已如上述,下面将说明其操作情况。首先,结合图2说明组装情况。将弹簧19装在支承件15的背后,并使凸部153插入到孔142内(如图3所示)。然后使导轨13上形成的孔131与支承件15导轨固定面143上形成的凸销152配合,再用螺钉18将导轨13固定在支承件15上,组装即告完成。在该组装状态态下,导轨13能用弹簧19通过支承件15以浮动方式支承在基板14上,如图4所示。
其次,说明纸张将被切割时的情况。此时,如果将业已就位的滑座16按照图4箭头(A)所示压下,那么导轨13的背面L将在受到滑座16加压的那个部分下降,但是导轨13的另一端仍然浮动地保留着间隙α,因为该端被弹簧19支承在浮动状态。如果在另一方面,将业已就位的滑座16按照图5箭头(B)所示,即在导轨13的中间部位压下,那么导轨13将以一般与基板14平行的方式下降。
因此,如果导轨13被弹簧19支承在浮动状态,并且如果滑座16被加压时能向下移动,那么随着滑座的移动,导轨13也能自由地上下移动,主要看弹簧19的弹力、导轨13的刚性和滑座16压下的程度三方面平衡下来的余力而定。结果,要切割的纸张按照滑座16移动的情况就能如图4中W所示那样在一段范围内被夹持在导轨13和基板14之间。这样,既然纸张只是被夹紧在待切部分并且又是用的旋转刀片20,纸张不会对旋转刀片20产生显著的切割阻力。即使纸张只是待切部分被压力夹紧在导轨13和基板14之间,纸张也不会移动,叠放的纸张相互之间也不会发生偏离。另外,既然导轨13被固定在支承件上并且支承件15的导引面156与基板14的导引面141是以滑动方式接触,因此导轨13在受到滑座16的加压而下降时仍可使其背面与基板14的顶面保持平行而可防止任何倾斜。这样,纸张就被导轨13的整个背面与基板14的顶面之间的均匀加压夹紧在待切部分上,使成叠纸张能更好地防止发生移动。由于在导轨13的背面上还设有夹持件139,因此上述导轨13的整个背面的加压能被均匀地传送到纸张上,使成叠的纸张能够进一步防止发生移动。
既然切割定位面130设在导轨13底面的端边上并且滑座16装在导轨13上能使旋转刀片20沿着该定位面130滚动,因此切削位置能够容易地由导轨13上形成的定位面130来确定。并且旋转刀片20是沿定位面130定位的,因此纸张能够在定位状态下被切割。另外,在确定切割位置时,导轨13用凸部153和孔142的接合来对弹簧19的上升弹力进行调节,使导轨13被支承在浮动状态,同时保持与基板14的顶面平行,相互间保持恒定的间隙。结果,切割位置就能容易确定,并可防止成叠纸张发生移动。
另一方面,在切割时,利用滑座16的压下使导轨13压下,将待切纸张夹紧在导轨13和基板14之间,使切纸器作为办公用具来说能够做到使用方便。例如在切割纸张时,操作者可用左手压下滑座,而用空下来的右手轻轻握持切张纸上离开导轨13的部分。
如同以上详细说明过的,按照本发明,导轨的两端是通过弹簧支承在基板上而可上下移动的,这样导轨就以浮动方式支承在基板上。当纸张要被切割时随着滑座的压下导轨也就被压下,因此按照滑座的移动纸张只有待切部分能被压力夹紧在导轨和基板之间。另外,由于采用旋转刀片,即使纸张以其待切部分被压力夹紧在导轨和基板之间,也不会产生导致纸张移动的切削阻力,这样就能防止成叠纸张发生移动。另外,更由于在导轨底面的端边上设有切割定位面,而滑座在导轨上的安装能使旋转刀片沿着定位面滚动,因此切割位置能够容易地由导轨上形成的定位面来确定。同时因为旋转刀片已沿定位面定位,所以它能在确定的位置上切割纸张。由于导轨是以浮动方式支承着,它能随着滑座的压下而下降,使纸张只在待切部分被压力夹紧。因此切纸器的结构得以简化,使用起来更加方便。
Claims (1)
1.切纸器具有:
一基板;
安装在基板上的两个支承件;
一导轨,其两端各支承在相应的支承件上;
一滑座,其由导轨可滑动地支承,而可在导轨轴向运动;
一由滑座支承的旋转刀片;
其特征在于:
各支承件有相对的导向面,它们与基板上对应的两个导向面滑动接触;和一压缩弹簧,用于将支承件推离基板,从而在导轨底面和基板上表面之间形成一间隙;
导轨底面平行于基板上表面,并形成沿导轨轴向延伸的定位边;
旋转刀片有一与导轨定位边缘滑动接触的面;
由此,在基板导向面和支承件之间的滑动接触使导轨底面可相对于基板上表面移动,同时绕导轨中轴弯曲,滑座向基板的下降使导轨中轴弯曲,并只在滑座附近的切割区将至少一页纸夹紧在所述底面和上表面之间,而不会发生水平扭转。
