Abstract

一种切纸机,它由载承于滑座上的刀片来切裁置 于台上的一摞纸,同时用一支承板来保持住这摞纸且 使此滑座沿着一平行地支承于此台上的导轨滑动。 对这种切纸机作了如下改进,使其中的支承板与导轨 独立构成,且包括有:用来使此支承板借弹力垂直向 上运动的装置;以及能使此导轨借弹力移到与该支承 板相接触并可平行于该台沿垂向运动的装置。上述 的前一装置尚包括位于支承部与该台两端间的压簧 以及在此板上与导轨沿垂向接触的导向件。

Description

本发明涉及一种切纸机,用来将一叠纸(以下简记为“纸”)无滑错地保持于面上,精确地予以裁切。
在先有技术的一种切纸机中,如图10所示,导轨3的一端为支承件2支承于台1之上,而纸支承板4则整体安装成可移向与离开导轨3。为了应用这种切纸机来切纸,可将导轨3的自由端从其底座上提离,而将纸置放于此台上。然后将导轨3下压至其底座上,由纸支承板4将纸保持到台1之上。安装于导轨3端部的锁定机构6这时便为一设在台1上的定位器7定位,使纸支承板4得以支承住纸。然后滑动托载于轨道3的滑座5(可参看日本实用新案申请号26776/1988),通过装在滑座5上的转刀作用来将纸切裁。纸的切裁位置,相对纸支承板4的边缘确定,转刀在转动时刀边与板4边缘接触来裁切纸。
上述先有技术中的切纸机之导轨与支承板取整体连接形式,引致了如下一些问题,当堆叠到台上的成摞的纸张数少时,这类问题并不严重。但当推叠成的纸数很大,为纸支承板所载承起的这一大摞纸则首先是依靠此板在导轨底座端部一侧进行支承,这是由于当此导轨的一端下沉时,该支承板即沿一弧线随此导轨转动。结果使此纸摞由于上述的弧形运动而发生滑错,致使这一摞纸渐次地脱离开导轨的支点。
要是在发生滑错的情况下裁切这摞纸,所切裁成的纸页就会不匀,造成了这些纸不能按准确尺寸切裁的问题。
为此,本发明拟提供这样一种切纸机,即使对于由大量的纸页组成的纸摞,也可以借助一纸承板这摞纸无滑错地保持住,且易于确定切裁位置。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了这样一种切纸机,它由一载承在滑座上的刀片来切裁置于一台上的一摞纸,同时是用一纸支承板来保持着这摞纸,并使此滑座沿着一平行地支承于此台上的导轨滑动,其中的改进之处在于,上述纸支承板与导轨是独立构成且包括有:用来使此支承板借弹力垂直向上运动之装置,以及使此导轨借弹力移动到与该支承板上侧相接触并可平行于上述台作垂向运动之装置。
根据以上描述的结构,本发明具有下述优点。具体地说,此纸支承板与导轨独立,并可相对于该台垂直地运动,使此台上的纸摞能够为此纸支承板相对于该台无任何滑错地保持住。与此同时,可使此支承板配置成与该台相平行,而使裁切位置得以相对于上述纸支承板的边缘确定。此外,导轨装配成可于纸支承板上方作垂直运动,而让纸支承板能与导轨无关地被压下。通过导轨的下压,此纸承板即与导轨的运动无关而能相对于台作垂直运动。
下面简述本发明的附图。

下面联系一实施例,对照附图来描述本发明。此实施例首先将参照图9作示意性描述。导轨3的两端由固定于台1上的支承件8与9支承成可以上下运动。导轨3的下方设有一能与导轨3相独立且相对于台1作垂直运动的纸支承板10。导轨3上载有一滑座5。
图8是图9的侧视图,但省略了滑座5。导轨3能沿形成在支承住它两端之支承件8与9的导槽12作上下运动。此纸支板10与导轨3相独立地设置,并可借设于导轨3中可作弹性延伸的销子11随此导轨的运动而垂直地推向台1。
参看图9来较详细地描述支承件9,它主要是由一可动部件901与一固定部件902组成。可动部件901如图3所示,是与大致垂直于一盖板903的榫舌904整体成形,各个榫舌904上钻有销孔905与906。这两个榫舌904如图4所示相互平行。另一方面,盖板903上形成有侧部907,用来改进外观形象。榫舌904与盖板903整体成形时,使得侧部907与榫舌904之间形成一间隙C1并在这两榫舌904之间留出一间隙C2。
固定件902以门状固定于台1之上,即如图2所示,是用一块顶板901将两块侧板909连成整体所成。各侧板909上开有导槽12,是将具有高度差H的两水平孔再经一斜孔连通而成。侧板909上也加工出一销孔908,使得能通过可动件901之榫舌904中形成的销孔,将一销子插入销孔908内。固定件902的侧板904则如图7所示,配合到可动件901的间隙C1(如图4所示)之中。这样,当将销P1插入榫舌904中形成的销孔906与可动件902侧板909中形成的销孔908内,就可将可动件901与固定件902装配时,使可动件901能相对于固定件902于销P1上转动。
在图1中,导轨3与可动件901借助销P2与P3经链13连接,且如图7所示,此链13是装配在可动件901之两榫舌904间的间隙C2(如图4所示)之中。
如图1与6所示,纸支承板10独立地设在导轨3与台1之间,而它的横向位置则由固定于纸支承板10两端部上且呈U形剖面的导向件101确定。换言之,导轨3是由这些导向件101之两侧平行部所围。另有一压力弹簧14将纸支承板10上推,使之贴抵着安装于此导轨内的可弹性延伸之销11,后者包括一为销18插合的弯管,得以为一弹簧19弹性地突出过导轨3的一孔口15。
销11是由树脂制成,将它在导轨上推动时便易于滑动。此时,销11的弹力远胜于弹簧14的弹力,得以保持住拟裁切的单张或成摞的纸。顺便指出,纸支承板10的两纵边是与支承件8和9的内壁相接触,使其运动受到限制。
与支承件9之固定件902的上述结构相似,图8中所示的支承件8也形成一宽W的可插入导轨3的门形结构,如图6所示。支承件8的模板上同样加工出有用于固定件902的导槽12。在这些导槽12中插入有一为导轨3另一端所支承的销P4,这样就能导引导轨3的另一端。
如图5所示,滑座5在导轨3上装配成得以沿其上滑动,而令一转刀501的边部与纸支承板10的边缘触合。另一方面,台1上则装备有一橡胶件15,用来纳置并保护此转刀501的刀缘。
下面描述构造如上之本实施例的操作。设可动件901如图1与8于901′处所示,在销P1之上转动,销P3则沿一弧形轨迹L绕销P1转动,使在导轨3前端处的销P2通过链13于导槽12内运动。随着这一运动,销P4也运动。由于导轨3的两端是由销P2与P4导入支承件8和9的导槽12之内,它便在一水平位置中升举一个于导槽12两端间之高度H。
当导轨3如上升高时,纸支承板10亦被提高,同时借助加压弹簧14的作用,为导向件101沿导轨3相对于台1垂直地导引至一位置10′,使台1的上表面与纸支承板10相平行并形成一间隙。要是这种情形下因销11的弹性而延伸的大小为h,则此延伸大小与高度差H之间存在一关系式H=h+α,其中α为间隙。
由于在纸支承板10与台1之间形成有间隙,通过将纸插入于此间隙,就易使纸的裁切位置与纸支承板10的边缘对正。在对正好纸的裁切位置后,可动件901便于销P1上转至其原始位置。然后通过借助链13而在导槽12中运动之销P2与P4的作用,使导轨3的两端沉降至主导槽12的高度差H。当销P2与P4来至导槽12的低水平部时,它们即为销11的弹力保持于该处。
在上述这种沉降(或上升)之际,导轨3即水平地从其位置3′运动至其位置3。由于导轨3相对于纸支承板10是独立的,它就斜向地从位置3′运动位置3,同时使装设于导轨3上之销11的前端于纸支承板10的上表面滑动,以推压此纸支承板10。由于纸支承板10的水平运动受到固定件902与支承件8的限制,它便相对于台1向下运动,使台1的一摞纸受到推压而保持于其位置上。
在图1中,可动件901之销P3的在前者处于其垂直位置时的中心正好位于连接销子P1与P2二者之中心的直线下,因此就可避免销P2在该水平孔中的锁定状态发生不希望有的易位,这是由于当导轨意外地推至图8中右方时,销P1也不会向下运动。
正如上面详细描述到的,依据本发明,前述支承板是按照与导轨独立且无关的方式构成,并能相对于所说的台作垂直运动。结果可使台上的纸摞能为纸支承板相对于该台在垂直方向上保持住,而使之不致散碎。由于可使此纸支承板与该台平行,就易于相对于此板的边缘确定出纸裁切位置。此外,由于导轨配置成可在纸支承板上方沿垂直方向运动,此纸支承板就能独立于此导轨推动。结果得以准确地裁切这摞纸,并使之能为借助导轨推力但与导轨运动无关且相对于上述台作垂向运动之纸承板所推压与保持。

Claims (4)

1、一种切纸机,它由一载承在一滑座上的刀片来切裁置于一台上的一摞纸,同时是用一纸支承板来保持住这摞纸,并使此滑座沿着一平行地支承于此台上的导轨滑动,其中的改进之处在于,上述纸支承板与导轨是独立构成且包括有:用来使此纸支承板借弹力垂直向上运动的装置,以及能使此导轨借弹力移动到与该纸支承板相接触并可平行该台沿垂向运动的装置。
2、如权利要求1所述的切纸机,其中所说的用来借弹力使此纸支承板垂直向上运动的装置包括:介于此纸支承板与该台两端间的加压弹簧;以及装设在此纸支承板上且与该导轨沿垂向接触的导向件。
3、如权利要求1所述的切纸机,其中所说的用来移动导轨之装置包括:设在导轨两端部上且与导轨纵向相正交的销;两对各自形成于两个支承件之一上的导槽,这两个支承件分别设置于前述台上的两端,而这两个导槽则具有相同的结构,是由一个斜孔连通两个于垂向上错位开的平行孔构成,用来让前述的各个销插入其中;可在一销上从垂直位置转向的可动件,此销与前述的销平行配置,处于所说导槽下方并在前述支承件之一中接近前述的台;以及一能以可转动方式将前述导轨之一端与所说可动件之定端相连接的链。
4、如权利要求1所述的切纸机,其中之销(P3)的中心轴线在所说可动件处于竖立位置时是位于两个销(P1与P3)之间中心轴线之间的直线下方。
